Ty.T and Rashaad.S did an excellent job. Very respectful and mannerly and communicated well step by step.

Our walk in shower was installed by Dan G and Jason M last month. They did a great job. They completed the work on time and we are very happy about this work.

Mucheak R, and Golbert I, were the installers sent to my home to do a new tub install and they showed up right on time and they did the job with a spirit of excellence and were a sheer pleasure to be around ,,they made the overall experience such a joy ,If I could give them a true rating I would add a few more stars because they are 10 star people who did a 10 star jib and I am loving the New tub install, I would endorse this company any day of the week ,quality at its finest ,,They also cleaned up after the job had been performed,

Today was actually a return call because of a separation between the wall and the base of the shower. Frank Scofield was very professional and did a great job. We absolutely love our shower.

Travis Black and Zach worked very hard and steady in our home. They are very nice and dependable young men. They did a great job installing our new bathroom shower.

We did away with our old tub and tile! We got a walk in shower. Our installers "Alex W & Will W" were awesome! They were very friendly and extremely polite and worked continulously! It was all installed within 8 hours! I would strongly recommend them! Thank you Alex & Will! Also the rep Erik Butkiewicz who originally came to our home to talk with us and show us all the options was amazing!

Johnny and Ryan were extremely polite and professional. They went over what they would be doing to convert shower/tub to shower install before they began and kept me informed throughout. They worked non-stop and completed job before 4 pm. They also cleaned up and vacuumed before departing my home which was appreciated. I highly recommend both of them. I also would like to give a shout-out to Katie Singleton, my sales rep. We ran into a delay due to circumstances beyond West Shore's control but she quickly resolved the situation and install was completed a week later than scheduled.

We remodeled main bathroom walk -in shower. We are exceedingly satisfied with the service. Starting with our sales representative Shayne Bybee, and our installers names, Micheal R. and Golbert I We recognize their excellent performance and professionalism, and we would like to thank and give them recognition for their hard work and commitment .In helping and making sure that their customer was taken care of and satisfied with the job before they left .They went well above and beyond our expectations. Dan G and Jason M were great installers. They did everything in one day and kept us informed and cleaned up along the way. Our hats are off to them.

We had two bathrooms done in the same day. They came in and started right away, without stopping until the job was completely done. Daniel T. and Oscar M. were amazing! They worked on the larger bath while two more worked on the smaller one. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. They also kept cleaning up after themselves. Dexter and Jeff showed up right on time and were very pleasant, professional, and competent. They were patient as I watched each step of the shower replacement process and peppered them with questions. I was pleased to see how thorough a job they did and the pride that they took in their work, and they really seemed to work well as a team. I have no doubt that I they did a quality job that will give me years of trouble-free use. I also want to send a shout-out to Andrew Bouchard, the sales rep who came to my house. He was a very knowledgeable straight-shooter. Many thanks for a great job all the way around!

Ty T and Daniel T were here at 8:30 and done by 1:30. My wife and I were impressed. Not only were they fast and efficient, they worked well as a Team. Everything that was promised in regards to cleanliness and clean up was 100% accurate. In addition to us digging the new walk in shower. These guys were awesome and had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed hanging out with them for 4 hours. One last point. When Ty was going over the do's and don't of the new shower. I told him, he did good work. His reply was, "Thanks, I take pride in my work". It was a great response.
