My Wife and I recently completed an exterior remodel of our home. A large portion of this remodel was focused on the windows and doors. Old windows and doors were plain and lacked any character or visual appeal. The window and door pros team was invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of transforming the look of our home. Sales rep was insightful and the office staff was patient and friendly. Installation of the windows and doors was also handled by window and door pros. Process was cleaner and smoother than either my wife or I expected. Our contact was extremely hands on throughout the process and we couldn't be happier. I have recommended to several friends and neighbors and have heard similar feedback.

Shopping for doors can be over whelming. There are a lot of options these days (styles, materials, brands,finishes, hardware, etc). Window and Door Pros were unbelievably helpful in navigating through not only style issues but building codes and functionality. I truly believe we would not be as happy with our project if we had gone with some of the other companies we considered. You really get the feeling that the most important thing to window and door pros is that you are happy with the end results for years to come. At first the price seemed a little high but once we started to experience the patience and expertise of the staff and quality of the product it made us feel like we were getting a bargain. Tons of compliments on the door and we couldn't be happier. I would and am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Bonus. They are a one stop shop. We bought the doors (installed) and the hardware (handle and deadbolt) all at their design center. I was nice to have someone help us with the selections and insure it all coordinated together and with our home.

When my wife and I were building our custom home we visited numerous window suppliers trying to find a good combination of quality, value and advice. We found that and more with Window and Door Pros. They patiently walked us through the selection process and helped us make a great decision on Windsor double hung windows. We couldn't be happier. They clearly know their product lines (they carry multiple brands to choose from) and are interested in finding the right fit for your project. The installation was impressive. I truly believe that a product is only as good as the installation of that said product. Window and Door Pros went above and beyond with the installation of our windows. My carpenter even commented on the care, attention to detail and additional steps that the Window and Door Pros craftsmen were taking to ensure that everything was perfect. After my home was built I had an issue with a garage window (my fault). Once again Window and Door Pros impressed. They went above and beyond to help me reset my window and perform an inspection to ensure I had not damaged the unit. Hard to find such a great group these days. I would recommend to anyone.

Window & Door Pros was an excellent company to work with. We ordered Pinnacle Series Casement windows with full wood interiors and composite painted exteriors. The house is full stucco and they installed the windows to the higest standards to ensure there would be no leaks.

We ordered custom mahogany doors for our addition to match those in the existing house. Window & Door Pros installed the doors with a three point locks to give is ultimate security. They also repaired our existing doors to make them plumb and square and replaced old Baldwin hardware that did not function correctly.

I have used window and door pros several times over the past couple of years and have always been impressed with them - both in quality and responsiveness. As a result, I hired them to do a project on our new home during a renovation - replacing some glass in two 3rd floor skylight. I received a quote in early August and returned full payment in advance for the project on 8/29. I am usually very slow to write a poor review about any vendor - but I cannot abide vendors who do not return phone calls. After 3 months of waiting to hear on the status of my order, I repeatedly called window and door pros. I left 8 voicemail messages - none of them were returned. Keep in mind - I paid in full upfront; so was not feeling great about the lack of response. I had to take the entire initiative to follow up. Only because of my persistence was I able to get ahold of someone and eventually get the job scheduled. I had to be firm and demand the work get completed; which is not my usual demeanor with vendors. The work was completed this week (3 1/2 months after our initial visit) and was well done in terms of quality. There was no apology or explanation offered. I have no patience for this lack of professionalism. If there is a problem - I am a reasonable person. But pick up the phone, return my calls and let me know the situation so we can work together. I would not recommend using this company; nor will I hire them again.

Our experience with Window and Door Pros was excellent. The highly regarded Windsor windows that Window and Door Pros installed have performed exceptionally well and are of very high quality. Highly recommend considering Window and Door Pros for your home renovation or new build needs.

The entire process was scheduled in steps as the door and door parts became available and my time was free. The WDP team was very flexible and eager to please.

We looked at all of the usual suspects but found the Windsor Pinnacle product availalbe at Window and Door Pros to our liking. For comparable units of the national brand they are less expensive but offer the same if not better performance. We worked with Michael Harig who is great to follow-up on questions and was very enjoyable to work with. Mike came out and measured our windows which included a custom Paladium window, mutliple double hung and 3 French doors. Our order was delivered on time and without problems and they look great. As the windows and doors have only been installed for about a month I can not comment on energy savings but we have noticed that the house is much more quiet than before so we expect our power bill to go down considerably. All in all we are very pleased with the Window and Door Pros and highly reccommend them.

I had already purchased the windows so only used them for the labor. They did great job -- no complaints! The price was good and I would recommend them.

Very good all around! The salesman was knowledgable, and if he didn't have an answer he was able to get one quickly. The work was done quickly and the clean up was great!

The install occurred on an extremely cold morning in Dec. With temperatures in the low 20's, I felt as though the installers rushed to complete the job. They started around 8am and left before noon. Problems fitting a couple of the windows into the previously measured openings were not called to our attention. The resulting exterior trim repairs had to be addressed afterwards. Further, a fair amount of debris from the old windows was left behind. Although they were responsive to our issues, I was very displeased about installation problems with a product that commands a premium price.

Scott and Alex came out to measure the windows and go over the options for the installation. Windows were ordered and arrived within the quoted time frame. Alex and his helper came out on the scheduled days and replaced the windows and trim. Unfortunately, one of the windows was broken on arrival but was promptly reordered and arrived in a reasonable time frame. Alex came back out and installed the remaining window. All old windows and material were completely removed from the premises and they cleaned up well after they were done. Every aspect of the installation went very well.
