The door he was supposed to repair leaked worse after he installed the pan than it did prior. He came back one time and added caulk or sealant, which did nothing. Sent repeated texts with pictures of the leak to him with no response for over a week. Then all of the sudden we got a response that he had been checked into a hospital. After that, we still didn't get a call. Called him repeatedly, finally got him on the phone and said we had to get another contractor to come in behind him and correct his shotty workmanship. He acted as if he hadn't had time to address the problem, but he had, this went on for a couple of weeks. In addition, we had new hardwood floors installed after his initial repair (they had been damaged from moisture), we had to have them replaced a second time after we hired a reputable contractor to fix his problem. On the phone he agreed to refund 50% of our payment, since he worked on two doors, after repeated requests we have seen no refund. I wouldn' t use this guy for anything.
