Nathan is truly a skilled craftsman who takes pride and joy in his work. I will definitely use him again in the future, and would highly recommend his services. He was courteous and prompt, returning all emails and phone calls on the same or next day, and making pickups/deliveries exactly when/where he said he would. He stuck to his estimated timeline, and the anticipated cost he quoted me at the beginning was the price I paid after it was all said and done. This was a best-case scenario of outstanding customer service coupled with the fact that the furniture looked AMAZING after he was done with it. I am an extremely particular person that demands perfection and I could not be any happier with the way it all turned out. Kudos, Nathan!

Nathan responded immediately to an e-mail that I sent him with a photo of the table. He called and quoted a price and advised that it would take 3-4 weeks to do the work. He scheduled a time to come and pick up the table and did so as promised. He e-mailed me and advised the work was complete in less than two weeks. Nathan then scheduled delivery of the table top and arrived on time. We are very satisfied with the work, it is like getting a new table at very reasonable price. See the before and after photos.

We could not be happier. Nathan responded to our call in a very timely manner from an emailed picture and description. He gave us a price over the phone. Had him come to pick up the two pieces (desk bottom and small, glass breakfront). He arrived as scheduled and while here gave us estimates on 3 other antique pieces. As we were not in a hurry we did not set a time for completion but he returned the piece within a month. His finishing is beyond words-he is a true professional at his craft and we will now have him work on several other antique pieces that need attention. He did exactly as he said he would. His pricing was exactly half of another top-rated company but his quality of work is way beyond any of our expectations. We will recommend him to anyone we know, without hesitation.

My husband's wooden office desk drawer broke - splitting 3/4 of the way down the left side panel. The drawer was stuck. My husband fiddled with it for 45 minutes before giving up. I called Nathan. He told me how to unlock the drawer from its metal grooves, and it slid out ten seconds later. I spoke with him about the drawer and then sent him a picture of it from my cellphone so he could see the splitting and let me know whether or not it was repairable. He contacted me immediately and let me know he could repair it. I dropped off the drawer and a knife block that splitting. Two days later I picked up both pieces. The repair to the drawer is invisible. Not only did he glue the drawer but he also placed a screw into the split from the bottom of the drawer to strength it. The drawer fit back into the desk, locked into place and works like a charm, as good as new! I cannot tell that the drawer was broken and repaired. Nathan also repaired the split knife block, sanded and refinished the worn out top where the knives go in. The knife block was a wedding gift made for us by friends over sixteen years ago. It looks like new and, again, Nathan's repair is invisible to the eye. We are delighted with Nathan's work. He always answers his own phone. I have never had to leave a message. He work was professional and prompt and he was a delight to work with. He answered all my questions and gave him helpful advice on taking care of the furniture finishes as well as the knife block. We will be using him for all future furniture repairs and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism Nathan Palmer brought to this job, but words like craftsmanship, customer care, and affordability are a good start. We refinished all the cabinets, plus made structural modifications to accommodate a new microwave, dishwasher, and pantry. Job prep to mask surrounding kitchen surfaces was excellent and clean-up afterwards was equally impressive. From start to finish, working with Nathan was a pleasure and his efforts delivered exactly what we we’re looking for, on time and right on the money. An excellent job in every aspect. I have already recommended Woodcycle Refinishing to others and plan to call on Nathan’s talents for planned future work.
