Replaced a garden Tub with a large 48" X 54" walk in shower. Technicians were on time and were very professional. They did a very good job and explained everything to us. Cleaned up after the job.

I had a shower to bathtub conversion. I have an odd shaped bathroom. Alex came out to install the shower rod. He was committed to making it happen. He made a phone call & proceeded with the work. He never gasped, sighed, or was disgruntled. He had a great attitude and made me feel his only concern was to please me. I don't know where, what, or how WestShoreHome gets so many committed, intelligent, professional, and Customer Service oriented workers from. Thank you Alex for making my bathroom have a "Spa" appearance!

ABI C.& Alex D. Did an awesome work. Very prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They answered our questions and readily addressed our concerns. We gave each of them a 5+. It was a cloudy , foggy ,, and rainy morning and early afternoon, and they came prepared. They set up a tent close to the porch at the front door, set up runners from front door to MBR & in opposite direction for a second BR . Literally ZERO mess left behind !!! Very impressive team of master craftsmen. They made incredible teams . Upon jobs completions, Alec D. and Abi C., kindly taught us care instructions for our new showers & proper use & safety . The second BR was remodeled by Angel M., Nathan S. , & Nicolina ( Master Plumber ) . We gave each of them a 5+. All 5 of them worked steady, diligently, & are masters of their crafts . My walk-in shower job was completed to my satisfaction. Golbert I and Ryan T, the installers, did a fantastic job and very friendly. I would recommend Westshore for shower install.

I would say if you're going to hire this organization have a cleaning service scheduled for the next day. Also at the end of the installations make sure you check for the attention to detail and call out everything that you need them to correct that moment.

Dexter and Mike were very professional. Dexter introduced himself and Mike explained what they were going to doing today. Verified what the job description requests and made sure everyone was in agreement. Asked me questions on how I wanted had rails. I had to leave and go to the VA for an unexpected appointment. The bathroom was beautiful when I returned home. Dexter made me feel comfortable and everything was in great hands. Our sales rep is from Scotland (can't recall her name right now), was just as helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, guys, for making this experience pleasurable as possible.

Angel M. and Ally B. did a fantastic job with our new shower. The installation looks wonderful and they kept the room neat and tidy. They did what they needed to do to ensure that the finished shower worked within the less than stellar framing of my 1980's developer built house.

Workers showed up on time . Informed me of all specifics of the install. Left the site clean, Installers were Golbert(G) and Ryan T. I would recommend West Shore to anyone interested in your services.

The guys that came here (Dexter & Mike ) were the nicest guys . They worked all day and did a beautiful job . I couldn't have asked for a better team . I am looking forward to having them returning to do my other bath in a couple days . LOVE my new shower !!!

Dennis B and Michael F were totally professional, were extremely neat with floor coverings (on a very heavy rain day) vacuumed the area and were totally courteous and professional. The cost was well within our budget and the results were fantastic! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Design Consultant Joshua Young was well prepared with details, examples, videos and everything needed to well represent West Shore Home with my bathroom shower install needs. He was well versed in the company's background and dependability. The process was seamless from the consultant visit to the scheduling call and the professionalism of installers Will W. and Ally B. Thank you for a job well done.

The choices don't show shower install, at least I didn't see it. We had an old bathtub taken out and a new walk-in shower installed. Alex W. and Nathan S. did a fantastic job. They explained the process and then showed us the various stages during their work. They were very professional and courteous and couldn't have been any nicer. They set up, got right to work and were done in 7 hours. Obviously we haven't tried the new shower out since it was just installed today but their care and diligence was excellent.

Ethan and Mike worked very efficiently and neatly removing the existing tub and modifying the space for the walk in shower. I was impressed by the care taken and materials used in space preparation and the installation of the new shower enclosure. The clean up was was done with the same care. I am very pleased with my new shower and how it was accomplished.
