Cody, Jermaine and Jacob showed up on time and were so sweet, courteous and helpful. Did a wonderful and "quick" job. I had to leave them and I felt so comfortable doing this. I could not have asked for three nicer gentlemen . I am so happy that I made the change from an old tub to a walk-in shower. Love that they brought their own vac and did such a great "clean up".....

Our overall experience was exceptional. Phil, the Sales Rep, was personable, professional and friendly. Oscar M. and Dan G. were careful to be tidy during the installation and they did an excellent job.

My installer was very professional. Completed assignment, cleaned worksite, very easy to talk to. My installer was focused and his experience shows in his finished work.

I needed a new shower installed. The old tub/shower combination was outdated, old and did not serve my needs anymore. Eric T. was the representative that showed up to show there products and I liked what I saw. I needed a special size pan made for medical purposes and Eric and the West Shore Homes people came through. Chris B. and Chris M. showed up to do the installation. They were on time, wearing facemask and ready to work. They did a WONDERFUL JOB and I was very pleased with the results. I have recommended them to my friends.

Amazing! Their concept was spot on for our space. Our Master was completely updated in one day. Daniel G and Oscar M did a fantastic job. They were polite and professional and left everything clean and spotless.

All in a day.....I had one shower updated and a 2nd tub/shower converted to a shower only. The installers: Zach Stone, Alex Wilson, Cody, Jermaine and Jacob were wonderful. Extremely polite and worked so very hard. Would definitely use these folks again. GREAT EXPERIENCE, I'm so happy with what they accomplished.

Installation went awesome. The guys (Travis Black and Dennis) did an amazing job. Asked questions when they needed too, left my bathroom cleaner than it was. I couldnâ t of ask for a better experience.

Bob and Joell were very professional but friendly. They answered our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend West Shore for your bathroom upgrade.

Ray Pollard and Ty Timmons re did my shower. I love it!! They did it in one day, could not have been nicer, did a great job. This is something I wanted for a long time. I told Ray what a great job he 'd done and he said " I take pride in my work". I take pride in his work as well. And Ty's also. They worked well together.

Oscar and Cody, my installers, were very friendly and professional. They walked me through !step by step, their process and what would be needed from me during the project timeline. They were very upfront about a glass door with a manufacturer defect and completed the paperwork necessary to order a replacement. They worked with me on the trim work which was not documented in my paperwork, but was needed and they installed it to my specifications. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and gave me complete instructions on when to use the shower and what cleaning products would work best on the shower since it is an acrylic surface. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The father son team Elliott and Elliott were professional, clean and punctual. Both of the gentlemen know their stuff! The work was beautifully done! So easy they came when promised and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommended this company!!

My installers Dexter & Alvin knew exactly what they were doing, professional, friendly, polite, and ensured that optional bar /shelf placements were placed exactly where we wanted them. They explained what they would be doing. Cleaned their project area exceptionally well including their entire path out the door. We are happy with all the services we have received from West Shore and again THANK YOU Dexter and Alvin for a job well done.

Great work and did our complete install in one day! Alex Wilson and Zach Stone were our installers and they were excellent to work with. They were friendly, considerate, and professional. They cleaned up when they were finished and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Elijah and Chris came in and got straight to work, Elijah went over the work order to make sure it was correct while Chris brought in tools, Elijah started the job while Chris put down drop cloths on the floor. They are a great team. They are very professional, polite, and double check on the placement of the shower's shelves,before installation. Was not mess left and the shower looks great and the caulk lines at amazing.

West Shore holds up to their advertisement. Very professional, on time, and polite. All things were explained in detail. The salesman was excellent in his job and the installers did likewise. I will never regret using this company!
