Dexter F and Travis H. replaced our old tub and shower with a walk in shower. This installation was in an old farmhouse with all the challenges of crooked walls and sloping floors. The results look great. We couldn't be more pleased! These guys were very courteous and professional.

I wanted to take this time to really thank Ray Pollard and his worker.They both did an awesome job on my mom's shower.The both of them where so kind and considerate.I would recommend them to all my friends.Great job guys.

The Workers were on time. They were Tyler ,Zach ,and Tim. Very professional and considerate. The job was done well and completed on time.

Dexter and Johnny had to replace my shower. They were very courteous and arrived early. They explained what they were going to do and ensured that was what I wanted. My installer was Jeff Fitch and he was very knowledgeable about the installation and extremely friendly. He went above and beyond with the work that was required of him and a couple of extra touches also. When the work was completed in about 2 days which was a shower replacement that required a retainer wall to be torn down and a new one erected along with a beautiful clear glass and chrome shower doors installed, myself and my wife had to give Jeff a tip in appreciation. I would definitely recommend West Shore to others and hope you have the pleasure of having Jeff as your installer. Thanks Jeff.

Dexter and Johnny were punctual, thoroughly prepped the area before beginning the project, and involved us step-by-step while replacing the bathtub. They were very cordial , worked hard, and completely cleaned up the area after they finished their work. We were very pleased with the finished product! :)

Johnny and Dexter were here on time, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done. They removed the bath tub and all down to the base. They installed a beautiful gray surround, new base, new fixtures and grab bars, and sliding glass doors. Great JOB! Will tell my neighbor about it, and he will probably have them do his too.

Our salesman Dan Halsey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us throughout the process. Joe and Chad came out and removed all our old tile. They did a great job and did not damage any tiles outside the shower area. The pan was the wrong size and they had to order a new pan. I was contacted by Zach with WestShore Home and he expedited the pan order and kept me updated. When they received the pan, Ryan and Ashton came out to do the installation. They worked all day on the installation. The shower turned out so beautiful. They did an awesome job. Everyone that we dealt with at WastShore Home were helpful and courteous and always returned calls and messages. Thank you also to the ladies that did the scheduling. They were so helpful in setting our dates.

From John Grunewald the design consultant to Dexter F. and Johnny the install team everyone was professional, happy and were willing to take both time and effort to address any questions or needs we had in respect to the design and final out come of our new shower stall. Dexter F. and Johnny covered the carpets and stairs runner. They cleaned up everything. When they finished you could not tell that they had removed an old tile shower stall and pan and installed a new one. The bathroom was cleaner after they finished then before they started. We could not be more pleased with this project.

Well pleased with the final results. All workers were polite, pleasant and professional. Project was done on time . The gentlemen worked hard all day long. Thanks to Both/ Cody Tingler and Zack Stone were the gentlemen who did the project.

The installation was so fast! Travis B., Chad, Johnny were very nice and answered all my questions. They kept me informed of progress. In the end, they cleaned everything up, leaving no mess. I am so pleased with the installation that Iâ m seriously considering them doing our second bathroom!

The salesman Bob Wood was very professional as well as informative. He was patient and understanding to our needs. He made knowledgeable suggestions to help us make our decision for the proper shower for my elderly father. Travis B., Bill and Ashton came to install the shower and were very professional, tidy and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with every stage of the project. Very experienced in the trade and made the entire process pleasant. WELL worth the money we spent!

Travis B and Travis H were my installers. They were prompt, professional and pleasant. These young men worked very hard and tirelessly to redo my bathroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, the faucet on the tub was not as secure as I would have liked it. Within a couple of hours I received a call from William B and Johnny S. Not only did they try to secure the faucet, they offered to replace the existing and did so within a hour or less. Quality service is what I am paying for and without question I received it. On time and installed as scheduled

Done an excellent job. Jennifer B got me started on my project. She showed me a variety of ways i could do my shower. She was very nice. I love my new shower. They arrived early and got started on my bathroom. The guys worked very hard.Chad D Williams, William Black, and Dexter Flowe. They cleaned up and made sure everything was in order before they left. They were very nice. Good value for the money!!! My new shower is beautiful!!!

Cody Tingler and Travis Hoyle did the work. They were most courteous, hardworking and efficient. Their work was exceptional. I would like them to do my other bathroom on Oct 12. They left me instructions for caring for the fixtures. It was a delight having them in my home. I look forward to seeing them again and their work.

Cody Tingler and Mike Gibson were awesome workers .They had to come back the next day to finish putting up the doors. My son is very happy with the results. They cleaned up as wells. Good job!
