We had our shower updated. G.I., Paul M, Dexter F, and Joe D. did this project. We are very pleased with the communication throughout the process as well as the final outcome and would recommend this team of workers to others that are having their bathroom shower / bath updated. All the work was done timely and the crew cleaned up the bathroom, hallway and entrance and left these areas as good or better than when they arrived.

Noah N. and Trey C. Did an excellent job on installing my new walk in shower. They were very professional. They keep me informed during the day was to what was taking place. When they finished for the day. These two made sure to clean everything up very nice. They explained the best way to clean the new shower. I would recommend Westshore Homes to family and friends.

I had a shower installed and the installers were very courteous and worked hard all day to get my install completed in about 8 hours. There was absolutely no clean up for me after they left. I am extremely happy with my new shower!

Had a great overall experience with West Shore Home for my shower remodel. They did my initial consultation less that 24 hours after my original call. The sales rep Scott was on time and very personable, had good options and provided necessary information to make my decision. They scheduled me for only 3 weeks out, and actually called as soon as my materials were in to potentially move my install up. They bumped me up to a Saturday install which was much more convenient than my original appointment, and the installers Dennis B and Kamal S arrived at 7:58am ready to work. They got my install done quickly, it looked great, and they cleaned up afterwards to make the rest of the house look untouched. I feel more than confident about the lifetime warranty in case anything comes up, so all in all I am very well satisfied with my process.

We are so happy with our new shower. The job was expertly done. Will W removed and replaced everything that we were shown in the presentation. He did all of this within one day. Everyone we have spoken with have been professional and polite. We look forward to having another renovation done by Westshore Home.

Ty , Everette and Chandler are the greatest , this is our second install with west shore , first a shower and now windows , we are very pleased with this company and the windows are great , they did a nice clean job and was fast too

Our bathroom project was wonderfully done. We had a floor falling through right at the bathtub. Westshore Home were able to remove the tub and the rotting floorboard and replace everything. Now it is all safe for the family to use this bathroom again. I would like to give a big thank you to Dex, Joe, and Tristen. How they managed to get all of that work done in one day I will never know. They were very hard working and very professional. I will be redoing our other bathroom as soon as we can. I want these guys next time.

Dennis B and Gavin W removed the cast iron tub in my guest bathroom and installed a new tub and surround. They took great care of my house in removing the old tub and tile and transporting the debris from the second floor. The installation of thew new tub and accessories was a very neat and orderly process. They did a very conscientious cleanup. I am extremely pleased with the finished project and the manner in which it was accomplished. This is my second project by WSH and if there is another I will certainly ask for Dennis and Gavin.

September5&6, Dennis B and Gavin W, came and took out our old shower and garden tub and gave us a beautiful new much larger shower. They were prompt, polite, friendly, and respectful! The cleaned up the area before leaving the first night, and again when the left yesterday, we would hire them again in a minute! Awesome guys!

We saw several commercials on TV that were very well made and showed the product in the best possible light. We placed a call to West Shore and asked for an appointment. Anthony was the sales rep that arrived at our home, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained all the stages of construction and assured us that the work would be of quality and customer service was number one with this company. He advised us that all the installation crews were employees and not contract 1099 labor. Anthony presented the product and let it sell itself. This is important to us since employees have a vested interest in the product and company and Anthony is a true asset to West Shore Homeâ s corporation. After the presentation was over, selections were made, contract signed, we were contacted to status us thru project up to the date of installation. Now construction day arrives. They said they would be here at 8:30 and I could have set my clock by their punctuality. I met Noah N. and Jamal S. and they introduced themselves. They asked to see where this was being installed. I showed them the area and they asked if I had any questions, and they proceeded with the shower installation. They asked our input as to where the shelves and footrest should go and had me get in the shower and point out all the placements. This helped make this installation custom in my mind. They were very careful to clean up after each phase of the construction and maintained a neat and orderly installation site. I was quite impressed. Once we did the walk through, they made sure to cover everything and give us a look at the paperwork and warranty. They reiterated the warranty, and all other pertinent information should we have a claim. Once this was finished, I checked the area and it was as it was before their arrival, clean and neat. Anthony, our Sales Representative, placed a call to us to see how the installation went and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. Kudos to him with the follow through. They did the job they promised, acted like professionals and cared about making the customer happy and were quite proud, as they should have been, of their work. We would recommend this company as your source for shower replacement without reservation. If youâ re lucky enough to get Anthony, Noah, and Jamal you can be sure of quality work. Iâ m sure other employees are the same, but we only speak of those we had contact with.

They done a good job in a timely manner. Trey C. And Dan G. are good people to come in your home and do work. They are nice kind people. Very professional and helpful by knowing knowledge of what was installed.

Everette and mike m, did an amazing job replacing my old windows. The transformation was better than I imagined. They were professional and extremely kind and generous with all of the information as they did their work. Their finish work was extremely well done and cleaned up after themselves before they left. It was a very good experience and will definitely choose them again if I need additional work. I couldnà ¢à  à  t have asked for better guys!
