Description of Work: I'm a little disappointed because all the research I did said that once my tile and tub was refinished, I wouldn't have to caulk again but the line between both my tubs and the tile walls has holes in it and will need to be done. They have promised to fix everything when they come out to redo some tile when I get my toilet removed in 1 of my bathrooms so I'm hopeful all will be resolved. Sam was friendly and gave me his cell if I had problems.

Description of Work: We were preparing my brother's townhome for sale and had to remodel his two bathrooms. We called Ace, received a quote over the phone, we scheduled the refinishing of the bathtub and tile surround for July. We were very pleased with the job they did and we scheduled the shower refinish for August. The technician was punctual and did an excellent job. The bathtub and tile looked brand new and the shower "sparkled".

+ -1 moreThe shower stall was out of square up at the top. It stuck out about 3/4 inch. They would need a stainless steel border all around just to hide the place that sticks out. When Hancock Home Solutions put the shower stall, they broke a piece of it off and tried to silicone it back together. The shower has now developed a small crack in the left upper corner. The company who made the shower stall did reimburse us for it since it was out of square.
Description of Work: We purchased a bathtub shower stall from them.
