Best experience we could ever expected. . The team was on time and very professional from start to finish and all in one day. Installers Fred P, Jordan M, Reggie M and Tim S, were totally in sync with each other. They prepared everything first then completely gutted and redid 1 bathroom shower and 1 bathroom tub/shower for us. I was amazed how well they worked together. Fred was the leader but this team together was outstanding. Josh our salesman stopped buy to say hello. He talked with the installers and wanted to make sure my wife and I were happy. This level of caring is over the top and much appreciated . They were courteous and very neat, organized and clean. The results were amazing and they stayed late to make sure my wife and I were happy with everything. Fred went over every detail with us and he really is good at what he does. Iâ m very happy I selected West Shore Home for this project. If anyone out there is looking for someone to upgrade their bathroom tub and shower, you will not go wrong with West Shore Home. The installer team of Joe H. and Babar arrived on time, worked continuously until the project was complete. They were covid - safe, laid drop cloths to keep my home clean and were very knowledgeable of their products and service. The cleanup was very thorough and they provided a sample piece for color matching wall paint. The team insured that I perform a workmanship inspection during this inspection Joe H. explained the operation of the new shower head system and controls. I am very pleased with the finished product and the work ethic of this installation team.

Billy Mclawhorn did a great job with my shower installation. The job was top notch. Here at the scheduled time and finished my project on time with great quality,

We had Austin Casteel for our installer ,he was very professional, showed up on time explained what was going to happen ,made sure that we were happy with what was scheduled to happen. He was a very good worker. Kept job clean throughout the day. I would highly recommend Austin Casteel and West Shore to anyone wishing to upgrade on your home. And a big shout out to sales lady Stephanie Prince. Very knowledgeable about products. Very satisfied with experience.

They was respectful and helpful. They kept a clean work area at all times.

Ray Pollard was great to work with. He did a fantastic job replacing my shower in the master bath. He has a great work ethic, craftsmanship and an eye for detail. So pleased with his work!

Dexter F. and Alvin M. did a wonderful job changing my tub for a walk-in shower. They were early and completed the project in one day. Both were respectful, answered all my questions, maintained COVID precautions and made sure everything was working and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend WestShore Home.

They did a fantastic job even in our older house (which added time on). They still managed to get it all done in one day and I'm pretty sure they didn't even take a lunch break! I had great service from beginning to end. I really appreciated Chip and his professionalism and great advice. The workers Ralph and Roger were great along with their supervisor Vance. They were very respectful and they were on time and were finished earlier than expected. They went through all the instructions throughly on how to take of my new shower. They didnâ t waste time and I noticed how well they worked together and made a great team. They are hard workers and I highly recommend West Shore Homes to anyone needing home improvements.

Great experience. The sales person (Shayne Bybee) did a great job. The installers (Johnny and Brian) showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They cleanup everything and were out by 4:00pm I would recommend West Shore Home to anyone needing work.

We hired West Shore to remodel both of our bathrooms, however a few days after the 3 day money back contract expired our son came down with Corona-19 and our water heater went out. At that point we needed our deposit back and cancel the project for the near future. I was expecting push back since we were outside the full refund window, however to my surprise, the VA Beach sales manager, after a phone call to the corporate office, was able to get us all of our money back. I was very impressed, and from a customer service standpoint, I would definitely recommend West Shore.

Phillip Weaver the sales representative was professional, courteous, and did a great job of representing the company and answering all of my questions. The installing team was Cody Tingler and Zach Stone. What a great team to have representing your company! These 2 guys were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, work well together, and work hard.

This was my first remodel. Everything is explained up front and during the process. Work was completed as notified. Do Not hesitate to deal with this company. I found everything to be up above board, nothing unexpected or hidden. My salesperson was Sarah, my installers were Ryan C. & Jordan C. who not only did a fantastic job, but left everything nice and clean. Great job !!!! I will be calling them again soon for my other projects. You need to add more stars
