Installation went well though it took quitem a long time due to the builder using some type of glue instead of caulking for sealing. So it took the Plumber some time to dismantle the existing disposal. Once that was done it took no time to reinstall the new one. I have to applaud his patience. Very nice gentleman who was very courteous!

My experience with them went okay. I liked the owner. His helper didn't do as good of a job that I would have liked. He was preoccupied with a personal matter and left before some of the work was done. He said he had to go and he left. That was very unprofessional. I would use the owner again but not his helper.

I had to pay extra for half hour. It was $25. He didn't cleanup after himself. He made a mess and he just left it and I really didn't like what he did. I really didn't like the work he did either. Maybe for something else he would have been better. The price was good.

after buying the 'special' I made two calls and heard back from Steve on the second call. I wanted fixing a leak in the kitchen sink and replacing the knob on outside water faucets. fine and said he would get a guy out and we went back and forth texting on the time and date. set for the 23rd, 9:00. no show, no call. I called and left a message on steves line, no response.

He did fine. Did a good job. The only reason I would give him a B was he started putting the ceiling fan up without reading the instructions and without knowing all the parts, if they were there, and it took him a little longer because of that, and he went back to the instructions. He did a fine job. He was very personable.

Went great! After 5+ years in the house and never having this outlet work, my faith was restored!

I did not have instructions as I got from estate sale, so I got a lot of sighs. They came out on first appt but I did not hear his knock. And I have 3 dogs. Well I called several times and the scheduler claimed they don't come this far and would charge more. Funny that the guy who came out was 15 mins away. She was to call me back and never did. When I called their BMW was full. I finally found the contracted. Employee's number and he returned my call and set up an appt even though not scheduled. He came on time and told me the electrical box was too small. When I told him I would then get a new box, he somehow made it fit and said he could not guarantee it would stay. He got it up and working in an hour. I was ok except he took off too many links on the fixture without measuring it. So the fixture is flush to the ceiling and it was meant to hang. I'm so glad it's done finally.

Mike and Joe added structural support and upgraded the R-value insulation to our 2nd level sunroom. They did a great job and worked extremely hard and quickly. Mike was very communicative and gave me a start date and stuck with it. He answered all my emails and questions. His quote was in line with others and I?m glad I used them. He finished early and didn?t over charge me. There were some unknowns at the start of the project, and I felt he was very honest and completed only necessary work. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and I will hire them again!

I called them to install a ceiling fan on a 9ft ceiling.The electrician was a nice gentleman and he came on time. But he was very slow. All he did in one hour was just to attach the leaves to the base and hang the fan. He offered to stay for more money and finish up the work but we weren't sure he would complete. The owner of the company (I guess) responded to my message that they normally take more than an hour to install the ceiling fan. I have used few other companies in the past for the same type of work and they were able to install two ceiling fans in one hour.

It turned out fine. They did a good job. There were some parts that he needed to get. I paid $31 for the parts. So far, so good. They have reasonable price. They are very professional. The thing is to make sure that you're clear with what they need to do before you get here. I don't think he knew exactly what the job was when he got there. I assumed that he would have switches with him and I wouldn't have to pay extra but I did. That was the one downside about it.

They arrived on time and went to work replacing the timer. Simple fix for someone who knows how. Nice to have a timer working on our fan. Still had time left on my hour so they were going to replace a couple of light switches. Unfortunately I had purchased the wrong ones so they told me to call when I bought the right ones and they would stop by and replace them.

he was quick to return calls and emails, arrived on time and with a fair quote. Mike performed all the work in the time he said he would. I would definitley use him again

I did not know how long it would take him to repair the shed floor, but he did it quickly, satisfactorily and was willing to continue the day with other work that I had not previously told him about. He finished the arduous back breaking work of filling depressions in the yard with heavy wet composting ash I will NOT ask him to do any future landscaping type of work. I look forward to his service on an as-needed basis for various home rennovation and repair jobs.

Its fine and works but I realize it was just hung from my garage door bracket and was not screwed into

It was hard labor and I did not realize just how difficult the tiller was - most especially because of the many tree roots that laced the entire garden area. I felt bad but was quite impressed that he stuck with it until it was finished. He's my go-to guy for handi-man work and I have a couple more projects in the near future - not nearly so brutal and I hope that he will always be available. Thank you Mike!

I recently purchased an closet system by EasyClosets, I found this system to be very difficult to install and the directions provided with the kit were not well written. I contacted You-Name-It Handyman and Carpentry Services and Mike was very responsive, and willing to adjust his schedule to work on the closet install very quickly. Mike was able to install the closet efficiently and completely, I would highly recommend him to friends and family

Purchased four hours of service on an Angie's list deal for a good price. Handyman came out and did the outside work. He was overcome by heat, left me a note to that effect and left the property while I was home on a conference call. I called the owner who called me back promptly to reschedule the remaining inside work. They attempted to reschedule two days late, and I was unavailable that day. We successfully rescheduled for a week later. The same handyman returned and completed the work and gave me a little extra time to make sure my list was completed. I was trying to put my house on the market, and having the work split into two days was a bit inconvenient, I won't lie. However, I would say this company did everything possible to respond to my frustration and make it right.

Joe was FANTASTIC!!! The new box is firmly planted in the ground, 14 inches deep. Joe even supported the plastic post with the old post after cutting off the dry rot! Good job, well done!!!!

Excellent, Mike was extremely professional and a bit of a perfectionist which is great. He truly is proud of his work.

Mike tackled a job others didn't want to do. I had a closet pocket door (a door that slides into a wall) come off its guide rail. Mike took the challenge, showed up when he said he would, and figured out how to repair the door without removing any door frame (as some on YouTube had warned). I'd call him again !!

He was on time and did a great job. Very impressed with his work and personal attention to the customer. Would highly recommend again.
