I just wanted my AC system charged nothing else, I already knew there was a major leak, so I specifically asked if he would charge a service call fee. He said normally he did, but if all I wanted was to add freon and he didn't do anything else, then the only charge would be the freon, but if he did have to do anything else, there would be a charge. Once the job was completed, I was charged a service call fee, and then a 3.5% charge for using my debit card that was not disclosed to me until after the work was done. I called him and asked why I was charge the fees, he said they were normal charges everyone. Long story short, he says he told me about the fees, and I say that he didn't. I thought I talked to 3 different companies, however I had 2 phone numbers for this company. When I told him I would be posting my review, he got very defensive, and said, go ahead and leave a bad review, and he would respond and that all his other customers were happy, but me.

Fast, easy, competent service. Arrived less than 45 min after our call to Home Advisor. Diagnosed and repaired our central air conditioning in 30 min! Provided some great ideas, based on long years of experience, to improve our AC sysrem. FIRST RATE!!!

I deducted a bit because they were late, but they worked tirelessly when they got there until the job was completed. They were polite and cleaned up afterwards all the extra debris. They took the old stuff with them. Even with me working from home, interruptions and noise were kept to a minimum and again, all were very polite. Great job!!

Craig and his assistant showed up promptly! They were personable and did the work that needed to be done. I told them that I hoped that my unit could be repaired and that, even though I know the unit is older, I am not interested in replacing right now. He understood and did what he needed to do to repair it without trying to "upsell" me on a new unit today! While he was there, we discussed the need in the near future to replace the unit. He gave me some good advice about that. I am so grateful for Craig's efforts to fix my unit. I appreciate him not coming in already determined to sell a new unit. I would recommend this company.
