Excellent. Windows were installed ahead of schedule, workers were prompt, friendly, and cleaned up all debris from the job.

They did excellent work. This is the third time that I have used them. I would recommend them to anyone, and they back all their products. They are a little expensive, but they do very good work.

The work overall went excellent - the crew were at my home a few minutes earlier than they said they would be, they were professional, neat, and got the job done in a little over three hours.

We used them because they were so highly rated on Angie's list. They were willing to price match other bids. They installed 12 windows, the door, and side light in a day and a half. They were very efficient, and they great job. They cleaned up everything when they were finished, and they were very punctual.

We had gotten 2 quotes. Window world had the better quality window and was willing to match the price of the competition. Windows took 2 weeks to come in and installation took 2 days. Overall, very happy with windows. We had a few small issues during installation, but the company was good about staying on top of getting those resolved.

They provide a superior product (Softlite) and answered all my questions prior to the sale. The installation went very well, but due to issues with reinstalling the alarm system, adjustments to the mounting had to be made. They were *very* accommodating and performed the extra work very quickly and effectively with no hassles.

Wonderful professional service. Estimator came out the day after my call (a Saturday no less) and did a thorough job measuring and explaining product. Installers were out on day promised, and were very professional. Excellent workmanship, beautiful job.

They did an excellent job of putting in our new sun room and deck. They both look really nice and it didn't even take them two weeks to get both of them done. They were able to help us pick the design that would best fit our lifestyle. This company has very nice employees.

The workman and his assistant arrived on time and ready to get down to business. Their demeanor and work was exceptional and professional. They were careful of our existing landscaping and cleaned up well. We are really enjoying our new sun porch and are very pleased with their work.

We had done some shopping around for prices, and their price was right where we hoped it would be. We described what we wanted and they were able to bring it to life on paper for us. Extremely pleased. My new front door opens and closes with ease, the original always had to have "hip assist". They insulated, sealed, and did everything with the most extreme professionalism. I will definitely call on this firm again. Ben Zaidman did our quote and the correct door was delivered as promised. Shawn Vineyard and Wayne Query installed the door and even fixed two inconsequential, but irritating, unrelated problems we had endured for years. Their willingness to go above and beyond was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They made sure that our new door worked perfectly and completely cleaned up after they finished. Of course, we would have loved for the cost to have been less, but feel that with today's market it was acceptable. We were definitely quoted higher. We didn't feel comfortable with some who quoted lower. We are glad we chose WindowWorld and Siding.

Their service was wonderful. They showed up early and cleaned up after themselves. The only way I knew they were there was because there was a beautiful new front.

Very polite and professional. They gave great advice that I hope will save lots of money. Though I could not use his product, I would use it if I could. His product was vinyl and my home is wood, by switching the materials, it would change the integrity of the home. He was not pushing his product, although it was a great product. I would highly recommend this company.

They weren't as informative as other companies, but I did appreciate their information that they did give me.

They did it in 1 day. They showed up when they were suppose to. My house was broken in to 1 month later, and they replaced a window at no charge.

Calvin also went above and beyond at replacing our door threshold that was rotted. He only charged for Cost of goods and did an excellent job. A FIRST CLASS COMPANY, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering windows and will definitely use them when we reface our cabinets. Window World did an excellent job. The installers were very friendly and one would not mind dealing with them. They know how to talk to people. The quality of work was excellent as was the clean up.

Window World did a good job. I did feel the cleanup could have been improved upon. The installers did not put the furniture back in the right places in the yard. I did explain where the furniture should be and they complied.

BEAUTIFUL. We could not be more pleased. Bruce Zaidman, Calvin and everyone at Window World are absolutely top-notch, both as craftsmen and as reliable, pleasant people. This is the second time (second house) this company has done a porch for us, and we can't say enough good about Bruce and his crew.

Ben Zaidman was a pleasure to work with. No high pressures sales. The crew did have to reschedule due to another job taking longer than expected, but our work was promptly rescheduled for a few days later. The crew was on time, very polite and pleasant to work with & finished the job quickly. Everything was left clean. The quality of the work performed was excellent, & we are very pleased with the quality and look of the windows.
