Vince did an excellent job of helping me save the project that had been started by someone else. He assisted in problem-solving many aspects of the project. He was very helpful coordinating supplies with vendors. Vince was very clear about the time lines and got all work done as promised in an excellent manner. Finish work is superb. I would definitely call the Bizzzy Bee for my next project.
Description of Work: Relocated washer and dryer which involved light plumbing, creating a new closet, drywall, venting for dryer, adding support to a foundation, installing ceramic tile and painting. Vince, owner of Bizzzy Bee, coordinated the project with other plumbing and electrical subcontractors as needed.

They have to come back and replace a piece of the trim. They put a ridge vent on. The roof looks good. We haven't noticed any leaks. They did a good job with the flashing along the chimney. They cleaned up and put protective coverings over things we didn't want damaged.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof and part of the trim of the siding.

I AM VERY SORRY THAT YOU WERE UNSATISFIED WITH OUR ABILITY TO GET TO YOUR JOB SOONER. BUT IF YOU LOOK AT YOUR PAPER WORK IT CLEARLY SAYS THAT YOU WANTED ONE OF TWO DIFFERENT DAYS IF POSSIBLE OR THE JOB COULD BE DONE ON THE FIRST AVAILABLE DATE. I TOLD YOU THAT WE WOULD TRY TO GET YOU DONE ON ONE OF THOSE DAYS IF POSSIBLE; HOWEVER, WE WERE 3-4 WEEKS OUT. ALSO, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND AT THE TIME YOU CONTACTED US, A THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY WAS COMING OUR WAY AND AFFECTED OUR NORMAL SCHEDULE. I TOLD YOU AT THAT TIME THAT I WOULD CONTACT YOU WHEN WE WERE READY TO DO YOUR PROJECT. WHEN YOU AND I MADE THE AGREEMENT YOU WERE SATISFIED WITH OUR SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY. WHEN I CALLED YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO THE WORK I WAS SHOCKED BY YOUR ATTITUDE AND RESPONSE TO ME. YOU WERE A BIT SHORT WITH ME AND ACTED OFFENDED BECAUSE I HAD NOT CALLED YOU SOONER. YOU INFORMED ME THAT YOU HAD THE WORK DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE AND ACCUSED ME OF IGNORING YOU. YOU CONTRACTED WITH ME ON NOV 8TH AND I CALLED YOU TO SCHEDULE ON DEC 9TH FOUR WEEKS LATER. IF THE HOLIDAY AND WEATHER DELAYS HAD NOT COST US LOST TIME, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN TO YOU ONE WEEK SOONER. SO IN ALL REALITY WE WERE NOT LATE OR FORGETFUL IN OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU. IN FACT YOU CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE EVEN THOUGH I HAD DONE NOTHING WRONG. IF YOUR SCHEDULING NEEDS HAD CHANGED OR IF YOU WERE WONDERING HOW MUCH LONGER UNTIL WE COULD GET TO YOU, YOU COULD HAVE MADE A TWO MINUTE PHONE CALL AND YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT WE WERE ON SCHEDULE WITH YOUR WORK. ONCE AGAIN, I AM SORRY FOR YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT BUT COMMUNICATION IS A TWO WAY STREET. WE HAD CLEAR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOU AND HAD FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. YOU SIMPLY BECAME IMPATIENT AND THEN DECIDED THAT WE HAD FORGOTTEN YOU WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO MEET EVERYONE’S NEEDS AS EVERY CUSTOMER IS IMPORTANT TO US. SO IT IS UPSETTING TO US WHENEVER WE MISS THE MARK. IN THIS CASE HOWEVER, WE DID NOT MISS THE MARK. WE WERE CUT SHORT AT THE KNEES WITHOUT NOTICE OR JUSTIFICATION. EVEN SO, I DO WISH YOU THE VERY BEST. VINCE CURCIO THE BIZZZY BEE

Vinnie gave us a good estimate for repairs to several bits of soffit, trim and shingles where damage was visible. He warned us that if the repair uncovered additional damage, there would be additional costs. When the crew began work they immediately found that the wall beside the front stoop was damaged inside behind the trim. Considerable tearing out of rotted wood and replacing it fixed the problem but added three days of labor and cost which I gladly accepted rather than wait for still more damage to occur. They found the root cause of the problem, the previous owner had removed or never installed the flashing between the stoop roof and the house wall. They replaced the flashing and fixed the shingles next to it. Because our siding is no longer manufactured, they got the most similar material available and swapped it with siding from the side and back of the house so that original siding would be on the front where people would be most likely to see it.(The new stuff is similar but clearly different.) In a walk around the house, they also spotted (and I authorized repair of) two more damaged trim boards and a roof boot around the bathroom sewer vent. All in all, excellent work and workmanship. The crew were courteous, on time, neat, safe and protected my shrubs and other yard stuff. I've used Bizzy Bee before and will happily do so again.
Description of Work: The original work was to repair several shingles, trim boards and soffits on our house where breaks, cracks or rot were visible. Damage underlying the corner trim boards led to repairs to the walls including replacing damaged sheeting, siding, 2x6 studs and 2x12 headers. They also found and replaced the missing flashing that had caused all the damage and replaced the flashing around a roof vent that had become cracked.

They came out and priced the job. It took about 1 3/4 months to get here, but that was not an issue. They did an excellent job, and they came in on budget.
Description of Work: The Bizzzy Bee came out and did an estimate in October. Due to their workload they did not get to come out and perform the work until the end of November. We saw this as a testament to the fact that they were in high demand. Since our work was not time sensitive, it was fine by us. The work that they performed was very well done and should last for years to come. Bryant, the person who did the work, was conscientious about not only doing an excellent job, but he called every morning to inform us as to his arrival time. On the last day of the job, Bryant stayed until 8:30 PM to finish everything up. The price came in as quoted and Bryant even left all of the material receipts as a record of what was spent. In fact, we ended up doing more work than we originally thought we needed and the price was still between $1,000 and $1,500 less than other quotes that we received. The bottom line is that The Bizzzy Bee is a great company to have come out and do work for you and you will be very, very satisfied with both the process and the results.

Fair - the taping of the fireplace was not done correctly - the paint bled through and the cleanup was not done. I had send a written statement of understanding stipulating materials I had to provide versus what they would provide, and which he agreed to orally. However, when the job was done I was told it was my misunderstanding, that his stipulated tools versus materials and so I had to pay for the materials.

I AM AMAZED THAT YOU ARE SO UPSET OVER 23 DOLLARS. I NEVER MADE AN ISSUE OVER THE BILL, YOU DID. I SIMPLY REMINDED YOU OF THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED. IT IS VERY CLEAR AND I WILL GLADLY SHOW IT TO ANY ONE READING THIS IN ORDER TO VINDICATE MY GOOD NAME. YOU WARNED EVERYONE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GET IT IN WRITING WHEN DEALING WITH ME, AS IF I HAD DECEIVED YOU SOME HOW. I DID NOT DECEIVE YOU SO THAT I COULD CHEAT YOU OUT OF 23 DOLLARS. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. THE FACT IS THAT I DID GIVE YOU A FREE WRITTEN ESTIMATE WHICH YOU AGREED TO AND SIGNED. THE CONTRACT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR. ALL MATERIALS ARE BILLED TO YOU AT COST WITH NO MARK UP. ALL RECEIPTS FOR PURCHASED MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU. YOU ALSO COMPLAINED THAT THE WORK TOOK TO LONG. YOU CALLED US ON NOV. 19TH AND WE GOT YOUR JOB DONE ON NOV. 25TH. YOU NEEDED THREE JOBS DONE BEFORE THANKS GIVING AND WE MADE A SPECIAL EFFORT ON YOUR BEHALF TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST. WE INSTALLED A STAINLESS STEEL BACK SPLASH, ASSEMBLED A PIECE OF FURNITURE AND ALSO PREPPED, PRIMED AND PAINTED YOUR FIR PLACE MANTLE TRIM. WE ARRIVED ON TIME THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITH-IN 7 HRS. YOU SAID THAT YOU WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING AND HAD NO COMPLAINTS UNTIL WE GAVE YOU THE BILL. YOU WERE UPSET ABOUT THE MATERIAL COST AND EXPECTED ME TO COVER THE COST. WHEN I REMINDED YOU OF THE AGREEMENT, YOU RELUCTANTLY PAID THE BILL. NOW YOU ARE CLAIMING IN YOUR REPORT THAT I DECEIVED YOU AND THAT WE DID A POOR QUALITY JOB WITH THE PREP WORK AND FINISH WORK ON THE PAINTING. IN YOUR REPORT YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THAT YOU DID NOT LET US FINISH THE PAINT JOB EVEN THOUGH I HAD GIVEN YOU A SET RATE AND IT WOULD NOT HAVE COST YOU ANOTHER DIME. “EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT” WAS YOUR WORDS BUT YOU WERE IN A HURRY AND WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO FINISH THE TOUCH UP THAT WAS LEFT DO. YOU TOLD US THAT THE COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT NEEDED TOUCH UP WERE SO MINOR THAT YOU WOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT YOURSELF AND THEN RUSHED US TO FINISH UP. JUST FOR THE RECORD, ANY TIME THAT TAPING IS REQUIRED ON ANY PAINT JOB, PAINT BLEEDING THROUGH IN A COUPLE OF PLACES CAN AND WILL TAKE PLACE. THE TAPE CAN SEPARATE FOR ANY NUMBER OF REASONS CAUSING EVEN THE SMALLEST GAP THAT WILL ALLOW THE LIQUID PAINT TO PENETRATE. THAT’S WHY WE DO THE FINAL TOUCH UP WORK AFTER THE TAPE IS REMOVED. THE TAPE SPEEDS UP THE PROCESS AND MAKES THE JOB AN EASIER TASK TO PERFORM. IT IS NOT THE FINAL STEP IN A GOOD PAINT JOB. HAD YOU ALLOWED US TO FINISH THE JOB OUR WAY, YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN AN EVEN BETTER FINISH THAN THE ONE YOU TOLD US “LOOKED GREAT”. I BELIEVE THAT THE REAL PROBLEM HERE, IS THAT YOU ARE UPSET OVER THE 23 DOLLARS AND HAVE CHOSEN TO SLUG AWAY AT ME BECAUSE I EXPECTED YOU TO KEEP YOUR WORD. I AM SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THE WAY THAT YOU DO, EVEN SO, I DO WISH YOU THE BEST IN SPITE OF OUR DISAGREEMENT. VINCE CURCIO THE BIZZZY BEE

They were the second company I called, and the first wanted to get back to me after 12 to confirm their ability to schedule the job. The Bizzy Bee pulled a man who was taking a personal day to do work at his own home to meet my immediate need. The office staff and handy man were very courteous during a stressful time for me. The work was done quickly and at a fair price.

I had made my appointment a week before for 8:00 am on October 31st. The day before I called to confirm at 4:00 pm and everything was cool. The owner called me at 8:00 pm that night and told me they could not come at 8:00 am. The way their service runs they charge a minimum of two hours. We compromised for a time of 1:00 pm and they would be gone by 3:00 pm. This was unsatisfactory, but I had taken a day off work so I agreed to it. The workers showed up at 1:PM and he tried to charge me two hours when I had to leave at 3:00 pm. So he tried to charge me for two hours when it was their fault. We resolved this, but this was a miserable experience.
Description of Work: I hired them for general handyman services, a list of things including a repair to the dishwasher.

I WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW THE FACTS WITH YOU AS YOU ARE NOT REPORTING EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. YOU DID NOT SCHEDULE FOR SERVICE ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. YOU CALLED FOR SERVICE ON TUESDAY THE 28TH OF OCTOBER AND WE WERE AT YOUR HOME ON FRIDAY THE 31ST OF OCTOBER WHICH IS 3 DAYS LATER. WE CAME AS SOON AS WE COULD TO HELP YOU RESOLVE YOUR SITUATION. WHEN I CALLED YOU THE EVENING BEFORE WE WERE SCHEDULED TO COME TO YOUR HOME, I DID SO WITH EVERY INTENTION OF GIVING YOU THE BEST SCHEDULE FOR SERVICE THAT WE COULD GIVEN THE UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WE WERE FACED WITH. I EXPLAINED THAT WE HAD A LAST MINUTE CHANGE TO OUR SCHEDULE AND THAT WE COULD STILL BE AT YOUR HOME THE NEXT DAY BUT COULD NOT BE THERE AS EARLY AS WE ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED. NOW THIS APPARENTLY WAS UNREASONABLE TO YOU THAT THIS HAPPENED, HOWEVER, WE CANNOT CONTROL EVERY SITUATION AND WE DID OUR VERY BEST TO MEET YOUR SCHEDULE NEEDS. YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU HAD OTHER SERVICE WORKERS COMING BESIDES US AND YOU WANTED EVERYONE TO BE DONE BY 3PM BECAUSE YOU HAD OTHER THINGS THAT YOU WANTED TO GET DONE THAT DAY. I TOLD YOU THAT WE WOULD BE AT YOUR HOME NO LATER THAN 1PM AND WOULD BE DONE BY 3PM. YOU TOLD ME AS LONG AS WE COULD BE FINISHED BY 3PM THAT WE COULD COME AND DO THE WORK. WE KEPT OUR WORD AND DID EVERYTHING THAT YOU ASKED OF US BY 3PM. NOW I AM SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE AND IRRITATION, HOWEVER, I DID CALL YOU AS SOON AS I KNEW WE WERE UNABLE TO KEEP OUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. I DID NOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING OR LEAVE YOU HANGING. IN-FACT, I MET YOUR TIME NEEDS PER YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. AS FOR THE PRICE, I TOLD YOU WHEN YOU SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT ON TUE, THAT WE HAVE A TWO HOUR MINIMUM SERVICE CALL. THE TWO HOUR MINIMUM DID NOT CHANGE BECAUSE WE HAD TO COME AT A DIFFERENT TIME OF DAY. TO HAVE A MINIMUM SERVICE CALL IS STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ANY LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. SO I WAS CONFUSED BY YOUR EXPECTATION THAT THE PRICE FOR SERVICE WOULD HAVE SUDDENLY CHANGED WHEN NO SUCH AGREEMENT HAD BEEN MADE. THE FACTS ARE THAT YOU WAITED UNTIL WE WERE COMPLETED WITH OUR WORK AND THEN TOLD US THAT YOU WOULD NOT PAY THE PRICE THAT YOU ORIGINALLY AGREED TO. YOU WERE ADAMANT THAT YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU REQUESTED BECAUSE YOU WERE INCONVENIENCED. NOW I AM SORRY THAT YOU FEEL LIKE THIS WAS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE FOR YOU, HOWEVER, WE DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED WITH-IN THE TIME FRAME THAT YOU GAVE US AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY CONFUSION WITH YOUR GRADES AND THAT YOU ARE COMPLAINING?! I HONESTLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT MORE I COULD DO TO SATISFY YOUR NEEDS. VINCE CURCIO THE BIZZZY BEE.

This is the same terrific company I used 2 years ago and am glad I used them again. Vince is a very personable owner and hires great people. He responds very quickly to phone messages, and his office staff is right on top of customer requests. Initially, Mike was to do our grout work and Lenny was to do the masonry work. Unfortunately, Mike became ill shortly into the project but Lenny stepped up and completed both jobs. The showers look brand new again and are beautifully sealed against water damage. The brick paver sidewalk looks perfect where Lenny did the repair work, and his attention to detail is clearly evident in that work, plus his work on the shower tile.
Description of Work: We needed repairs to a section of our brick paver sidewalk which had buckled twice and cracked the brick pavers. Lenny took up the buckled section to discover poor ground preparation previously and had to make major renovations to the base before he could install new pavers. In addition, he repaired multiple cracks in our porch, masonry, and replaced several new pavers on other sections. The other work involved taking out old grout and caulking in 2 tiled showers since large cracks had developed and presented potential water damage. It was then replaced with new grout and caulking, then sealed three times to prevent further mold or cracking. In addition, the 3rd tub/shower tile was cleaned and sealed (that grout and caulking was still intact and in good shape).

Josh made sure to do every thing to make sure that these doors fit correctly. He was very good in caulking the new front door. He did not hurry his work but took great care to make sure that the work was done correctly. I was very impressed with the fact that he did not hurry the work that he did for me on both of these doors. It is very refreshing to see a young man who happens to take care in the work that he does for others. I would definitely use these folks again.

Our initial contact was with Vince Cucio, the owner. He called us back promptly, arrived when he said he would and actually was able to start the work sooner than the four to five week estimate he gave us. He sent Josh to do the work. Josh did an excellent and very professional job. What impressed us most was that the rot on the large window was confined to a small area on each side and to the wood in front of the sill and Josh could have repaired the sides by simply cutting off the molding a foot from the base and replacing the wood, which is what we thought he would do. However, instead, he took off the molding up to base of the window's arch, which cost only about $10 more in materials and resulted in a much more professional looking repair.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced rotted molding around a large, 2nd story window, removed undersized gutter & downspout and replaced with larger gutter and downspout and sanded and fortified a small area of damaged wood in door molding.

Very responsive - returned my call promptly, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. Provided detailed estimate and started work within the time frame given. The quality of work was very good and I would definitely use them again. The only area I had a slight issue with was timing of completion - the work seemed to go a bit slowly at times, but I was not charged more than the estimate provided except for a couple extras I asked for during the process. We had a problem with one of the subcontractors working very slowly (there is an hourly charge for services) AND not doing a good job. We asked that he not be sent again. We did allow him to come again, and the other worker complained that he was not any help and that he slowed him down. The bill came in quite a few hours over the original estimate. When we questioned it, the response was that we didn't need to pay the extra amount but that they would not work for us again.

I AM NOT SURPRISED BY YOUR NEGATIVE REPORT. NOR AM I SURPRISED BY SOME OF THE INCORRECT INFORMATION IN YOUR REPORT. FIRST OF ALL, WE DO NOT USE SUB CONTRACTORS. WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED, FAMILY OPERATED SERVICE AND WE DO OUR OWN WORK. WE DO NOT HIRE OTHER COMPANIES TO DO OUR WORK. AS FOR YOUR ISSUE WITH ONE OF MY MEN, WHEN YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU WERE UNHAPPY ABOUT ONE OF THE TASKS THAT HE COMPLETED I INSPECTED THE WORK AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT HORRIBLE AS YOU MADE IT OUT TO BE I HAD THE TASK REDONE AT NO COST TO YOU. WHEN YOU TOLD ME NOT TO SEND HIM BACK FOR FUTURE PROJECTS I COMPLIED. WHEN YOUR HOUSE MANAGER TOLD ME YOU NEEDED A SPECIAL PROJECT COMPLETED IN A HURRY I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WOULD HAVE TO USE THAT MECHANIC AS ONE OF THE MEN FOR THE PROJECT IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR RUSH JOB. WHEN I QUOTED THE WORK TO YOUR HOUSE MANAGER I MADE IT CLEAR THAT WE COULD DO THE PROJECT ANY NUMBER OF WAYS. I QUOTED AN APPROXIMATE TIME FOR THE PROJECT AND WE WERE TOLD WHICH DIRECTION TO GO WITH AND WE WERE GIVEN THE GO AHEAD WITH THE PROJECT. DURING THE COURSE OF COMPLETING THE WORK YOUR HOUSE MANAGER HAD MY MEN CHANGE DIRECTIONS IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR WORK 3 TIMES TO SEE WHICH WAY WOULD BE THE WAY THAT WAS MOST ACCEPTABLE FOR YOU. THOSE INTERRUPTIONS AND CHANGES TOOK TIME, TIME THAT YOUR HOUSE MANAGER REFUSED TO PAY FOR IN THE END. YOU CLAIM THAT THE BILL CAME IN QUITE A FEW HOURS OVER THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. THE FACTS ARE THAT I QUOTED 30-35 HRS FOR THE JOB AND EVEN WITH THE INTERRUPTIONS AND CHANGES WE CAME IN AT 38 HRS. YOUR HOUSE MANAGER REFUSED TO PAY FOR 4 HRS OF OUR TIME AND TOLD YOU THAT THE REASON WAS THAT MY MECHANIC WAS NOT WORKING FAST ENOUGH. SHE NEVER MENTIONED THE FACT THAT SHE KEPT INTERRUPTING MY MEN AND HAD THEM GO IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION THAN THE ORIGINAL DIRECTION GIVEN. ONCE AGAIN YOUR INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. 3 HRS IS NOT A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE WHEN GIVEN THE FACTS. AS FOR NOT WORKING FOR YOU FOLKS AGAIN, YOU ARE CORRECT. WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED SEVERAL PROJECTS FOR YOU FOLKS AND DONE THEM WELL ENOUGH THAT YOU KEPT CALLING US BACK FOR MORE WORK. WE HAVE GONE OUT OF OUR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR TIGHT SCHEDULING NEEDS AND YOUR PARTICULAR TASTE. WE LIKE WHAT WE DO AND OUR GOAL IS TO PLEASE EVERY CUSTOMER TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. HOWEVER I CANNOT WORK THROUGH A HOUSE MANAGER WHO REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND THEN MISREPRESENTS THE FACTS TO KEEP THE COST DOWN. THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ARE NOT THE ONE THAT HANDLES THESE PROJECTS. YOU HAVE LEFT THAT TO A HOUSE MANAGER. THE HOUSE MANAGER IN AN EFFORT TO DO A GOOD JOB FOR YOU IS BEING UNREALISTIC AND UNREASONABLE IN THEIR DEALINGS WITH SERVICE COMPANIES COMING IN TO DO THE WORK. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT YOU BECOME MORE INVOLVED WITH THE PROJECTS THAT ARE BEING PERFORMED AT YOUR HOME AND THEN YOU WILL BE MORE ACCURATE IN YOUR ASSESSMENT OF REAL FACTS. BY THE WAY, THIS LAST PROJECT WAS 1600. NOT 500. AS YOU HAVE REPORTED. ONCE AGAIN, WRONG INFORMATION.

We noticed a water spot in the kitchen ceiling and minor damage in the garage ceiling. I decided to call The Bizzzy Bee for an estimate. Vince came to the house and immediately pinpointed the sources of the damages. We also did a general walk-through of a few additional items I needed repairs on (i.e. repair and installation of a flood light and fixing a couple of panels of vinyl siding. These were added to the list and we were provided an estimate on the spot. Vince also obliged me by taking time to inspect a ceiling leak at my father-in-law's home and provide him an estimate. He was timely in his response to both of us in scheduling and fixing all the agreed upon repairs. His staff was helpful and clean and friendly. This was the second time in two years I needed their services and the second time in two years in which I have been thoroughly pleased with the process and results. I heartily refer their services to any who are interested.
Description of Work: Repair of a leaky toilet, vinyl siding repair, flood light installation, roof leak repair.

Vince was exceptionally responsive to my request to have him provide a quote for our damaged fence. He came out to the house within 1-2 days of initial contact and was able to do the work the following week. Vince's pricing was very competitive, as he even leaves the receipt for the material purchased for the job and does not charge any premium on the materials. The work that Vince performed was exactly what I was expecting. I recommended Vince to my neighbor, whose fence was also damaged by the same tree limb and I believe he has been very impressed as well.
Description of Work: Vince repaired several feet of my dog-eared fence, which included rebuilding a gate. The fence had been damaged by a large fallen oak tree limb.

Overall they did a good job. The final cost was a little higher than the original estimate because you have to pay for additional materials and time separately. He did tell me ahead of time that these things would be extra. Not having had this work done before though, it seemed like a lot. They had really good availability and were available right away. I would hire him again.
Description of Work: They removed my popcorn ceilings by scraping and smoothing the ceilings on the first floor of my house.

Paula was very helpful when I called the office to schedule the work. The handyman (I think his name was Mark) was able to come out the next day and get the work done. He was prompt and friendly and got the job done perfectly. I also like the fact that Vince called us later the same day after the service was performed to follow up and make sure we were satisfied.
Description of Work: They installed a new toilet that we had tried unsuccessfully to install ourselves. They also installed a new pedestal sink and a new faucet.
