I would definitely go with them again. They did things the way it should be done. They only take customers in the order that they were contacted. With their type of work they get delayed because of the weather. They don't try to get on multiple projects at the same time; they take it one by one.

This was the most professional, efficient and polite crew I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire life. Their work was perfect and provided solutions for waterproofing a basement which had leaked since the 1950s. They cleaned up after themselves DAILY, and left my home and yard in flawless condition. I have the most beautiful lawn now. This crew is THE BEST. I have never had one drop of water in my home since their hard work, and it has been a year.

Dug out next to house to access footing drain pipe. Applied two coats of tar like substance, applied cement to fill any holes and applied a French drain and another drain to channel the rain water from the foundation.Applied plastic sheeting also. Graded the ground to help the water go away from the front of the house instead of towards the house. Leveled the rest of the yard and seeded the area affected.

This is the best landscaping job EVER! The work was excellent, the area looks great and they solved my drainage problems. These guys really know what they are doing. I will be hiring them again soon for more work. In addition to being very nice and knowledgeable they showed great respect for my property and my plants. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and his crew.

Chris installed a french drain on one side of my driveway that had a downward sloping side and back yard. Chris took care of our drainage problem with our downward sloping side and back yard very efficiently from the outside by installing a 3 foot deep french drain with gravel and hard drainage pipe and water well. And his pricing blew the first estimate we got out of the water. Would not hesitate to use him again for any drainage or landscaping needs.

He came out when expected. Went thru the steps necessary to fix my leaking corner in the basement and offered suggestion to fix 2 other minor problems I was having with drainage in the yard. We agreed on what he would fix and a price. He was there when he said he would be and did a great job. I would highly recommend Unifour Landscaping.
