Kevin was my service tech and he was very professional. He arrived on time and communicated important things, such as when water being turned off. He completed the job of replacing the shower and fixtures with a safe, functional and beautiful shower with an adjustable height shower fixture. Thanks Kevin for an awesome job done in less than a day!!!

The installer, Kevin Nicea, was a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. He took his time, did quality work, and insured I was informed every step of the way. Also, the salesman Gunnar was very professional, well prepared, and able to answer all my questions. Now my dad has a safe place to shower and we donâ t have to worry about him getting in or out of the bathtub.

From the salesperson to the installer, our entire experience was very positive. Salesperson didn't try to upsell us or make us feel pressured in any way. She took measurements right there and gave us a quote. Our appointment was made and Ryan Chervenak showed up this morning to do the installation. I was shocked that he was alone but he did the job by himself in one day. Highly recommend!!!!

Johnny was my service tech. He was very professional and done a great job. Started job in the morning and was finished by mid afternoon. Always kept you informed about what he was doing and making sure everything was up to your liking. Cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.

Levi was out sales representative. He was very professional and took his time explaining everything. He was very helpful with questions we had after he left when we thought of them over the next couple of days. Our installers - Travis B & Alex E were great. They were very professional and made sure everything was right. They were very friendly and O would recommend West Shore to everyone!! They are too notch!!

We had a bathtub/shower updated/remodeled by West Shore Home yesterday and it looks fabulous!! Sarah Magaro, our Senior Consultant; and Kevin Alicea, the installer are absolutely amazing, professional, cooperative, prompt and customer-focused. We love our new bathroom and lifetime warranty. I highly recommend them...you won't be disappointed. Wish I had photos to show you. Impressive company, impressive people, impressive products. WOW!

If your room or area is not plum or perfectly square....you are going to have problems. However, Bob F and Jermaine P. Made it work very well. I'm happy with it. We had a shower/tub and had a walk in shower with seat installed. Looks Great! Ty Bob. F. And Jermaine P. For everything you did.

Had a great experience today with West Shore Homes. It started with Justin about 1.5 months ago. Today I had the ultimate in service with Pedro and Ryan E. They were amazing with the installation. They explained the whole entire process and did everything including making great recommendations along the way. I was very impressed with the way they worked together to get this done. At the end of the day, I highly recommend this company for their products and these two OUTSTANDING installers. My bathroom/shower is now a great destination for me and my family. First of all Brian J and Oscar M was on time and ready to start work. They introduced their selves and went over everything they was going to do they were very friendly and professional and our new walk in shower looks amazing and left no mess behind. I will definately refer them to anyone looking for a new bathroom, Great job!!!

I had West Shore Home convert my tub/shower to a walk in shower. The installation crew (Roy P/Yetty) were very efficient, experienced, and polite. They did a excellent job and cleaned up after they were done. My wife and I are very pleased with the work West Shore Home did for us. I would recommend them for any home remodeling that you have. THE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. TRAVIS B/ALEX W were sent to do the job and they were excellent, they left the area spotless.

Brain J and Oscar M Was awesome ONE TIME is a plus to me ... yes on time and greeted me and was ready to start ASAP ! notified me that they are going take a lunch brake and wasn't even long. Brain and Oscar the whole time was very neat with all their equipment and was not even loud very well respectful gentlemen. They even cleaned the entire bathroom . I'm very pleased with their work highly recommend

While we were a little hesitant to go with West Shore because of their pricing and our current budget, we spoke with manager Katie S. who reached out to us, and was able to find us a payment plan we could work with. Pedro D and Jermaine P came to do our tub to shower replacement and did a fantastic job. They were professional, personable, and cleaned every area they were working in both inside and outside of the house. We have already referred them to family. If we were to do another install with West Shore, we will certainly be requesting Pedro and Jermaine again!

Gunner did a excellent job explaining and setting expectations during my consultation. Joe H and Babar worked tirelessly from 8-6:30 pm. They created a shower that looks better than I could imagine. Thank you West Shore Home!!!

From the moment we met our consultant Daniel H., to the end of the job, everything was perfect! We got exactly what we wanted and Dexter F. and William C. were extremely courteous and their work is second to none! They treated our home as if it was their own. They left our home just as clean as it was when they arrived. They were on time, and completed the job within the time as promised. We would definitely recommend West Shore Home and this crew in particular to anyone. Thank you delivering on your promise, especially during this difficult time during Covid-19.

We are beyond pleased with the results of our bathroom/shower remodel. Our rep, John G was great and explained everything thoroughly. On the day of install, Ty T & Ryan C. arrived promptly at 845am and began the transformation. They were courteous and respectful and got to work right away. I was amazed that they got a 50 year old cast iron enameled tub out of my house without my even realizing they had. LOL. They were done by 430pm and left my house tidy with little evidence that a major transformation had taken place in a day. That is except for a beautiful full walk in shower where an ugly tub & broken faucets & tile used to be. I would definitely recommend this group for your bathroom renovations.

The consultant (Stephanie P.) plus the work crew was great. Kind, considerate, wonderful to converse with. Couldn't ask for better crew Perfect timing. Cleaned up when job was completed. I would hire them again . The consultant did a courtesy call on day of job to see how things were going. Wonderful lady. I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM.⠤⠤ Thank you Johnny, Joe, and Bill. The service was great from the start of the consult setup, to meeting Sarah M. who helped us with all of the details and the incredible job the Installers Cody T. & Zach S. did on our MB shower! We can't wait to have another one replaced in another bathroom once we're ready to do it again.

Canâ t say enough about the work Brian J and Oscar M did in replacing our bathtub. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars cause they more than deserve it.

Johnny S, Bill Cocker, Bob F, and Jordan C did an incredible job on my showers! I had both showers replaced in both of my bathrooms. Daniel is an excellent salesman as well! They left my condo the way it looked before they come. Awesome, Awesome job!

Very pleased with shower installation. Travis B. and Alex W. were pleasant and professional. the project was completed in a timely manner (We were able to continue working on another project while they were here.) Our installer shared tips for cleaning shower surfaces, and did a good job with cleanup. Our new shower looks great!
