They are very good and reliable. They are reasonably priced and get the job done when they say it will be done.

This man had me in tears and very angry before the day was over. I would not recommend. He has returned my money but still refuses to admit any wrong in this situation. Lacks communication skills. Answered second call immediately due to rain. Owner rude. Gave a time to be at my home. I called five hours later, looking for the contractor. Owner says we did not have set time. When talking to the owner, was asked why I was upset. I tried to tell him but he talked over me the whole time. He was not interested. This was rude and insulting. He lacks clear communication. When in the wrong, he won't admit it. Make sure customer understands appointment scheduling. Don't ask customer why unhappy and then not give them a chance to talk. He was rude.

They were very busy in the summer time but we knew they had gotten good reviews so we waited. They sent out Dusty whom did a great job and Vince always called and followed up on his progress and always asked if we were satisfied. Did a great job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable as well.

They were excellent and I would recommend them to everyone. The workers were just maximum high quality.

They arrived on time and worked diligently. Mike, the gentleman who did my interior work, did an excellent job, especially on installing my new light fixtures. He took time & trouble to make sure it was done right.

We were surprised at how quickly they responded and how they were able to schedule the job so we would not have to take time off work. The person that handled it was also very experienced and knew right away what to do.

The owner, Vince, was diligent about finding a time to come out. He was prompt and is organized and knowledgeable. My guess was that his company was going to be good to work with and that he has a lot of integrity about his business. After working with them, I will continue to call on them for any needs. He makes sure that things are accomplished to the customer's satisfaction as he assured me in the initial meeting and he follows up afterwards to ensure that's the case. The gentleman that Vince sent out to work with me worked non-stop for several partial days depending on the need. He was a great carpenter, always had an idea of how something could be done instead of saying that it couldn't be done as the other company had. He was a real professional and like Vince, was organized. Takes pride in his work. He was the first person Vince sent out and I so appreciated his work that I ask for him. I'm confident in giving them a superior report.

Dusty arrived the first day and took care of the garage door frame, caulked, and worked on the leak in the roof (around the boot, I was told). Dusty and Mike arrived the second day and took care of the rest. Mike was primarily in charge of the sink/faucet/disposal replacement, and Dusty the rest. We ended up calling b/c the pipes under the sink weren't sloping properly. Mike was sent out the next day to fix it. The price was higher than what we were estimated by about 100 to 150. The wait time was about 3-4 weeks from when we had the estimate. We had another plumber come out b/c we had a defective disposal (NOT Bizzzy Bee's fault, the disposal mfg fault). The other plumber said the plumbing work under the sink wasn't done well, and it slipped off. I got Vince on the phone, had the 2 of them (new plumber and Vince) discuss the situation, and a new plumber took care of it (Vince was willing to cover any charges, there weren't any). Situation resolved.

It was difficult to get someone to commit to a day and time to come and give an estimate. The estimate that the owner finally gave us was $355-$435 to paint and fix the plaster in a small bathroom. He was hired and the work was done (by a subcontractor) a month later. The work was excellent and we're very pleased with the finished product. HOWEVER, the invoice was for $665. That was a shock.

They were pleasant and professional. The service was great.

Called requesting quote on an out of the ordinary project. Vince quickly returned my call and took down the particulars. He gave me an approximate thought on costs but was to confirm pricing and call with quote. He never called back.

Vince sent two guys. Both men were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked all day. The only glitch in the project came from us purchasing mismatched lots of flooring months earlier. The lot used to start the project was discontinued. The guys had to pull up what was already down and reinstall the new lot of flooring. Even with the extra time taken, the entire project was finished in less than a day and was a few hundred dollars less than quoted.

Excellent work -- neatly done and performed on time -- very courteous service. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I have used the Bizzzy Bee. They are extremely professional and reliable. I will use them again for any handyman work I need done. Excellent company!

Vince was extremely accommodating to my 'crisis'' on Thursday and sent Dwayne Friday evening to level the kitchen cabinets. Dwayne did a fantastic job and left the kitchen in good order. Monday, after the required 24-48 hour period for sealant to dry, Vince sent another man (whose name I cannot recall at this time) who also did a fantastic re-hookup job as well as the toe molding. Again, it was done in an expeditious manner. He also cleaned up and left everything in working order. I highly recommend The Bizzzy Bee. They are efficient, responsive and responsible. Vince followed up after all the work was done to see if I was satisfied and if he could do anything else to help. For the work done I believe the price was very reasonable. I plan to keep The Bizzzy Bee on my ''to call list'' for all needed repairs, emergencies, etc.

Vince, the owner, was professional and communicated any expected time delays promptly. The work was professionally accomplished at a very reasonable rate. I could not have expected any better service.

This was really an emergency because the roof was leaking and causing water marks on ceiling. So, they were very prompt in responding and giving us an estimate. And they were very prompt at doing actual work (once weather permitted). They were very clean, orderly and professional. I would highly recommend them and we plan on using them again.

Vinnie is the best. He is reliable, friendly and honest. He has saved us quite a bit of time and money. I recommend Bizzzy Bee to all my friends and they too have had the same experience. It is rare that you find a company these days that takes personal responsibility for the work that they sign up for. We will continue to call Vinnie first with all of our home needs. Not only is he professional but his staff is exceptional as well. They completed five trees for the cost that another company wanted for one! We are extremely pleased!!!

Mike Nell was late in coming but kept me informed on where he was and when he could be expected. He was very knowledgeable of what was needed to be done to complete the job. I found him pleasant and very cooperative. He offered at my request to re-hang a picture which was not part of the job order.

VINCE CURCIO WAS ON TIME BOTH FOR THE BID APPOINTMENT AND THE DAY THE WORK WAS DONE. THEY DID A SUPER JOB!!!! I WOULD RATE THEIR SERVICE AN "A".

Two weeks later the door was not closing properly. I called Vince, and he was out the very next day and fixed the problem (a shim had come loose). Excellent customer service.

When I first contacted Lenny, who sounded really nice, I spoke with him about coming out to fix our hearth. He was cut off by someone when he was driving, and proceeded to yell at the driver, and then tell me about him for nearly 3 minutes. After all that, we agreed that he would come over on Saturday afternoon once he completed our jobs that day (he was driving all around Charlotte). That day, I waited for his arrival or call, but received none, which I am beginning to discover is the norm for many ''contractors.'' He called me on Monday excusing himself by saying he was in a bad place and couldn't call out. That bad place evidently stretches to his home or office because he could not call me at all Sat evening. I was not willing to do business after all of that, but to his credit he called back to see if he could revisit. I told him I had a deadline, to which he replied even if we had scheduled 2 weeks earlier he could not get to me until the very end of the month, which I found odd.
