He was great. Very friendly. He patiently listen to my problems and what I wanted done. He did it all. Then made some suggestions that made it better. I am an old lady and he took the time to show me the file folder that all documents. He removed everything related to Microsoft because it was taking over my computer. He suggested keep one drive just in case you need to get into your ms account. He charged $65 for the hour and he drove 2 hrs to get here. He is a Keeper.A++++++

Travis, was my technician , to my surprise not only was he my technician but also the founder of his company.
