Brian arrived on time every day and is very courteous and professional. He did an excellent work. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work. However, the company generally charges for the entire lunch hour even when only part of the time is used for purchasing material. But given the practice out there, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs handymen service. And also their rate is much lower than plumber's, so it's more cost effective if you have general plumbing needs.

He was able to open one window that other handymen had not been able to open, find out what was wrong, and advise me on how to prevent the same problem in all of our other windows (apparently, last summer's extreme heat caused a substance inside the windows to melt and act as an adhesive). As we only needed the glass in our sliding door replaced, and not the entire door itself, he provided a reference for a company who replaces glass, measured the door, and provided a description so that I could call the other company and get a quote over the phone. He did not charge me for any of this, saying that his minimum service charge is usually $150, and he didn't want to charge me that. I would have paid it and counted myself fortunate that I hadn't encountered someone who told me I needed to replace all of my windows!

This is a tale of two installations. The first installation went about as poorly as you can imagine. The crew of 2 took a whole day to do the installation. The storm door was assembled incorrectly. Screws were missing, stripped or used in the wrong locations. One of the incorrectly placed screws pierced a rolling insect screen. The white storm door was scuffed in several places. I found many screws littering my driveway. The pre-hung entry door had the deadbolt mounted upside down and a misaligned trim plate on door frame (preventing me from locking the deadbolt easily). I contacted Vince Curcio and explained the issues. After a personal inspection visit, Vince had his brother come out and make the corrections. It took about 6 hours to correct the damage from the first install. The second install was night and day from the first. This person was professional and did a thorough job. My doors finally look like we intended.

If a project is going to take time be sure you like the people who are doing the job. I had a very good experience.

Vince and his team did a quality job on fixing the door and the rear car port. His team was very courteous and friendly. They even took out our garbage and brought the cans back up to the house when I forgot to do it one week. I ended up traveling out of the country while Vince's team was working on the front porch. While I was gone, Vince discovered much more severe water damage than expected on the front porch and stopped work until I returned. He then met me in the morning the day I returned (Thanksgiving Day no less) to go over, in detail, the necessary fixes and additional costs. I honestly believe he was sadder then I was at his discovery. He and his team did all the necessary fixes and did an outstanding job. Vince worked closely with me on ensuring I had all the necessary paperwork and pictures available to file my insurance claim and without his foresight, I would not have had the pictures necessary to file my claim. The Bizzzy Bee is 2nd to none and Vince is a good man

I was extremely impressed by Vince's responsiveness, follow through, and professionalism. His price seemed reasonable, and I felt bad having to tell him we couldn't give him the work because the buyer wanted the credit instead of having the repairs performed. I would definitely call Vince and have him perform services for us in the future.

He replaced the board and I was happy with the work he did. The owner came out to be sure everything was satisfactory. He was very pleasant and thorough.

This is the second time I have hired him for a job, so I knew it would be professionally done, on time, for a reasonable price. I would be comfortable having Vince work on my home in most any capacity, and plan to call him again when needed. Skill, responsiveness and reasonable pricing are rare to find in one contractor, but Vince has that combination.

Employees arrived on time, were friendly and were a pleasure to deal. They even spotted the source of some other problems (roof leaks) that I was having but wasn't on the list of things I had requested. Hopefully, after the holidays, I will be able to get this fixed. The only problem, which wasn't their fault at all, was that the ceiling fan I had purchased turned out to be a lemon but they tried everything possible to try to get it to work even calling the manufacturer. I am very pleased with everything they did and will definitely use them in the future for all my repair needs.

The work was completed as scheduled and the contractor even called me back to make sure I was satisfied.

We contacted VInce Curio in July for an estimate for our chimney repairs. He gave us an estimate of 35-40 man hours at $1605-$1830 for the chimney repair, and 4-6 hours at $210-300 for the attic vent repair. Vince said he could start the work in September and we sent Vince a deposit of $350 on 8/13/07. October 1, two Bizzy Bee employees arrived and started the job. When they removed the siding on the bottom half of the chimeny, it was apparent that the plywood needed replacing because it was also water damaged. We authorized the contractor to go ahead and replace the damaged plywood and believe that a couple of sheets of plywood and some framing were replaced on some of the bottom half of the chimney only. Three boards on the attic vent were replaced and painted. The siding that was put up the first day was almost 1 inch too short and had to be redone. The job took 2 men six days to complete at a cost of $4709, a whopping 257% more than the original estimate.

They did a great job. They actually came back 3 times due to some issues that were not their fault. They stand behind what they did for me.

They were a pleasure to work with. Could not have been happier with the work. The men were pleasant and very good at what we asked them to do. On time and would highly recommend them any time and will use them again in the future.

An estimate was provided by Vince Curcio, the owner. He also provided insight into whether or not the ceilings needed to be replaced or just repaired. This was in a rental unit, so access had to be arranged with the tenant, & Vince was very accommodating. Work was performed satisfactorily, within the stated time frames & no mess was left. Vince also followed up his invoice with an explanation of all work performed & costs remained within the expected amounts.

Very well, though we haven't had enough rain yet to see if it still leaks. They said to call if this happens and they will come and take care of it.

Employees arrived on time, were friendly, answered my questions fully. Even when materials needed to be purchased, one person was present on the job site all the time and was occupied doing tasks. They did not take any shortcuts and the deck looks beautiful. I live next door to an experienced carpenter who built his own deck. He agreed the work was done very well and had no criticisms.

I felt fine about everything. However, one of the workers did not know how to put in storm doors. It took him eight hours to put the two doors in. If he had a done his job in the right amount of time everything would be done a bit quicker. Everything was fair except for the one worker. The owner, however, was very responsive in returning to my home and finishing the work for me. Given what's out there, I am very satisfied.

It went great. Vince called me back within 24 hours, set a time to come out and do an estimate and came when he said that he would. The follow-through is very important to me and they came through. He sent Kyle, who was very pleasant and did a great job.

Vince was very nice, professional, responsive. Called back to confirm we got the estimate, responded quickly to questions. He called back several times to follow up (others have not called me back even in response to my phone calls!) and was conscientious in keeping track of us when we weren't so quick to respond. We decided to do the work ourselves/use family.

I originally contracted their services for a few items, but during negotiations with the buyer I agreed to do more repairs, so I had to get the Bizzzy Bee to add more and more items to their list. They gave me a fair price and completed work on time and passed re-inspection.

I contacted Vince and told him what I needed done, he gave a quote over the phone and it was right on. He sent Dwayne over to our house, he was very professional, showed up on time and was very personable. He mounted both lights in 3 hours which was the expected amount of time. Overall, it was a great experience, I would definitely hire these guys again!

Their prices were much better than their competitors. The project took quite a while but they were very accommodating. The reason it took so long was because somebody go hurt so it was an extenuating circumstance.

He arrived precisely when he said he would and provided an on-the-spot detailed estimate. I was very impressed with his professionalism, the fact that his business is family owned and operated (no subs) and his thoroughness. Vince was able to offer a very clear sense of availability ( 3-4 weeks out) and offered to try to fit me in sooner if his team were to become available sooner. Although I ultimately decided to go with another service provider whom I've used extensively in the past (and who was available immediately to start work), I would not hesitate in the least recommending Vince to my friends/ family nor would I hesitate engaging his company for future projects. In fact, I'll likely reach back out to Vince for another "home/ yard improvement" project. Thanks, Vince, for a very good prospective customer experience!
