Everyone we dealt with in this company was very professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. With Angie's List discount, their price was very competitive to begin with, and their warranty is excellent, but I was having trouble comparing the actual windows; the manufacturer did not post their U-factor numbers on their website or brochures, nor could I find them on the NFRC website (organization that does the energy rating labels). After some back and forth, Ben Zaidman offered to upgrade me to Soft-Lite windows, which do have the ratings posted, for the same price, "because this has been such a hassle for you". The windows were installed earlier than promised; I wanted to get them in before my painters worked in the same rooms, and they called me when they had an earlier date open up. The installers cheerfully altered their normal work flow to completely install the kitchen window before starting on the others, so the painters could get started painting the kitchen the same day. We were a bit dismayed when a piece fell off the first window my husband opened when he got home, but this turned out to be just a plastic balance cover , not integral to the working of the window, and they came out within a couple of days and fixed that and a couple of other very minor issues. The kitchen window was delivered with grids in it, though it was supposed to have none, but rather than delay the installation they went ahead and installed the window and then came back and replaced the sashes when they came in a couple of weeks later. They even left us the ones with the grids in case we or a future owner ever wanted them. The windows themselves are very nice, plastic of course, with some slight roughness at the seams, but they look good, work very smoothly and are a great improvement over the builder-grade deteriorating vinyl windows they replaced. There is a noticeable difference on a cold night if you put your hand on one of the new windows vs. the old one. The new ones have no draft whatsoever around them. I'd forgotten how nice it is to be able to open and shut a window with one hand! Within a couple of days, we were wishing we'd replaced all our windows and we will certainly be calling Window World and Siding for more windows soon.

Ben did our estimate with a price close to other estimates I had obtained. (Another estimate had said it would be an additional $1000 to do a feature area with a shake effect siding, no additional charge from Ben.) It was also a better product with an insulated backing. We haggled a bit and got to what I thought was a fair price based on other estimates. We were told it would be about a month before starting and Billy & Eric showed up right about on schedule. They are two of the best workers I have ever experienced. Always polite, approachable and explained what they were doing. They refused all offers of refreshments, drinks and bathroom usage and worked about 8-10 days on the house. Cleanup was excellent, did not find a speck of excess material anywhere on the property. We do have an issue where a piece of trim will have to be adjusted where it is rubbing on the garage door and I expect this will be taken care of promptly. All in all a great experience.

The sales manager Ben Zaidman was good. He was serious about quality and receiving a good review in Angie's List (member discount available). The quality of the windows are great. The removal of the existing windows proved problematic for the installer. The surrounding walls were quite marred in the removal process. I had to get matching paint and go over the walls myself. Luckily I had the paint color sample. Even though I had to get the paint, the installer offered to apply it for me. I thought that was really professional. The windows were a little slow in getting delivered (over two weeks).

Ben was very prompt and very accommodating. He is very professional and very proud of their Angie's List reputation. He looked at the windows both inside and outside and quote the windows at $900 to replace two of them, $50 for each sill, and $400 for the trim replacement (total of $1400). He explained why his window installers were better than most and that the work and windows came with a lifetime, no questions warranty. He was low pressure and gave a written quote for the work and was very friendly. I decided not to get the work done by this company but did it myself to save money (<$600 for materials doing the work myself). Otherwise, I would have used them based on their professionalism and reputation.

Overall it was good, however, only half screens were included with the windows. The windows are on the 3rd story and go to the floor so I only want to open the top half (small children in home). No screen on the top half and it would be an extra charge to get them. I thought full screens were standard.

It was very worth it. They did a very excellent job. The guys were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the product was excellent. They're just great people.

I called to have someone come out and do an estimate for replacing our windows. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled for Ben Zaidman to come. He came out to give us an estimate and let us see a sample window. He was prompt and professional. They have been in business since 1988. It was his father's company and the installers have been with them for years. They do not use subcontractors. They also have a very good warranty on their windows. I was very impressed with his knowledge of windows and the pride he had in his company. His price was very comparable to the other estimates we received. While I know that his company would have done a great job, we ended up going with another company that had windows we preferred. This is not to say there was anything wrong with their windows - just a matter of preference.

I could tell he was busy, but he took the time to explain, that since it was a storm door, most people just replace the door.

Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with sure had a "can do" attitude. The crew was spectacular. They arrived each day when they said they would and kept me informed throughout the day as to what had been accomplished and what was next on the agenda. I felt like I was part of the team, too. They were very neat and tidy with the work area and cleaned every work area thoroughly. They even cleaned the new windows inside and out! They instructed me on how to operate the new windows and pointed out special features, etc. I could not have been more pleased and I am the first to admit to being very picky. They wowed me!

Window world was awesome to work with. From the first visit with Ben Zaidman to the last day of the installation. Ben respected our time which we really appreciated. He guided us to the best products for our job without pushing us to upgrades that really weren't necessary. The price he gave us was competitive with one other we got, but nobody could beat their warranty. They finished our job in 1 1/2 days. The crew that showed up (Shawn, Wayne, Alan, Jack (pretty sure that's who was here)) was respectful, polite and really sweet to my little girls. They were nice about working around the fact that my husband was on a couple of conference calls meaning they couldn't get to some of the windows right when they wanted to. They cleaned up everything, moved all the furniture back after they were finished. It was as if they hadn't been there, except for the fact that we had these amazing new windows!! I highly recommend them for any job you need done!

They were very professional from the estimate through the installation process. The work was done on time for the price quoted. We were very pleased with the company and individuals we worked with. The new windows seem to be very good quality as well. We highly recommend them.

They were excellent to work with. This was the first time I had used their services. They gave us a time frame of when they work would be done and they were able to complete it in that time frame.

Calvin, the installer, was very professional and cleaned up the entire work area well after completing the job.

They did very good quality work. They were very good to work with and they listened to what we wanted and accommodated all our needs. They made a mistake in measurements and they were going to re-do the whole thing but we told them it was ok. They were absolutely great to work with.

They were very quick to install it. I had a small issue with some siding work so I called them and they had a guy out to fix it, no charge in about two days.

Salesman / Owner 'Ben' came on time and did the estimate, gave us a quote that we were happy with. Scheduled appointment to measure. 6 weeks later, the team came on time and had all windows out of house within 3 hrs. Friendly team. We did not feel awkward leaving the house. Ben also asked that before we reported here, we give them a chance to fix anything. Warranty for glass is lifetime for breakage and frames for lifetime. I think better than the 2 other companies we got estimates from. We also have a survey to fill out from Window World.

I agreed on a mid-range window. After measuring the outside, they realized that only the 'top grade' window would work. They installed the better window but honored our original price!!!

Everything went as planned. Installers were on time and completed the work as promised within one and a half days. Very professional, cleaned the area after the first day and when the project was finished. Ben Zaidman, our salesman, was courteous and professional. We had four estimates. Window World was not the least expensive but not very much above the low estimate. I preferred the brand over the other windows due to our experience in replacing a slider and bay window several years ago during a kitchen remodel.

Excellent experience with window world, you may get it cheaper, but I don't think you will get it better.

Window world and siding were great to work with. They gave us a great quote and completed the work in less time than estimated. We had a minor leak around the new sidelights and they came out the day after we called to fix it. I also just noticed the other day that they repaired some minor trim in my entry way that was not at all related to the window and door installation, way to go above and beyond.

Ben Came out to give me a quote and then came back to sign a contract. We then scheduled an installation date. They did a great job. They had excellent craftsmanship and they vacuumed and cleaned up after they were finished.

14 year old deck doors were rotted. Window World took out the old doors and put in the new door systems in two days. They did the finish work so everything looked like it had been in the house forever. No mess. They came when they said they would come and completed the job on time and on budget.

My overall experience with the company was good. They did exemplary work. However there was some exterior framing that had to be trimmed in order to properly fit the windows. My concern with that was the fact that they left the shavings from the trimming on the ground. This could have cause tremendous damage to lawn equipment had I not noticed them. I also noticed several cigarette butts left on the ground after their last day of work.

We had very difficult windows due to aluminum siding but they were great. They did not give us any hassle.
