They were the 4th estimate we got and they were great with communicating with me and were able to come earlier than anticipated. We are happy with the estimate.

I paid to have them winterize my system for several years. Last year, they told me my back flow had frozen - and it was my fault because I didn't disconnect the back flow and bring it inside. I certainly would have if they had ever told me to! (One of the years before, I was told by the technician to be careful to not lose the 2 screws that he had placed on top of the rocks - again, never a word about me needing to actually disconnect it myself and bring it inside.) I was told that the system would also need to be moved further away from the house foundation due to updated regulations and that this would cost me a significant amount more. Their guy was to come make the repair while I was at work. I came home to discover a new back flow had been installed but it wasn't moved. I called and asked about it. I then asked for a refund for the extra amount because I was charged to have it moved. William actually yelled at me. I'm not kidding! Yelled at me!! He agreed to refund me "100 - 125" (his words). Not surprising that the refund check that came in the mail was for the lesser amount. Being yelled at is the ultimate in unprofessional behavior, and the worst customer service. Paying to have your system winterized and then being blamed and charged for the problem is also the worst customer service.

Wilcox had installed my sprinkler a few years ago. Today Anthony came to fix a cut wire. After initial work done I remembered one more old issue. He became irritated and said you are telling me now? I apologized and tried to explain one area where sprinkler did not water properly. He started arguing. I said I will complain about him. He went to his van and brought out his phone asking me to call his manager right away. I asked them to leave immediately and paid off the $200 repair charge over phone. I have asked a manager to contact me asap. Waiting on the call.

After dealing with companies that sell goods and services for more than 60 yrs now, I have come to know a quality company exhibits three basic traits; how they treat you before the sale, their product pricing, warranties, guarantees, etc, and how they treat you after the sale. The later is really a demonstration of what their "quality" rating is worth to me. I must say, this company exhibits all of the aforementioned characteristics. Their sales rep was very professional, easy to work with and was very responsive. Honestly, I thought it would be a hassle to accommodate my request. Each time I called, the sales rep was either readily available, or I would get a call back the same day. My situation was unique, as I made a deposit for a system, but due to no fault of them, I had to reschedule the installation. I thought the process of requesting a refund would be a hassle, but to my surprise, they were willing and professional; and the transaction was processed the same day. It's not often a business responds so quickly and courteously as did Wilcox Brothers. It’s for the aforementioned reasons I am happy to have selected them for the installation of my irrigation system.

Jason and his team have consistently been responsive and reasonable. They are proactive in anticipating new system needs as the landscape footprint and technology change. The new HydraWise system is awesome! They always arrive when scheduled, and leave a detailed report of their work. A highly valued member of our home maintenance team.

They showed up when I wasn't home. The scheduling has been bad. The worst customer service from beginning to end. Their pricing is adsorbent.

There was a leak with the initial system, and issues getting the problem resolved.

For the initial installation, they showed me that everything was working and it went ok. I am now upset that they placed the pipes so close to the surface causing the pipe to be damaged by the aeration machine. There is water is coming out where it’s not supposed to.
