Poor quality of work, didnâ t clean up after themselves; left cigarette butts in my mulch & food on my driveway (ants ants ants everywhere). Hooked up the hot & cold water to the shower backwards. Were not to touch the vanity but removed the trim I am guessing because of the new floor, replaced it with white trim against an oak vanity & gray floor. When the guy came back out to make corrections he refused to change the trim because the contract said they were not to touch the vanity! So now i have to pay someone else to fix there screw up! Black marker marks found on the shower wall & floor. Contract said demo of floor for replacement floor (it was ceramic tile) instead they took the short cut to just lay the new floor on top of the old. After another trip to make repairs I am still finding issues, they tell you to sign that all is ok but you arenâ t given time to look yourself. I have a window of block glass in the shower that they put a window kit around, since they left I have 2-3 blocks with several cracks in them, they were not there before! Anyone who uses these amateurs is asking for problems! I havenâ t even given you the entire list! So discouraging! I am also sure they will remove this from their website because there is NO way they have 4.6 average score otherwise! I took pics of everything wrong but I am sure they will never contact me & not sure I want them to touch anything again!!!

Mike.M came out for a service call today to do some repairs on my Front Door. He came right on time. He was very Professional and Very Nice! He listened to my concerns and went straight to work on the repairs. He make sure that I was comfortable on what he did. He just did say... " I'm Done!" He said... please come check the work I have repaired and if your not satisfied. I'll correct it. I really appreciated that. He didn't try to rush off. He was here for 3hrs making sure he did his Job right. It not only showed that he does his Job Great but he actually loves doing it. Thank you MIKE M! Your were Awesome! Also thank you Sierra the Customer Service rep who got this scheduled and taking care of. Shout to Stephen Gstundtner my Sales representative. Called him regarding the problem with my door and he got someone to contact me right away. Outstanding Team with Westshore Home! Thanks you!

The installers Richie T. and Robert O. were amazing. They did an amazing job from explaining the process down to the install. At the end of the install we had an amazingly beautiful new front door. We are so pleased. We highly recommend them.

Richie T and Robert O are very professional and did great a great job! Completely changed the look of my entrance elevating the front of my home. I will surely pass on the great reviews and my satisfaction with my neighbors.

Dan G & Billy B were our installers. They completed removed the old UGLY shower and replaced it with a gorgeous new shower all in one day. It's not a cheap project but the price was fair for the amount of work and the amazing results. It's now a beautiful shower that completely updates the entire master bath. I couldn't be happier with both the work and the customer service. I would highly recommend them.

These six guys Noah N. Mike G. Mike M. Robert O Matt H. & Alex were the installers of 13 windows, and 1 door with storm door. All were Professional , concerned , caring , kind men , respectful . Very friendly as a group that worked well together. Made sure they answered all our questions . Each one knew his responsibility of doing his job , cleaning up , and making sure we were satisfied with the outcome of windows & door they replaced before they left completed the job in one day.

Dexter F and Seth S were awesome. Professional, personable and punctual. Very pleased with new walk-in shower, the added value to my condo is insane!!! Thanks to Perry, their roving plumbing supervisor, and Anna, the Brand C oordinator.... both know their business and are an awesome part of the West Shore Home Team!

The installers who came, Dennis B and Dennis J, were on time for appointment, conscientious of creating a minimal mess as possible and cleaned everything up after install. They were professional, friendly and meticulous with the install.

Richie T was very friendly and had great attention to detail which is appreciated. Quality of the door and window were great and as expected.

Replaced the shower looks great. The two young men Angel M. and Brian J, were very courteous, answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the work and the cleanup. Good job guys. Thank you
