We had to have one of the shower doors adjusted. Frank from West Shore came out and in only a few minutes the door worked fine. He was very personable and explained the problem completely.

Installers were here right at the scheduled arrival time. Installation was complete with in 7 hours. Michael R and Daniel T. were very professional and everything was cleaned up after the installation was complete. We are very pleased with our new shower. My husband has MS and this new walk in shower will provide a must easier and safer access for him. The only complaint is , the shower curtain rod will not stay up. You might want to consider changing to a tension shower curtain rod in the package upgrades. After watching several bathtub renovation ads, we chose West Shore Homes. We scheduled an in-home appt with Rep. Bob Wood. He was very professional, well versed on the product and answered all our questions and made our decision very easy to make. Pedro D. and Jordan C. were our installers and arrived promptly at 8 am the day of installation. They were very professional and kind and completed our beautiful bathtub renovation in one day as promised leaving no mess behind! We could not be more happier with the end result! Alex and Will were amazing!! They came to replace the tub with a walk-in shower. They were very professional and knowledgeable doing an exceptional job! WestShore did a great job for us removing and old bath tub and replacing with a beautiful shower. Ty T. & Kevin G. were great and very meticulous with every detail. Our Salesman David was great also, explained everything during the sale and after. He was always available for any questions and checked in with us during the install to make sure everything was going good. We recommend WestShore to everyone wanting a beautiful job done!

My wife and I are very pleased with our new walk in shower. Everyone involved from the very beginning to the end of this process were very nice and professional. The two young men Cody and Zach that came out to do the demolition and insulation were very professional and courteous. Cody and Zach kept us informed of everything they where doing and the insulation was done in a very timely manner. Cody and Zach are great guys and great at the job they do. I give them 5 stars.
