Oz and Jon arrived on time and were very polite during the entire process. They asked for my input where need instead of just putting bars and shelfâ s in anywhere. They were considerate of it being cooler outside than inside even though I had turned the heat off so they didnâ t have to worry about closing the door each time they went in and out but they closed it anyways. Canâ t wait to christen our beautiful walk-in shower which replace the traditional tub with shower curtain.

Dennis and Gavin was will to answer any questions I had. The walking in shower with safety features is exactly what I wanted.

Christian M & Issac B were fabulous! They removed my tub/shower and replaced it with a new walk-in shower. They were courteous, organized, careful, immaculate, knowledgeable, professional and did an amazingly perfect job. They were a great team. I would highly recommend WestShore as their product & install are first class.

I am so happy with the work Treston D. and Oz M. did today. They worked so long and were so professional and polite. The shower is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful door, great installation, They took pride in their work

Ordered service. Had to wait 4 weeks for door replacement to be done. Day came for the one day replacement. Door went in. Storm door was wrong size. Was told it would be 2 weeks until storm door could be installed. 4 weeks later after 3 calls, storm door was finished. The billing was already sent to the loan department even though door was not finished. I received no discount due to breech if contract and extended time it took to finish the job. I will never use this scam company again. I will not recommend them either.

West Shore does excellent work. They removed our bath tub and installed a new shower in 8 hours as advertised. Dan & Oz were friendly, professional and too great care in their work. I would recommend them for your bathroom needs! Thanks West Shore!

Two weeks ago it was time to redo our bathroom for my father. In that time I schedule a quote and have a completed bathroom!!!! Daniel the consultation guy was professional. Answered every question. Came to the house, took measurements and stayed in the promised time window. Isaiah K and Tristan V came out yesterday. They worked hard all day. Super professional and polite. Any question or design issue they had (with our house once they opened the wall) they came to us to ask our opinion. We have a window in that bathroom. They gave several options, giving professional opinions to help us decide. While placing the bath seat they went so far to pretend to sit on the seat so I could place the shelves and grab bars. They left the room probably cleaner than it was when they went in. Outside where the tailored supplies to fit you can't even tell they were cutting. Not one speck of dust! Highly recommend!!!
