Returned calls promptly. Called before arriving and arrived at scheduled time. Was quite cheerful, especially given that it was the end of a long, hot day. Very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Accepted American Express (very important to me) and actually gave me the 12 percent Angie's List discount (even though I had not mentioned the coupon until he asked where I'd heard about his business). I definitely would use him again and will recommend him to friends.

The work went through various stages before we got to replacing the circulator . We ordered, paid, and picked up new circulator. He was here a whole day. He was a very pleasant man who explained how things worked. He guarantees his work. I would call him again if I have future work

While visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and baby in Greenville, NC their range broke. As it was old and needed costly repairs, we went with them as they shopped for a new one. They both wanted gas and the old one was electric so we knew we would need to get someone over to run gas lines if they bought a gas range. We called a few local plumbing companies and Coastal Carolina was the only one that was willing, or able, to come on such short notice. After getting their quote we decided to go ahead and hire them. They came on time, worked steady and not only installed and tested the gas line, they fixed a plumbing problem while they were there. They were courteous, diligent, and fair with their pricing. Because of their good work we finished getting the kitchen in order that evening and my son fixed us breakfast on his new gas range the next morning!

called company regarding foul odor in bathroom. Owner gave advice over the phone, and offered to come to the house then, or the next day if problem was not resolved. We followed his advice, problem resolved, and his visit was not required. This suggested to me that he was interested in a happy customer, not making a house call just for the money. I'll call him again if I need a plumber.

I had asked several plumbers to come out and give me an estimate, and given the fact that this involved gas, my choices were already limited. Bob was the fourth person to come out and look at it. The first two ended up not giving me the time of day after looking at it (I look young), and the more recent one was going to wait a week before getting a written quote to me and scheduling the service. Bob was the last one, and his price was $200 lower than the previous. Not only that, but he gave me the quote within a few hours and started working on it within a day of accepting the job. The job required a series of permits and inspections and staying on top of the city and Bob was right there every time. I was always able to get a hold of him - even at 8 PM on a Sunday! He was always polite and honest, and I couldn't imagine a better person for the job. Overall, this is the most satisfied I have ever been with anyone who has done work on any of my houses. Other people stonewall you or put you on the back burner, but I never got a hint of that.
