They arrived about 30 minutes late but did a thorough job. Rodney was very informative and polite.

Rodney came out and cleaned our chimney. He was polite, professional and took time to answer all of my questions about our fireplace, the repairs he suggested and even on burning wood. I highly recommend!

I give this company a half a star because they never showed up for me to rate them after scheduling an appointment with me and keeping me at home all day on Saturday I never received a courtesy call that they could not make it They going to have the star because Rodney was very pleasant on the phone when he was giving me a quote and scheduling the appointment but then he never showed up and never called bad way to do business.

This was the most pleasant individual I WAS LED to hire. My family member had a fireplace unused in 40 years. They came bright & early on the day promised. I had intended to have the chimney checked for my aunt who wanted a fire in the fireplace for Christmas. These very detail oriented people came in one days notice because it was a Christmas present. They are trustworthy, very reasonable, respectful, kind, and do exceptional good work. Although Christmas has passed, and a fire wasn't needed because of unseasonably warm temperatures, I'm very pleased that when it gets fireplace weather, it will be the best Christmas present my nearly 80 year old aunt has received in quite some time. A job not well done, is not a well done job. These people go above and beyond a job. I pray God blesses them with all they ever need, and they have a very prosperous New Year! Thank you so much!

They did a great job: communicated quickly and professionally, were quiet, quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. No mess at all! They also had the best price. Win win!

Rodney scheduled an appointment to come to clean my chimney right away. He did not show up on time. I had to call him 2 times after he was an hour late to get him to answer. He then assured he was coming and was even almost here. He never showed up. Four and a half hours after he was supposed to be here he called and said he was not coming. He rescheduled for the next day and never showed up and never called. I am not calling him back and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

They called 1 hour before the appointment window and had to reschedule. When they did show up the vacuum they used filled my entire room with ash. They then would not pass my fireplace unless I purchased a $375.00 heat shield or paid $75.00 for a scoop of mortar that took 2 second to apply. Not professional and was not happy with the service provided.

They seem to be a company that goes in at a low price but then try to find all the ways to upcharge and not be honest with what really needs to be done with the chimney. Very questionable cleaning and not trustworthy.

Showed up on time, performed job without any issues, cleaned up with not mess left behind.

We bought a house with a bad chimney. They did everything needed for us to enjoy the fireplace.

The owner came for an estimate. Took photos and pointed out problems. Had young man climb up 40 ft ladder to do work. Felt it was a little pricey for time spent plus I paid for ladder rental. No photos showing the finished product.

He was dependable and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. The quality was excellent. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. He has an annual scheduled maintenance program of which I will definitely be taking advantage.

No showed for multiple appointments without a phone call or text. When called to see what was going on he acted like he did not know who I was and had none of the paperwork we both signed. He broke my gutters and came unprepared. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

Commitment to a fixed time appointment was a concern as I had to reschedule 3x from original time due to his other work. I was just about ready to give up on him. When he finally did arrive, he did a good job, but we found that there was a lot of soot lingering in the house after he left that required us to wipe down/clean all the downstairs surfaces. This was something we were not expecting nor did he inform us about. As we are looking to convert or fireplace to only use gas logs, I was oversold on the need for a reflector shield, which I believe was overpriced and truly not necessary for a gas log only fireplace; however, he commented that he would mark the fireplace "unsafe" had I not purchased the component. Overall, nice guy with a strong commitment to his profession, so I would recommend him for the work he did, but be prepared for much cleanup after he leaves your home.
