Circle H Home Services is a wholly independent company, in several locations. Unlike the handyman earning a few extra dollars when business is slow, we have decades of experience in our services. We hire only employees who we would be happy inviting into our own homes. They must be good. Our well-being relies on keeping a group of satisfied customers, so we always strive to do a great job the first time.You can do a lot of unseen damage with a pressure washer. Inexperienced operators force water up under the siding, leading to rot. We use a lower-pressure chem-wash approach.( Call Joe, and he will be happy to explain) to avoid this. We clean windows for both residential and commercial locations, including high-rise. Call Joe, and schedule a time to have us clean your windows, gutters, dryer vents, and chimneys. I have used Joe the owner for many years and have referred him to a big job in my neighborhood. Last 2 years I had to call him back because the windows were not washed properly and some were not even done.. This year he blew me off because I asked for an earlier day. Very unprofessional. Very rude.

Mrs [Member Name Removed], you are correct that you have used us for many of years. I would like to think that is due to the good service you received. As far as you calling us back supposedly if that was true why would you continue to use us. We had you scheduled for May 6th but you called the morning of May 5th and demanded to be changed to that day. We already had other customers scheduled for that day and could not accommodate you. Both my office manager and myself tried to explain this to you. Once I saw that we were making no head way I did inform you that it might be best if you find another service provider. I do apologize that we were not willing to drop our other responsibilities to customers in order to appease you.

My overall experience was great. They were punctual and professional. They went above and beyond the scope of services I requested.
Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters and added their own gutter guards. They also repaired gutters and cleaned my windows. I have 6"" gutters after metal roof...not all have leaf guards...birds taking baths & trees growing out of gutters...HELP.

The guys were very pleasant and well mannered. It took them about 30 mins to remove all of the leaves from the gutters. As they were cleaning out the gutters they also were bagging up the debris so none of it was in the yard. They also carried the bagged up debris with them so I didn't have to worry about it.
Description of Work: I needed my gutters cleaned at my rental property.

The guys were there on time, they were very polite. They explained the whole process to me.They taped off the fireplace so as the cleaned the chimney from the outside none the stuff in the chimney would get in the house. They finished in a timely matter. n
Description of Work: I had recently bought a used mobile home that had a fireplace. I didn't know anything about the shape it was in and I wanted it cleaned and inspected before I used it.
