+ 0 moreWe have had nothing but rain since the installation--it is all working perfectly. It is refreshing to work with a business that deals honestly. Please see reports on 2 other companies, to read the other side of the story. As is being reported in the press for many companies, MOLD IS GOLD and waterproofing and mold work is the new cottage industry.
Description of Work: Following a real estate inspection of our home that showed a 17% moisture reading (which actually is an allowable %) and a small indication of new mold in our crawlspace, the buyer obtained estimates from two waterproofing companies. The estimates ranged from $3000 to over $12,000. Needless to say, the buyers walked. Through our real estate agent, we contacted Michael at Atlantic. He re-installed the sump pump properly, replaced the float on the pump, removed the old & laid a new vapor barrier, removed &/or cleaned soiled floor insulation, added 3 new power vents, hand cleaned & treated all the floor joists for mold and told us to buy gutter drain extensions so water would drain away from the house--all of this was done for $1125.
