+ -1 moreI called for a quote and got more than expected. They came out to access the furnace, that stopped working, IT was over 15 years old. I decided to go with a replacement rather than nurse the thing back to health. Mechanical Air Specialties gave a fair and honest price, above average work and a professional, courteous experience. I appreciate small business and and this is why. Thanks again Joe. Will definitely spread the work and hire again.

+ -1 moreOn time, excellent price, better than average warrenty on Goodman system. Ten year parts and labor, others couldn't touch it.
Description of Work: Joe Gregg owner operator of MAS met with me last Thursday afternoon(on time) reviewed my system amd made a recomendation. We agreed on the price and time. Joe showed up with the equipment, installed and removed all old/used parts from my home. Glad I changed this out when I did, summer is almost here. I would suggest contacting Joe if you need an honest answer about your cooling/heating system.
