Made informed suggestions when asked about types of stains/mold on our carpets, didn't just treat for the issues we thought we had, told us we didn't have mold (which could easily have increased the price).Took the time to clean additional rooms of carpet we had not originally asked for when we set-up the appointment. Gladly answered several questions about other issues we have been having concerning our wood flooring (unrelated to services they offer). Have used Wayne's services several times over the years, love working with him and his crew. Very personable and does good work. Love that this is a family business, will always speak directly with Betty or Wayne personally.Would happily recommend this company to anyone.

+ 0 moreWayne was very prompt to come out and provide estimate and was then able to quickly schedule the date to have carpet stretched in several areas and cleaned. Excellent results on both of these needs. There were at least 7-8 places that needed to be stretched, some of which I thought were going to be rather tricky and would present a challenge. No problem, the stretched areas look great. There were also several very dark stains that had been there for several years and Wayne was able to get them out - carpet looks great.

Description of Work: This company does an awesome job! Wayne, himself, came to my house and cleaned the carpeting in a few rooms. They were dirty, with some darkened areas on the carpet in two of the rooms. Also, in the living/dining room there were many large black spots (I think from the former tenant letting their dog wet on it). I'd tried to get the spots up w/ a carpet stain remover that I like, but it didn't work on them. Wayne pre-treated them w/ his special stain removers and, after the main cleaning, all the stains were completely gone!! The carpeting looked like new. I was SO relieved, as I thought I might have to replace it! In addition to the great job he did, he charged me less than anyone else I called would have (including a couple large, well-known companies). He would have been comparable, but when I called for an estimate, his wife thought to ask me (when I mentioned my tenants and the stains) if the rooms were empty. She's the only person who asked me that and it lowered my cost substantially! They're the best, and I will definitely call them again anytime I need any carpets cleaned. :)

Description of Work: I called him to come and look at the threshold in two parts of my home. He was very quick to respond when I originally called him and he was out to me later that day. One he checked was fine and the other was loose. He hammered in the metal threshold and fixed it for me. I've used him in the past for carpet cleaning and other carpet repair.

Description of Work: 3 bedrooms, hallways and closets were cleaned. 2 workers arrived, and did an excellent job. They worked hard and made sure that the carpet looked great. These guys use the hot water extraction method (which is the best way to clean carpet) aka "steam cleaning" They brushed the carpet after cleaning to help speed drying time. Excellent work, i would recomend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe company was wonderful - I contacted them from an Angie's List Referral and they came out the same day. They provided a free and competitive estimate and we scheduled the repairs for the very next day. Wayne's assistant did his work quietly and professionally with little disruption to our day. They snipped the worn edges of the carpets and reglued a few places that were coming up. They also repaired a huge gash where a previous computer contractor had cut the carpet to run lines underneath. You can barely even tell that the carpet was ripped in that spot and their price was right on!!! We WILL be calling them again if future repairs are needed. Wonderful company, quick, professional and reasonable.
Description of Work: We had some worn places in the carpet around the seams and the door frames. We also had an actual cut in the carpet from a previous contractor that needed to be repaired.

THE OCCASIONAL SIGHING AND GRUNTING WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT THEY WERE NICE. THERE WAS A SOAP STAIN I HAD POINTED OUT TO THEM FROM THE START THAT OBVIOUSLY STILL REMAINED AFTER THE CLEANING. THEY MADE NO MENTION OF IT. I HAVE NOT CALLED THE COMPANY BACK REGARDING THE STAIN SO I CANNOT RATE THEM ON RETURN TRIPS. OVERALL, THE RUGS LOOK GOOD.
