Everything went well. Calvin came to my home the day after I called to take measurements for the new window and provide a quote. He said that it would take 4-5 weeks to get the new window and the time frame proved accurate. When the window came in they worked around my schedule and had the installation completed within 1 1/2hours. Shaun and Wayne showed up on time, were friendly and in all ways professional. I will not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone interested in window replacement.

My experience with Calvin and his team was excellent. I asked Calvin out to provide an estimate on replacing our 3 largest windows. When getting the estimate, I ignored the kitchen window because it was too high to see out of anyway. Calvin told me it was an easy job to enlarge the window and the cost was totally reasonable, so I decided to do it. I had no idea what could be done, but Calvin went through all of the options with me. When I didn't understand what a cottage style window looked like, he even drew me a picture and faxed it to me! The crew showed up right on time, and was very polite and professional. The largest window was over a permanent flower box, and I just knew that my flowers would be ruined. But without my even saying a word, they dug up - and watered - the plants and put them to the side. At the end of the day, they re-planted and re-watered them! I was a little worried about how they would do cutting through the brick and replacing it for the kitchen window, but it looks flawless. They even cut through the kitchen wall so precisely that we didn't have to re-tile afterwards! The difference the windows make in the house is huge! Any company could have given me new windows, but Window World went the extra step by providing excellent service as well. I definitely recommend them and would use them again!

I just got an estimate but it was a good experience without high pressure.

They came out to take a look at the house and to give me a quote. We had a lot of windows and I think it was $12,000. They were very professional and they demonstrated a great product. They were on time. I had no problem with that at all. I would consider them in the future for a quote.

I went to another provider first. They had cheaper windows, but I just didn’t like the environment. I just got out of there and went to Window World & Siding. They did a very good job. All the timelines that we agreed on they met all those timelines. They went beyond that because of problems we had and not them. I only had 1 day in which they could do it and normally they did this kind of work in 2 days. They brought in like 4 guys and in 1 day they installed all the windows. I was here when they did it. I was looking at them all the time because I was watching to see what kind of work they did. Once in a while they would come to me and tell me what they were here for and the ways they could it. They asked me about the way I wanted it. They did it the way I wanted it. The other thing was that they left everything clean. They cleaned absolutely everything. It was a good thing to see also. The installation that they did was very well done. You may buy a $1000 window, but if you have a problem with the installer it is not good. For what I paid, it was good quality windows. They came in when they said they would. They didn’t stop until they finished. They were very professional and very courteous. They listened to us. My wife was also looking at them. When she asked questions or I asked questions, they would stop and take the time to respond. We didn’t have any problems. I have 4 windows in the basement, and I intend to use them for those too.

The windows arrived as scheduled, install team arrived as scheduled, and all 9 windows were replaced within 4 hours. Calvin was very helpful in our initial meeting and the install crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly and did a great job!

Window World & Siding was not the lowest price, but they are on Angie's List with favorable feedback on quality/service so I chose them. I was not disappointed. They were responsive, and though the work took longer than estimated, it was done so with professionalism, care and quality. When I had issue with a kitchen window that I felt should have been installed in a better way, they did not argue or hesitate and corrected the installation immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend them for window replacement. One of the window tracks broke when my son opened his window on the first nice day of Spring and I have not yet called them for repair (because of travel). I am hoping that this is not indicative of the window quality chosen, but more just a defect (stuff happens). I will post their response to this issue later. UPDATE: they saw my Angie's List report and immediately repaired the window, without hesitation.

The experience went very well. We have been very surprised and pleased. They come right out and fix the problems we have had and they do not charge us. We are very happy with this company.

They did great, and finished the project in a timely manor. They were good to work with.

Calvin came and gave us an estimate for the work around the middle of January. We gave him the go ahead and he told us it would take about six weeks to manufacture the windows. He called on February 25th and said the windows were in and scheduled the work to begin on March 1st. The installers, Shawn, Jack and Wayne showed up right on time and worked tirelessly for 3 days to finish the job. They cleaned up each day, did the job professionally, and repaired all problems encountered (rotten wood) during the job. The new windows are great and we can already tell the difference in several of the rooms. The siding trim was replaced during the job and it is better than new.

Company representative arrived on time for scheduled appointment for estimate on replacement windows. He was professional, thorough, and pleasant. Timing wasn't right for me to move forward but I would call them again.

This was a positive experience from start to finish. On our first contact via phone, we talked with a scheduler who was informed and personable and was able to set up an appointment which was perfect for our plans. When Calvin Winans came to our home, he assessed the needed repairs, explained the process clearly, and gave us a very competitive estimate. Work began exactly as planned, and the installers obviously knew what they were doing and took great care with their work; they also appeared to be part of the company and proud to work for it. The job was completed on time, and when a defect was found in one window, a replacement was ordered and installed promptly. The workers protected surrounding areas and cleaned up completely, including washing the new windows! The company did exactly what it said it would do, and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. We have since had follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We could not give a higher recommendation.

Top notch service starting with the ease of getting the estimate through the installation. This was a deciding factor in choosing them, as I had gotten another estimate from company highly rated on Angie's List, but communication problems with that salesman left me with a sense of unease, so I went with Calvin and Window World. The crew were completely professional and efficient. The entire installation took 1.5 days and I couldn't be more pleased.The Gorell windows have tightened up the air leaks in a 20 year old home. They will get my business when I'm ready to do other similar work.

The company was very responsive to working with me in finding a safer product than what I had before. They were anxious to satisfy me and worked well with my insurance. One thing I will say, they have a superior product which means they are on the pricey side. I think the product I received was worth the price I paid as well as the installation and color matching. The door looks as if it came with our house!

Job well done, we were satisfied with this purchase and the service received. Based on my experience with this company I recomend them to anyone needing this type of service.

From the meeting with Calvin for the bid to the replacement this company is top notch!!! NO BS during the bid/meeting showed us his window took some measurements answered our questions and left!! The only salesmen I didn't have to tell to get out of my house!! He didn't waste 4 hours of my time! And they were the lowest bidder also!! Install was fast and very professional, these guys know what they are doing. It took 1 1/2 days to do all the windows!! Clean up was great!! Broke one window during install , called when replacement was in and replaced the next day!! I WILL use them again, I will need new french doors in a couple of years!! I am a Very Happy customer.

Gave us an etimate, windows were ordere and arrived ahead of schedule, set up the installation and showed up on time, didt the work efficiently and incredibly quick, cleaned up and were out the door!

The estimator came the next day after calling the main office and brought several samples with him. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We set up the job on a rush schedule to be an EPA rule change and it went off without a hitch!

Overall experience was great, Calvin showed up right on time for sales meeting and showed me all of their window models and discussed features of each. Ordered windows and they called me when they were delivered and arranged installation. On day of installation the crew showed up early and all my windows were installed by mid-day. They hauled away the old windows and cleaned up both inside and outside. So far windows look and work great. Also they gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's list customer.

From estimate to completion, we had a good experience. All workers were punctual, professional, and courteous. The job was completed in one day, and the workers cleaned up the house well when the job was completed, so the disruption to the household was minimal. Highly recommend Window World to anyone looking for replacement windows.

The insulation was coming out of the bottom of the door. WE called the company and they came right out and fixed free of charge.

We have used them a few times in the past for windows and they have always been great to work with. May not be cheapest in town, but quality and professionalism are worth any extra bucks.

They were great and very courteous. Their prices were a little high but their product hasn't been up to par. We've had problems since the door was installed.

I had a really short time frame to work within since my refinancing depended on this work being done before the closing could take place (and the clock was ticking). Calvin (not a salesman type, a plus in my book) came out promptly and gave me a great quote, and was perfectly straight with me in terms of when windows would arrive and be installed. He did not overpromise to get the job, but he also did everything he could to get my installation done quickly. The windows arrived and the installation took place the next day, taking exactly the time (two days) that I was told it would. The installers, led by Sean, were professional and extremely efficient and hard working. You could tell that this team that had a lot of experience working together. A special acknowledgment to Sean -- he was knowledgeable and considerate, and a great team lead. They also cheerfully came out later for a door that needed tweaking. I would recommend these folks highly.
