Mixed results. Employees were prompt, efficient, skilled, and clean. Window installation went without a hitch. The windows look great and work well. The weather stripping they installed around one of our back doors made such a difference in the draft problem that we asked them to do the rest of our doors too. Replacement of the front door did not go as well. First the project was delayed when the wrong door was shipped. By the time the right door arrived (with cracked weather stripping on the bottom) for me to paint, we were well into the holidays and too busy to get it done. Eventually the door was installed, but the house numbers were left off. A worker came out to put them on but apparently just eyeballed it. The numbers were uncentered, crooked, and sloping downward. The door knocker was also crooked. When we complained, another worker came out and redid the job correctly, but it left our brand new door with half a dozen old screw holes that had to be filled and repainted. If I had to get this type of work done again, I would probably try someone else.

The first service cost $2,100 and the last service cost $2,625. They were prompt; were here when they said they would be here, did a good job, and cleaned up after the work. With two installments, they did the complete house.

I assume this is the same company that was located on Village Lake Drive in 2002. Did a good & professional job. Work was finished on time as best I can remember. They were very upfront and answered all my questions. There were several minor things I had to call them back to fix, caulking, trim pieces, outside cleanup and incorrect screws used to reinstall existing window blinds. They responded immediately to my requests and corrected all issues. Overall I thought they did a good job. Over the next 4 or 5 years I called them back a couple of times to adjust the front doors, which had gotten out of alignment due to the house settling. Each time they took care of the problem with no charge to me. I have had no problems since with either the windows or the door. Again, I assume this is the same company that was located on Village Lake Drive in 2002.

We selected Window World and Siding after requesting 3 bids from Angie's List top Window and Door companies. Mike Heffron was our sales contact from WW&S and was a great resource to work with! Mike was professional, knowledgeable, flexible and honest. We signed our contract for the windows and door based on best provider at the best price for our specific needs. The windows were measured, ordered and delivered as advised, The installation team assigned to our job was punctual, professional, attentive to detail and respectful of our family. The same team installed the Thermatru entry door when it arrived. We chose to have the windows installed first since the door was on a 2 week delay from the manufacturer. The install crew did a daily cleanup. a haul away of old material and then a final 360 degree cleanup of the premises when done with the window job and likewise for the entry door installation. One top selling feature for WW&S is the strong warranty they offer on the window prouct. I would recommend Window World and Siding and I will use again in the future if the services offered match our needs. Thank you Window World and Siding!

Overall, we are pleased with the outcome of the project. Our salesman, Mr. Bundy, was pleasant and easy to work with. We reached an agreement and were told that it would take two weeks to order and receive the windows. Once the windows came in, the work was scheduled to be performed November 25-26. The technicians arrived on Mon. 25 Nov. And the windows and door were installed by the end of the day. The foreman, Shawn, was highly experienced and the installation was performed smoothly and efficiently. The only task remaining was to finish the trim around the windows. The forecast for Tuesday was 100% rain, so Shawn said that if it was raining they would not come but would return Wednesday to finish. I arranged to take another day off work. Wednesday there was some light drizzle in the early AM, but it was dry and clear by 10:30 AM. The crew did not show up. I phoned them at 2:30 PM and was told that they didn't come because of rain. I explained that at my location it was sunny and dry. I was told they could not return until the following Monday (due to the Thanksgiving holiday), which required me to take yet more time away from my work. At the time of the sale, we were told that if any bad wood was found when the old windows and doors were removed, it would be repaired at no additional cost. When they found some rotted wood under the old patio door, I was then told that repairs would be charged at $50/hour. When they finished, I was then told that they were charging me $50 PER MAN per hour plus materials, an additional $280 charge added on. When I objected, they lowered the add-on to $180. In summary, we are pleased with the service and products provided by Window World. The windows and door have made a big difference both in thermal performance and reduction in street noise. I cannot fault them for the weather/holiday delays, but feel they could have done a better job at communication. I would be willing to use them on future projects, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I filled out a form on the website to set up a quote and received a very quick response. They came out within a few days to give a demonstration of their vinyl windows and provide a quote. The rep was professional and informative. I was delayed on my end, waiting on HOA approval, but once I gave Window World & Siding the go ahead, things moved quickly. They came out to do exact measurements of the windows, and about a week and a half later, set up a time to do the installation. One window had broken in the warehouse. They informed me of this right away and said they would install the rest of the windows right away and the final window would be installed as soon as it was ready. The installation took about a day and a half. The guys were friendly, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, so, besides the beautiful new windows, I couldn't even tell they'd been there when I got back from work. About 2 weeks later, they came back to install the final window, which took only half a day. The windows and door look great, and the whole process was completely painless. Everyone I spoke to was very informative, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace old windows.

Everything was done as promised. One window had a tiny crack in the corner that we did not see but the installers did. They ordered a replacement window and installed it free of charge, as per the guarantee. Each window has a separate code number on it so ordering a replacement is east. We were very satisfied with the price, the guarantee, the installation and the clean up. We would absolutely use them again.

We did not use them because the price was an issue. They were very professional. I thought that the price was reasonable; my son was not comfortable with them. I am not sure what his reasoning was. I thought that they were good, they were on time, gave us a quote and they were competitive. They were quick to come out and worked with us well. I would get a quote from them again.

My experience with Window World and Siding was a great one. We moved into a house with 3 sets of exterior doors that had decayed and needed to be replaced. Mike, the salesman, came to our house and was very accommodating with our requests. He was professional and got back to us with a bid right away. When the doors came in Shawn, Travis and Calvin were at my house early on the day the were expected. After removing the front door with decay, they found the base of the frame was totally disintegrated wood. They crawled into the crawl space below the house and rebuilt the base for the door and removed all traces of the rotted wood. If there was a problem, they found a way to work around it and didn't stop until each aspect of the project was perfect. If you buy doors from Window World and Siding, this is the team to get! This is the only company that really seemed interested in coming to replace only one leaky window. Because of this i can't comment on price comparison. They did said because I was only buying one window the cost would be more than if I bought a whole house full of windows. This was the only thing about the process that turned me off a little as it made me feel like I wasn't getting a great price. I was happy though that they came for an estimate on the day I called and were prompt about sending someone later to measure the window as well as install it. The guys that came to install the window even repaired our back door that had been sticking since the day we bought the house. They did this just to be nice and it made my day! I really liked that this was a company that cares about customer service and doesn't have a bunch of contract workers that aren't committed to the job. I do think they could have done a little better cleaning up the nails outside when they were done (I have a toddler who keeps finding them) but this is minor. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Window world and would do business with them again in the future.

They were great from the start. Very attentive and prompt. I had three quotes and they were much less and we love the quality. Very happy to have found them.

Window World was prompt in getting the work done. In the process of replacing the soffits they also reseated the gutters which solved the problem of water leaking from behind the gutter in the front. The soffit material is top notch. The only negatives I would mention is that I found some metal scraps among my bushes next to the house and they left a bit of dirt and debris on the front porch/walk. In the past I've had various workers who did a better job of cleaning up after their work. We chose to have Window World do this work because they put in our replacement windows several years ago. They did a fabulous job with a quality product and we've been very happy with them. So I'm not sure how competitive the price is, but we know they would do quality work.
