Ray Pollard was very knowledgeable and the other 2 gentlemen, Kevin and Joel, were friendly. I expected a full day of redo, but the job was done in about 5 1/2 hours. My shower looks great. The guys left no mess behind. I recommend this company and their crew.

We had a wonderful experience beginning with the project adviser. The two young men (Cody T. and Alex W.) were great from the time when they entered our home until the time they finished. They kept us inform as each step they accomplished. They finished the job earlier than one day. Very professional.

Ryan, Pedro, and Brain did a complete tear out of the old shower and put in the new shower in 8 hours. They checked the area under the old shower for any issues and showed me the area was clear of any problems. They completely removed all debris and clean the work area. they did everything we were promised. The customer service is excellent.

Cody T and Oscar did an awesome job installing our new shower. They were professional, and organized. They completed the job earlier than scheduled. They cleaned up with no signs they had been at our house. The material they used is very durable and will not leak. The instructions that were left for cleaning seems to be very simple. Thanks to Gunner for the 3 hours he spent with us before deciding to have the work completed. He was very through in his presentation.

Installers Pedro and Ryan arrived on time and were very nice, polite, and professional. They did an amazing job of installing our new walk in shower and the clean up afterwards. We have another full bath that we may convert into a walk in shower, in the future, and would not hesitate to call on West Shore Homes to do the installation. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done in one day. Thank you so much for our new walk in shower, we love it!

Levi was my Sales Person. He showed me the products and helped me pick out my new Tub to shower Conversion. Very knowledgeable , Polite and arrived on time with a mask on. My new shower arrived earier than planned so my install was moved up a week. The two installers, Brian J and Zach S. arrived on time and started to work. They did an amazing Job !! They kept me informed about what they were doing durning each step. They are absolutely fantastic workers! It only took the better part of a day. My shower LOOKS FANTASTIC!!! I would reccomend West ShoreHome to Anyone looking to convert their Old dingy Fiberglass bath tub into a step into shower with grab bars. BrainJ and Oz M. were very professional, did an amazing job. Very well mannered and went above to make sure we were satified. I have already told my neighbors. they are the best service people we have had to do work for us. Make sure you call for your bath work.

Joe H and Babar were wonderful workmen. They didn't waste anytime in getting the job done and complete with no mess left behind. We are happy with our new shower. The fact that the work was completed in a day was wonderful. Awesome job!

Travis B and Alex W were the two installers for my shower and they did an absolutely amazing job. The service was immaculate and the guys were very friendly and respectful. I couldn't have asked for better service anywhere else. I am very pleased with everything.

We had West Shore Home to remove our old bathtub and install a new shower. Johnny and Oz were the installers and were so polite and professional . They completed the work in a day and the shower is amazing. We are very pleased with the whole experience with West Shore Home.

The installation only took 1 day and the whole experience was great. The design consultant Desmond D. Who came out initially done an amazing job. My installers, Pedro D. And Ryan E. were very professional, friendly, and done an outstanding job installing my new shower. The whole experience was top notch and my new shower is incredible! Highly recommended this company for your home improvement jobs!

The guys that completed the work were on time, kept me informed on what they were doing and yes cleaned up when the job was completed . Bob F., Jermaine P. and Will W. all did a great job. Very nice men to represent West Shore Home.

Everyone we came in contact with was awesome. And the completed project was outstanding as advertised. The in-between was troublesome as we were delayed for a month with no contact from the company. The major problem is that the sales person, that was excellent at his job, was expected to do the job of an installer. Someone that installs the materials should have looked at our space to ensure the job could be done as promised. I commend the team that came out initially for knowing instantly that they could not complete the job. And, the installers that eventually installed the shower were phenomenal, 5+ stars to Ray Pollard & Tye. They promised a one -day job and they delivered, leaving everything nice and clean.

Travis Black and Alex Wilson are 2 of the best installers we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were punctual, neat, and professional at all times. They removed our old tub enclosure and installed our beautiful walk-in shower with care and attention to every detail. Whenever my husband or myself had a question about the product or anything they were doing, they would stop and explain it to our satisfaction. They worked extremely well together and treated our home as if it was their own. The team was courteous and respectful and kept us apprised of their progress every step of the way. Even the cleanup was complete and unrushed. Travis and Alex are consummate professionals and are truly a credit to your company.

Travis Black and Alex Wilson removed our tub and installed a shower unit for my 83 year old mother and the did a fantastic job. They were on time and finished the job in one day. It looks great. They were very friendly and explained ever thing we needed to know. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

What a great experience. Couldn't be happier. Cody T did a great job and Justin our salesman was wonderful. Explained everything in detail. Cleaned up when the job was done. Very polite thru the whole process.

The 2 guys names were Bob F Bill Cocker did & professional job very friendly and did not mind me watching at all ---The install was easy and fast ---went over thing to show what was done and how everything worked---made sure everything was clean when they left ---got here at 8:00 was done at 4:00 ---so thanks again for the great job.

This is a great company! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. To be honest I was dreading the whole â sales pitch â but Andrew B was so nice and listened to what we wanted and made it happen! It turned out to be a great experience. Also I canâ t say enough about the installers Brian J and Jermaine P they were both very professional and completed the project in record time. We couldnâ t be happier with the finished product and overall was a Great experience! Would highly recommend!
