Outstanding! I set up appt. online after 9:00pm for two days later. I received call back within 30 minutes. I called and spoke Craig next morning. He worked me in for same day appt. He allowed me observe as trouble shoot my HVAC. He also taught me a great deal about HVAC units. A very personable individual. Craig identified my HVAC problem very quickly and required no parts. He charged what he quoted on the phone - nothing more. I felt very comfortable with his work from start to finish.

I had talk too another company and was told I needed a new system that was very expensive. Affordable heating and Air determined that all I needed was a thermostat , installed it and I have saved a lot of money and my system is working find. Very good job!!!!!

Craig was extremely easy to work with, and he made it on time. Our AC system has a freon leak and he was able to lay out our options for fixing it that was most affordable for us. I will definitely be calling Affordable Heating and Air next time.

Affordable Heating & Air showed up on TIME!! after a few minutes I knew this Company could take care of ALL of my A/C needs!!!!!!!!! They found out I was a Vetern and Both Craig and Vince honored me for my service !!!!!!!!! these guys are not full of BS and stay on the job (even through the Rain) until it is done!!!!!!!!! Craig arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my heat pump quickly and fixed it promptly for a reasonable price. My pug immediately gave Craig his seal of approval, and there is no greater endorsement!!!

Craig arrived exactly on time and helped me to decide whether to investigate a slow freon leak or not. Even though he would have made more money by investigating the leak and replacing/repairing the faulty part(s), his advice was to inexpensively top up the freon for now and see how it goes over time with our 2010 system.

Craig was efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem and I am pleased with the service I received. I will use him in the future when I need repairs.
