Johnny / Brian were very professional in the work that was done, to replace my shower to a Westshore shower. Johnny / Brian were very clear on giving us step by step on the whole process with removing and installing our new shower. I would be happy to let my family and friends know what a great job Johnny / Brian have done and recommend them to anyone that is looking at updating their bathroom shower. Great Job guys!!! If I could rate Johnny / Brian ten stars, then I would definitely do it!!!

I was well pleased with the installers. Did a great job. They were very polite and they totally cleaned up after they were done didn't leave anything behind. Would recommend them to others and they answers all questions that I had and explained them to me. And walked me through everything thing that they were doing.

First the Scheduling of both showers was handled very well and accommodated our needs and was done sooner that initially planned. Also, Installers Pedro and Ashton were very efficient in handling a drain issue that wasn't apparent until demolition. This issue put them behind a bit and the proactively added Ty so that the job stayed on schedule and completed on-time. All the installers worked well as a team, and accommodated us as we had to use the facilities during construction. We highly recommend West Shore Home for your home improvement projects. They are very competitively priced and provide a quality outcome.

Johnny, Jordan and Brian did an excellent job installing our bathtub and shower. They carried themselves in a very professional manner. From start to finish these men did an amazing job including the clean up. They are a great representation of this company based on their performance and attitude. Joe H and Babar replaced our tub with a walk-in shower in my very small bathroom. They did an OUTSTANDING job. They were so careful to ensure quality work. It was beautiful when they were done. They were very professional, polite and respectful of me, my dog and my home the entire time they were here. When they were done, they made sure I knew what to do to protect the shower for the future. It was such a joy working with them.

West Shore Homes remodeled my very small bathroom shower area. Installers Ray P. & Jermanie went above & beyond replacing all the surrounding wall, plumbing & under the shower pan floor. They were very courteous & respectful to our home & explained everything so we could understand what was going on & the after care. My family & I were amazed & delighted at the end result. So much more than we expected. West Shore Home may seem a tad expensive at first, but when the final result is seen with all the extra work put into installing their shower areas to ensure a beautiful bath that will stand the test of time, it is definitely worth it!!

We absolutely LOVE our new shower! Chris Brumnel and Marquel Chunn did an OUTSTANDING job. The installation was done in a neat manner. The installers took pride in their work and were very respectful, polite, and courteous. I would definitely recommend the installers and West Shore Home for any of your bathroom installation needs. Tywaye Timmons, Zach Stone, and Cody Tirgler (sp?) installed a walk in shower where my garden tub used to be. The shower looks great, it was just installed today so I can't speak to quality of the work other than how it looks. The gentlemen were pleasant, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. No issues at all.

Mr. Pollard and Mr. Jermaine did a GREAT JOB. I just love it and couldn't stop smiling and laughing after they were done. I love those guys. They were very attentive to my needs! It was all about pleasing me!

I would first like to say my wife and I are very pleased with the remodeling of our bathrooms. The crew from West Shore Home completely removed the existing bathroom tubs and showers and completely replaced them with all brand new tubs and shower. The crew was in two teams. Team One was Cody Tingler and Zach Stone. Team Two was Joe Herbal and Jermane Patterson. These men were very professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and showed pure dedication and devotion to the project. The best way I can explain is that they completed the project as if it was their own home. They arrived on time, identified themselves, explained the process, and went to Work. I mean these men really took pride and care in performing their craft. The total experience from start to finish was done with such care and attention to detail. On a scale from one to ten, I rate the process as a Ten. The sales rep. Cameron Young explained the material in detail. He also showed a video and had samples of the material to be used to perform the work. After the install, the work crew explained what they did and asked if I had any questions and again they were very knowledgeable. Also, I must after the installation the work crew cleaned up very well. I am so thankful to have this crew install my bathrooms. If I need any future work done I am requesting now to have this crew come back. Team Leaders Cody Tingler and Joe Herbal need to be promoted immediately. West Shore Management hear me when I say it, you should be grateful to have Cody and Joe as part of your organization. These men are ready for the next step in their advancement. Ray Pollard and Travis Hoyle took out my old bathtub and installed a beautiful walk-in shower. I am having knee replacement surgery in January and this walk in shower will come in handy as I recover from that surgery. Ray and Travis are professional and polite. They were here on time and had my shower installed and cleaned up in 8 hours. Thanks

Ray Pollard and Travis Black of West Shore Home of Charlotte traveled 5+ hours to help out the West Shore Home Virginia Beach office with a bathtub and shower replacement on the second floor of our condominium. They were experienced and knowledgeable about their work. They arrived as promised at 8AM and were finished shortly after 2PM. They answered all of our questions and were careful to avoid any damage to the walls and carpet through numerous trips up and down the stairs. They were meticulous in their work and cleaned up all traces after they were done. A fantastic company and experience.

Cody Tingler, Chad Williams and Alvin Miller did a great job. They arrived on time and started to work. They was very professional and did a great job!

Travis Black and Zach were prompt, curtious, followed Covid safety guidelines by wearing masks and social distancing. They worked extremely hard with no breaks that we could tell, and completed our tub to shower conversion in one day. The shower looks great and we would recommend this company to others. The job was done within 2 weeks of being ordered which was another bonus.

Cody Tingler & Alvin Miller did a great job. They arrived on time and started work. Very professional experience. Cody & Alvin were very friendly and wasted no time. Except for a short lunch break, they worked til the job was finished.Other than a small problem with the shower glass door, which, for some reason was not on the work order, Cody and Alvin did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

Tim Jobe and Jeff Farr were great craftsmen who did a fabulous job and cleaned their mess. These two went beyond expectations, worked diligently and completed the work in a very timely manner. Would I use these two again? Definitely!!
