My recent experience with Weather Pro was amazing. Kris and his brother David came out to my home personally multiple times to give me an estimate, view the repair status of my old roof, and show me the perks of my new roof. I was involved in every step of the process, from picking out the shingle color to approving the final job. Once Kris and David's roofing team came out, they completed the full job in only one day! Kris and David are both easy to get along with and are truly there to make sure the homeowner is happy with the work being done. Pricing is beyond fair and I will be calling these guys back in a few months to do my gutters and siding as well. Weather Pro did a great job for us, from start to finish. First, and very important, they dealt with our insurance company and got a "yes" whereas other roofing companies we had tried to deal with had been told "no." The insurance company's adjuster said our roof would have to be repaired only where the fallen tree had touched it. Weather Pro pointed out to the insurance company that with the age of the roof, repair would be next to impossible. The old, brittle shingles would break if the roofers tried to underlay new shingles against the old. At the next big storm, our roof would be leaking and the insurance company would be replacing the entire roof anyway. It would be more economical to replace the entire roof now. After a few rounds, Our Weather Pro rep had the insurance company talking sense. When the insurance check arrived we went to the bank together to endorse it and to get our mortgage company's approval on the deal. We chose our shingles that day, and two days later the shingles were in our yard, along with a working crew who put the roof on and did the shingle clean up in one day. The next day the owner and his brother nailed on our loose gutters. I forgot to mention that before the check arrived Weather Pro got a tree outfit they knew to be well qualified and economical to remove the tree from our roof, saw it up and remove it from our premises. When costs over-ran a bit, Weather Pro contacted our insurance company for a second, smaller check. My husband and I were saved the hassle of negotiating with insurance people. Our roof is beautiful and snug. It has rained many days since Weather Pro replaced it and we are dry.

Chris told us that installing reflective insulation in the attic and on the garage door would reduce the temperature in the bonus room above the attic. I was skeptical but his demonstration and sales pitch was convincing. The next day after the installation was complete, I noticed a significant differance in the temperature in both the bonus room and the garage. Chris was right. Not only is the bonus room much cooler than before, the entire upstairs is cooler and the air conditioner is not working as hard trying to cool the upstairs. Chris is a stand up guy who did not try to fool us with imaginary savings on the electric bill. He sold us on the quality and benefits of the product, and so far everything he said has been true. Kris and crew at Weather Pro Roofing and Insulation were the ultimate professionals. First off, Kris came by and gave me a no-hidden-cost quote. The price on the quote was the price I paid. I've done my research and his prices are very competitive. He was also very willing to schedule his crew to come when it was convenient for me. As it turned out, I was able to be home the next day and Kris was able to pull a crew together and finish the install with VERY short notice. His installers were also professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated very well. Originally they had concerns about finishing the job on the first day. They brought this possibility up early so I could schedule a time to be home the next day. After some schedule arranging, they ended up not needing the extra day and finished in the time promised. They went above what was promised and made sure that I understood what they were doing and why. They tried their best to make sure that my attic spaces were as insulated as possible. My attic now looks like a spaceship with the roof and walls completely covered with the radiant barrier. Kris is a stand up guy. He delivers more than he promises, he doesn't cut corners or cheat people. From what I can tell, his morals drive his business decisions and that is why if I had any future roofing or insulation issues, he would be the first person I would call.
