Splash Around Pools

I would give this company 0 stars if the survey would allow it. I called Darin and told him what I needed and he promised me he would be here by Friday (5/30) and never showed up. I called him again the following Monday and he once again promised to be here on Tuesday. I called him again on Tuesday afternoon to confirm our appointment and was told he would be by before the end of the day. He hasn't shown up as of this review (6/9) and I won't be calling him again for anything.

We are not completed yet, but so far Darin and his crew have been great! I highly recommend them.

Horrendous experience with this contractor. The bills were ALWAYS incorrect, I tried to contact him several times and he never returned my phone calls and the scope of work was not done as we discussed. He was supposed to use the chemicals that I provided and he never did THEN, he charged me over $120 per month to "stock" the chemicals that I needed and told me they were that expensive because he needed to charge to keep them on his truck (makes not sense). As recently as three days ago, I sent him an email and have not received a response.

Darin completed work earlier than we expected. We had a small problem and he was back within 24 hours to fix. Great company to work with. We love our new liner!

Very happy with the work that was done. The crew kept us informed with everything they were doing, and what needed to be done to fix the problems. Highly recommend this company.

Professional, personable. Stuck to quote. Job was done exactly as described and in the time frame promised. No Surprises! I highly recommend them. Don't hesitate to hire these pro's!

We were looking to get our pool pump fixed ASAP and couldn't get anyone to call us back. Servicemagic recommended a few people and Splash Around Pools called us right away. Extremely happy with promptness and service

Called right away and showed up after 5 pm, couldn't fix pool, didnt have plumbing parts. Called next day and cancelled because of personal issues. Showed up following day and completed job. Charged $75 for a service call, which I feel was not necessary as yo had to show up twice and couldn;t fix it the first time. Charged ror parts and labor which of course was ok.

having Darrin remodeling our pool was a godsend...he was friendly, professional, and he kept his word..I got other estimates and he was substantialy lower. I almost always keep the bids that are midrange and this was the exception. His company is great!
