Requested estimate for decayed/rotted trim boards and window moulding be replace around entire home .Estimate was in my opinion vague and missed close to 50% of what ended up being repaired and billed for. Estimate included other suggested work which was appreciated but declined. Obvious rot in areas was not on estimate and areas that were repaired still have some sections that have not been repaired. The owner and person performing the work tried to be responsive and came out once to correct missed areas. After I noticed more missed areas I informed owner that I had found missed work and told him that he need not come back although I am sure he would have.

They arrived later than the original window of time given. The owner was very apologetic when I called to inquire and gave me an update and explanation for the tardiness. The two gentlement where very professional when they arrived and completed the work on my list.

He was a very nice guy. He did an average job. He worked hard while he was here.

Vince the owner of Bizzy Bee sent an employee to clean out our gutters at our rental house. The employee also took a look at a possible roof leak. The gutters were cleaned and after taking a look at the roof, it was determined that we didn't have a leak after all. A bad paint job from a previous leak was the reason why it appeared to be leaking again. Vince told us what product to buy and the process so we could fix the inside paint job ourselves. Very professional from start to finish.

Vince was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable and did not pressue to make decisions. He came out first and gave an estimate and then he sent various workers out to do the various jobs. All of them did good work. Bizzzy Bee is very thorough and does a great job. I will definitely use them again.

I was pleased with the experience of receiving an estimate from them.

Brian came by and replaced a front room window. He had previously come by and gotten the dimensions for the window and had to order it so he would have it available for that day. He replaced the window and checked the installation in and hour and was on his way to the next customer. Very knowledgeable and easy to ask questions about the process.

Called on Sunday and spoke to Vince. Scheduled to come the next day so I went to Home Depot and had all the materials needed for the job. The gentleman showed up on time and completed the work within a few hours.

It went very well. He came on time and did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgable. Finished the job very quickly. He had to go to Lowes to pick up some missing parts that I lost, so that was an extra half hour time. The company called me the night before to confirm as promised. I will use them again in the future.

Outstanding! Great attention to detail....pointed out issues I was not aware that if left broken would have cost time and extra $ later to fix. His crew were very helpful. I had ordered 3 bookcases that were to large to fit around the corners of the hallway to get into my office....they helped out by taking out a front window and coming in thru the window following a straight shot into my office.

The tenants in the home could not get out the door. The wood had rotted. The company was very responsive. They came out the same day I called. They were upfront that there may be other issues after they removed the door, which was not the case. They were very meticulous in their work. The tenants stated they felt like the workers were working in their homes. They were always on time. And everything looks great.

The process was quick and easy and Brian was very pleasant. The price was excellent considering most places were requiring that I pay a two hour minimum. I will absolutely use this company again. They were professional, prompt to respond, and most importantly, considerate of my time and my needs.

It went better than I could have ever expected. He was very knowledgable and good at what he does. I had a family member that would have charged $150 more than what he charged me.

It took them about 2 weeks to finally get it fixed. The first time they came out the sink remained plugged but the second time they came out they were able to get it fixed. They had a reasonable price.

I weas pleased with the service. It was not cheap but it was consistent with estimates and where there were cost overruns Vinny was able to explain why and I was confident he and his guys were all honest and hard working.

Showed up when they said they would and completed job right at the estimated price. No issues and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used the Bizzzy Bee 3 times now and have always been pleased with the work they have done. This particular time the job was primarily electrical in repairs however I have used their plumber as well. They are great and I will use them again.

This was a really difficult job in a 1929 era house. The crew had to perform most of the work in a very cramped crawl space. The crew worked diligently and did their best to minimize dirt and mess in the house. They also raised the foundation in small increments to avoid damage to walls, ceilings, and tile floors. The stairs installed in the basement are well constucted, as is the new sublfoor in the mudroom. I am very satisfied with the work. A very professional job.

Company began job immediately after the estimate was accepted. Crew worked very hard and did a great job. Approximately 60 feet of board were replaced, After the roof was completed, the crew cleaned up the yard thoroughly. Company rep did a walk around to ensure work was done well and to my satisfaction. Project was completed on time and within budget. A very professional job all around.

We were pleased that they were able to come out on a Satursday with same day notice and we thought their price was fair. We were happy to be able to lock our door that night and the work was done very well.

Vince and Paula answered the phone every time I called, were eager to do the work, and quickly assessed the timing and cost of the project after an initial visit. The work was exactly what I was hoping for and was done well. The workers cleaned up before they left. I have worked with Bizzzy Bee in the past and would be happy to do so again in the future.
