Franklin and his crew did an amazing job painting our entire interior before we moved in. The prep work was excellent and made the paint job really stand out. It was a lot of work and they didn’t skimp on any details and finished on time or even a little early. Crew was punctual every day and Franklin was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone and I’m sure I’ll be calling him to come back in the future.

Franklin and his crew just finished painting our house and all I can say is WOW. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly and neatly and even finished early. They even went an extra step and retouched a wall I had painted. I could not believe how beautiful it looked. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again!!! Thank you!!!

Zelaya Jr. Painting did a great job repairing and re-staining our deck. I would definitely hire again to do other work inside once we get through COVID-19.

What a gentleman the owner Franklin is at Zelaya Jr. Painting. He and his team did great painting and repairs of several rooms in our home. There were alot of windows, doors and trim, so it was a challenging job. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Zelaya showed up with 4 personnel. They did a good job on the floor of the deck. However; the railing were done by two different individuals. Facing the back of the house and the deck the railings on the left side has a fairly smooth (even) coat of stain. However; the railings on the right side has splotches, runs and uneven areas that immediately stand out. Mr. Zelaya was notified of this. He came and reviewed the deck with my wife and immediately refused to redo any areas. Later, on the phone with me, he was unpleasant and wanted an additional $200 to redo that one side, to which I refused. He then stated that he would return to correct the deck. To date we have not heard from him. I am not left with a deck where 1/2 looks like the professional left it unfinished and my 10 year old grandson finished it.

Franklin provided a very competitive quote and was able to start the next day. His team were very nice and polite and they completed the job very quickly and to a very high standard. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for my next painting job.

Franklin canceled our meeting less than two hours before the scheduled time with no explanation. We rescheduled and agreed to meet a few days later, and Franklin canceled yet again -- and again with no explanation. He clearly does not respect his customers' time and does not adhere to his commitments. It sounds like he does good work, based on other reviews here, but it's a shame that he is so unprofessional and unreliable.

We used Franklin for multiple jobs while in Charlotte and liked him so much we had him down to our new home in Bluffton. He and his team came down and completed the job on time and with high quality. I would use him again for any jobs that I need done. Great job Franklin!

They declined to do the work and asked that I call Angies List to have the offer refunded. They did not want to paint a stairway and insisted it needed to be just a "room".

Franklin and his team were great to work with. They were able to schedule us within two days and finished in one day. He properly staffed the job and they were very efficient. They were also pleasant and considerate of our floors and house. They even went the extra mile and pressure washed our patio which we had not discussed. Highly recommend.

He started within two days of bid and completed the job in 2.5 days. I think we received more than we expected.

Very impressed with the workmanship that was provided. Cabinets turned out beautifully, they were a light brown now they are a bright white. Overall the craftsmanship was outstanding. I was also most impressed with the workers, it was obvious that they had worked together for some time as they were highly organized and coordinated. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job.

Franklin and his team were extraordinary. They were the hardest working professionals I've ever had in my home. They absolutely knew the proper techniques for painting and glazing kitchen cabinets and worked with my plan every step of the way. They were fast, professional and respectful of our home and of us. They worked cleanly and transparently. They more than satisfied my dream for a beautiful new kitchen!

Mr. Zelaya and his painting crew patched a huge space in my ceiling an electrician had cut out and re-painted my entire living room. I was more than happy with the service that they provided, the price, and the crew that came to the house. They did exactly what they told me they'd do, were overly polite and cleaned up to the point that my wife had never even known they were there. I'll be using them in the future for sure.
