This is our second time using AQI's services. This time it was for our 11 month warranty inspection. We were definitely impressed again with all the details, professionalism, and overall great results. We highly recommend!

I called Randy one week prior to closing on our home and he was very professional, understanding, respectful and helpful. He graciously included us on his schedule two days later! We received a comprehensive report the next morning which included one major issue ,that needed immediate attention, and several others that needed correction before closing. Randy saved me over $300K on a home I almost purchased from Smith Douglass. After several attempts to find another home, I needed an inspector at the last minute to close a deal on a home. He was amazing and very very Thorough

Randy was very professional and his inspection and report along with the photos and videos were excellent. He found and confirmed several concerns that I had with the new home I am purchasing. One item was a code violation that when I did the final walkthrough the co tractor said I have installed the attic access to that size in many homeâ s around here and never have the county inspector made me change it to receive the Occupancy permit. Because Randy caught that and I then called the county inspectors office and had them verify the code requirement that then had my contractor fix the access door problem. I will use this service again anytime I need an inspection within their service area.

We interviewed several home inspectors before selecting AQI and chose this company because Randy does his own inspections along with utilizing a drone and infrared technology to complete his home inspection. And, we loved the fact that he advertised himself as being thorough instead of fast. This was something extremely important to us being that we were purchasing a relatively large older home. Randy arrived ahead of his scheduled time and inspected every nook and cranny of the outside and inside of the the home. The inspection report was lengthy. However, we appreciated this detail thereby making it easier for us to have an idea of what we needed to have the sellers repair and what future projects we had in store. After sending us the inspection report, he scheduled time to go over the report to ensure we understood everything and made sure we didn't have any additional questions. He even let us know that we could reach out to him for additional questions even after our closing. While we know this is sometimes offered by other inspectors, it is not required and extremely appreciated. We cannot speak more highly of Randy (and his wife Paige for getting back with us back when Randy was unavailable) for being professional, courteous, and providing such a detailed and thorough inspection. We look forward to moving into our new home and we feel assured that we won't have any major surprises. Thank you Randy!

My wife and I tried out this inspector (Randy), and it was one of the best things we have done with our new home so far. He was extremely thorough, and not only walked us through his reports, but he explained everything in detail for us. We are first time home buyers and couldnâ t have asked for a better inspector. Not only was his attention to detail one of his top qualities, but he also stayed in touch with us frequently throughout our home purchase. He had the patience and professionalism to handle all of our questions and concerns, and always got back to us the same day. His prices were much more reasonable than the other inspection companies referred to us in the area. He was also able to go back and perform additional sampling we wanted to be done at a later date.
