The installers came on time, they got started quickly, and worked the whole time they were here. Joey H, Babar K, and Travis H did a wonderful job and wore masks during the whole process. Sarah was the consultant and she came by to check on progress. All 4 were very professional.

Beautiful job by the company and done in such a short time. We contacted them and committed to the service on Wednesday and the work was started the next morning at 830 am and completed before 4. Old cast iron tub and tiles all removed from the property and clean up as well. We now have a beautiful tub and shower installed and no more problems with leaking fixtures. Your installers Johnny S and. Brian J were very professional and personable and did a great job. There was a :3rd guy but I donâ  t have his name. Thank you

Johnny, Brian and Bill C (Yeti) were here on time, very professional and thorough. They were done early, and exactly when Johnny said they would be. They went the extra mile and even corrected some minor plumbing issues just to make sure everything would be right for the future. I would highly recommend this Team and West Short!

From start to finish the experience was great and customer focused. Our salesman, Doug B., made sure we new all options and made the best decision for our needs. When the installation day arrived Calab C. and Shakeem T. did an excellent job and left the clean with a new shower which looks fabulous! Our installers were Cody Tingler and Zach Stone. These two were awesome, professional, thorough, friendly & accommodating. The shower looks great. The workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend these two for installation work.

This project was topnotch. The craftsmanship was simply outstanding. They showed up on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan Elliott, Travis Hoyle, and Joe Caljolo were the men who installed my shower. They did and excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joseph, installation manager and his helper showed up on Saturday as expected. I am handicaped and needed bath tub removed and shower installed. Project was completed in one day,as advertised. Cost was as I agreed. They cleaned up and were very professional.

FANTASTIC JOB! We had a tub converted to a shower. The craftsmanship by our installers Ray Pollard and Jermaine Patterson was simply outstanding! Our design consultant, Stephanie Prince also did a wonderful job as our initial contact. Every detail and option was carefully explained and the follow up by WestShore was excellent. Communication was timely and complete. My wife and I were very impressed by the professionalism of both Ray and Jermaine. There were in and out in 8 hours and the bathroom looked like they had never been here EXCEPT they left behind a beautiful new shower.

2 men were very nice and thorough with the steps involved in completing my shower and kept me informed at each step. Enjoyed the 2 men.

the first time tub was installed it was not level. They came back out redone project to our satisfaction. Roy and Jermaine were very professional.

From the point of contact with Zachary Smith to the Installers, Travis Hoyle and Ryan Elliott, it was a smooth and satisfactory transaction. All parties answered questions to my satisfaction. Travis and Ryan did their duties with great resolve as it was a long day for them. My new shower area is magnificent! Great product and great service.

We had the pleasure working with Cody Tingler and Zack Stone. They are two amazing workers. On the day of our install it was raining but that did not stop them two. We would recommended them to anybody. There work is amazing. I just got out of my new shower and it was so refreshing with all the new shower stuff. The installers, Chad D Williams and Robert Fairclough did a very good job. They were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They told us each step they would do and then they went to work. When they finished they cleaned the bathroom and had us look at the new shower. We were very happy.
