Brian and Jeff from the Charlotte team were wonderful - performed all the work within the expected timeframe, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new shower before they left.

Daniel was an outstanding professional salesman - very knowledgeable and explained all of my options and was not pressuring me to spend more than I wanted to. Dexter and Cam did the installation - if I could give 10 stars to them, I would! Very professional, knowledgeable , confident, and very efficient . I would highly recommend all 3 of them to their shower installation. They are an asset to WestShore Homes.

Daniel T. and Noah N came out and redid my shower as the first shower was damaged. Did a wonderful job and friendly. Would request them if ever need more work.

The young man who did the installation was very careful about working in our home. The work area was kept clean and all waste materials were removed and the bathroom was let clean and neat. He also explained about our new shower and how to maintain it like new. Want to thank the company for having Alec do our shower replacement. Recently I had Tyt and Joel T at my home to do a bath remodel. I seldom give reviews but these two guys were outstanding. Both Tyt and Joel were polite and good with my pets. They were fast and efficient and caused almost no disruption. I am very happy with the walk-in shower, and the performance of Tyt and Joel.

Pedro did a phenomenal job installing my walk-in shower. Pedro acted professionally as he kept me abreast of what he was doing to ensure I understood. I am highly pleased with the work Pedro did in my bathroom. He was courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He completed the job on time and cleaned up wonderfully. I am pleased to recommend West Shore Home to my family and friends.

West Shore Home did an AMAZING job renovating our bathroom and installing our new shower. Dennis B. & Yannick F. was extremely professional, during the entire process. The removal of the old shower was seamless and they were ultra-quiet with both of us working from home. They walked us through the process and answered the questions we had. The installation was flawless, both Dennis B. & Yannick F arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the entire process! The bathroom is nothing short of AMAZING now!! What an awesome transformation and in just ONE DAY!!.We will have the second one done soon, and will request that West Shore send Dennis B. & Yannick F

i would hire them again. I had 2 bathrooms and they sent Pedro, Golbert I and Ally B. They worked well together. Very courteous and professional. Both bathrooms look wonderful...

I just had my tub turned into a beautiful shower which I needed since I broke my leg and was so happy the way it turned out it will make things so much easier for me now and the team from westshore was great the guys who came and installed the shower had a few problems but handled it and got the job done in one day and I just want to thank alex w, grady b, will w for all they did great job guys

Will Willis and Alex Wilson did an excellent job from start to finish. They were both very friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do before they started. Very detail oriented and they made sure not to mess up our carpet and other things. They also cleaned up everything that they used or had laying in the yard or in our home.
