+ 0 moreThe guy was good. He worked with us. His name was Keenan. He made sure everything was perfect. I went through two or three mortgage company and I could trust this guy. He took us step by step through everything. We got it re financed and saved thousands because of him. It was 6-8% for 20 to 30 years. There was no closing cost. It was incredible. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Wyndham Capital Mortgage in January or February of this year. We had our home re financed and had a home appraisal come out.

+ -1 moreI contacted this company because, they are on Castco's List. I dealt with "Brandon Russing". He was charming, well informed and helpful. The two refinance's cost less than the one refinance in California.
Description of Work: I refinanced three investment properties. First, I used Wyndham Capital of Charlotte, NC. They were great, but I felt I should have used a mortgage company in California. WRONG ! After using a California company, I went back to Wlynham. Ask for Brandon Rushing. He follows through with any issues that might come up during the paperwork processing.
