It went well, there was a break in the weather and they came out, confirmed the problem and made the repair.

They matched the mortar to the same mortar that they had been built with 20 years ago. They rebuilt the steps on my front porch. Made everything look like it was brand new again. My experience with them has been great. You just give them a call or email them, and they send someone out to take care of it for you. They're on time. They're great at getting the job done in a reasonable time. By the look of the job, they exceeded my expectations. He's a guy that would do it the right way.

The Bizzy Bee's estimate was accurate, flexible for changes as the work progressed and very reasonable for the amount of time they spent on the project. The cost went slightly over the original estimate because there was more damage to wall frames than expected.

The job was handled in a professional manner. Some unexpected problems arouse during the process of the work, such as additional portions of the trim had to be replaced. Authorization for all additional work was obtained prior to the start of the work. This was really appreciated, since it kept as appraised of any additional costs. Excellent. Vince went out of his way to meet our needs. We recently had some water damage and needed some work done PRIOR to the carpet and tile install. Trying to coordinate all this was exasperating and I am so thankful for Vince and his team. He listened to our predicament and worked us in. My wife and I were impressed with the quality of the work and feel we got excellent work for the money. We received the Angie's List discount and paid an hourly rate plus materials. We have used The Bizzzy Bee before and were very satisfied. This time Vince gave us estimates on many things we asked for and we picked what to have done right away. The bandsill rot wasn't immediately apparent, nor was the water problem, but he made sure his men were available to fix it once the problems were discovered. His workmen were extremely dependable and hardworking, always came when they said they would. We highly recommend The Bizzzy Bee for all general house repairs. Vince has someone who can do a job, no matter what.

When I joined the bizzy bee I thought it would be reasonable prices. It took them four or five times to get the air conditioner hooked up correctly. They kept telling me it cost more than they thought. A new person would come out every time. When they finally got the job done they said they don't normally do this. They should have told me up front that they weren't able to do what I needed done. They charge $120 just to come out to your house for gas.

Overall the experience was ok. I think one of the problems that they had was that the original worker who started the job could not finish the job, so we had a second individual come out who did not know about the project and was less experienced with storm doors. But he did get the job done and it was done well despite the fact that I had to touch up at the end. Another thing I noticed was that usually contractors when they install a door they will fur out the jams, they did not.

They were there every day when they said they would be, for 8 hours at a time for a couple of weeks. They worked hard and they were honest, but the price was pretty high. They do guarantee their work. I'd call them again for a quote.

The owner is extremely reliable, and the workmen do a really excellent job. And the price is really reasonable for what they do. They are also very versatile. They have installed wood floors for me, replaced a deck, and installed a garbage disposal. They are always right on with the quote.

Received a call at the time the handyman was to arrive that he would be several hours late. He arrived late morning, was shown the things needed to be done and left for supplies. He was gone 2 hours. When asked why he was gone so long, he said he had taken lunch time. He was alone and needed a great deal of help from my husband to lift and hang several mirrors. The man was overweight and sweating profusely during the entire time he was here. He should have had another man to help. I didn't press him to hang the 3rd mirror as he was hesitant that he could do the job without the wire showing. Having seen the caliber or his work, I let it go. We are having someone else in to complete the work he didn't do. The owner called for feedback and wanted to reimburse us for part of the cost which was not the issue. I would not recommend this company and am surprised that they have such a good rating.

I was very pleased with their service. My front door lock completely stopped working the day before closing on selling the house, and I had to have someone fix it that day. I called five other businesses and no one could help me on a weekend at such short notice. I called the Bizzzy Bee, and Vince was at my house within 30 minutes, fixed the door, and even helped with a few other last minute repairs I needed done, like some outdoor outlets which needed to be replaced. He had to make two visits for the door lock because it actually needed to be replaced with a new one, otherwise the fee would have only been $75.00. Vince did a great job and also is just a really nice guy. I sold the house the next day, and no longer live in Charlotte, otherwise I would have him on speed dial for future repairs. I was really happy with the great service. Thanks.

When we first called Bizzy Bee, a gentleman explained that there were a few jobs before us. A few weeks passed and we had not heard from them, so I called them back, and a representative told me they could do the job on a Monday or a Tuesday coming up. They did not come out on these day either. Then, I called again and they said there was an unintentional scheduling problem. After this confusion, they came out and did the job well.

Vince arrived as scheduled, I showed him what I wanted done, he took notes and pointed out areas I had overlooked, provided a quote and an estimated time for when the service would occur, and he left. He was very gregarious and a lot of fun. He left a message for me and asked if his company could get started earlier than he and I had discussed. Pat showed up and immediately got to work. He, too, was a lot of fun and very pleasant. He was conscientious about the interior work and keeping things clean, he worked quickly and accurately. I was amazed at how nice the deck looked when he was finished - as well as the house, both interior and exterior. Without hesitation, I would ask Vince to quote work for me and have Pat come back and do the work. The whole experience was worth while and relaxed while maintaining professionalism.

Vince and his crew do a great job at a fair price. They are totally respectful of your home and completely clean up when they are done. I am single and it is nice to know Vince and Brenda are looking out for me!
