Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee

Provider advertises that provides service to Caberrus County (without any exclusions). Declined to service my location in Caberrus County - as not being in the service area, and then when I challenged that my location was in the county he stated he could not service profitably. I consider that response unprofessional.

This is my second encounter with the Bizzzy Bee. The first time they came out to do an estimate in siding repair on my home for insurance purposes. The communication from her owners Diane and Vince along with their workers was phenomenal. I am not accustomed to dealing with any home repair service providers so I was very leery. Bizzzy Bee was the best choice I could have made. They perform work as methodically as if they are working in their own home. On. 05-05-2014, We experienced a plumbing emergency. It was relatively late and I had no idea who to call. On a whim, I called Vince @ The Bizzzy Bee. He is a rock star! Late at night he took multiple calls from my husband and explained how to turn the water off. He sent pictures of the water meter so it would be clear what needed to be done. THEN, first thing in the morning. Around 6:20, I get a call from a tech, (the same tech that repaired our siding) saying he would be here ASAP. They cared enough to come out early and not have a house without water. I am at a loss of how to convey how great this company is. I am crying as I write this review, because not only was the plumbing fixed, my peace of mind was restored. I know that all of my home repair needs will be handled by this great company. God really anointed Diane and Vince with great abilities. God bless them.

The job was scheduled and the communication went well. We were contacted about a schedule change, which was fine, and Joe showed up to do the work. He was thorough, explained what he was going to do, and did a good job. We were very happy with the work that was done and feel like we got a good deal overall.

Very professional and courteous service. Spoke with Vince and Diann to schedule an appointment. They were able to come by within 48 hours. David was able to ID and repair the leak beneath the house. I would recommend Bizzy Bee and will definitely use them again.

It was ok the person who came I do not think was all that experienced. He was 30minutes late but did call. He left for about 1hour to go pick up parts from Lowes which was 5minutes from my house. He worked from 9:30am till about 3:30 and took about 30 minutes for lunch. When he left the door was wet so we could not shut it. About 6:00pm that day the door was dry I went to shut it and could not. I was so worried about not being able to lock my door that night. I call this person and left a message. After about an hour pass no reposnes. I called the owner of the Bizzy Bee and he tried to call the person. Anyway with some force we were able to close the doore & lock it. The handy mand called back about 10:30 that night. He did tell us what to do to fix the door. He came back two days later and sepent about 2hours not sure what he did....said he had to go his wife had to go to work. I am not ever using this company again. The owner has called and left a follow up meassage however I am done!! It bascially cost me $353.00 to get my door painted.

There’s really nothing I don’t like about The Bizzzy Bee. Their pricing is fair. The quality of work is awesome. They’re very punctual, able to get you in instant. It’s done as quick as you need them here. They’re reliable. Things seem to last. When they fix something it stays fixed. All those qualities that you look for in a distance, they stay up. We used them a number of times.

The work was contracted through Shane (owner) and performed by Stephen. The work went well except for having a difficult time acquiring the right color siding to match what was on the house. It took almost two weeks for Shane to come up with the color match, but, to his credit, he stayed with it until he did! Stephen arrived on time to do the work and stayed all day, on the first day, to try and get it all done. When Shane found the right siding color match Stephen was back out in a timely manner to install it. Both Shane and Stephen were professional and friendly and easy to work with given the hassle of color matching my vinyl siding to my liking. All their work was done to my satisfaction. Thank you both.

He always is there when he says he is going to. He talks about specifics on what needs to be done and asks questions. He is very good and thorough. After I had tenants that had to be evicted, he went to the place and did a walk through for me. My property manager had already been there and didn't tell me anything. He had told me that they had stolen the ac unit and all the appliances. he was thorough and created a list of everything that was wrong including the spots on the carpet.

IMy husband had found a piece of siding in our shrub. Upon further inspection, we had lost a piece of siding on the side of the house. I went on Angie list and found Bizzzy Bee. They had great reviews. I called the office and had to leave a message. Within the hour I got a call back from them I they told me they could have some one out between 1 and 2 pm. They came out promptly and were professional. They took care of the siding and fascia that was also loose. This is a great company that I would highly recommend to everyone.

Every single person Bizzy Bee has sent us has been professional, friendly, efficient, neat and affordable, especially the tree removal crew. You can understand now when ever there is a problem around here their are only two words spoken-"Call Vince!" We have paid a total of about $3.100 for all of the work over the past year or so. Extremely satisfied customers.

These guys did a fantastic job. I had told Vince that we were on a tight timeframe and he came out and looked at the issues one afternoon and had 2 of his guys there the very next day! The guys he sent were professional, knowledgeable, and just plain good guys; AND they got all of the work done in one day. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the quality of the work and the workers themselves. I would definitely use Bizzzy Bee again.

It went really well. They were very responsive. Vince sent us an e-mail with suggestions on how to prevent woodpeckers, and then Daniel was the person who actually worked on our house. He worked hard, did a good job, and was very trustworthy. We would definitely hire them again.

The staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. When they say in the morning, they mean early morning(8:30am). No complaint there, just saying, I'm usually still in bed. Overall I'm pleased. The sales guy called to follow up to make sure I was satisfied and everything went in well.

It went perfect!!! Vince (owner) and his crew were prompt, respectful and professional. Daniel, Mike and Gary (Vince's electrician) did all the work and it went fast and smoothly. We thought we needed to have the toilet in the guest bathroom reset and spoke to Vince about this on the phone. David (Vince's plumber) showed up the next morning. He was honest and said the toilet did not need to be reset. I love honesty and today it seems to be rare. Not with Vince and his crew!!! We had no problem contacting Vince by email or phone and he is definitely fair priced. I can go on and on about Vince and his crew. To put it short and sweet: The Bizzzy Bee is THE BEST!!!

Was able to cut,remove and replace the rotten area without dropping the gutter -- a time and cost savings. Repaired and painted in reasonable time and result was great!

The Bizzzy Bee Representtive called before coming out as promised to make sure the time was still convenient. After confirming, he came on over and measured the area and went to pick up the materials. He came back in a timely manner and began the work very professionally and completed the work beautifully. He cleaned up the area plus some. I could not have asked for a better gentleman nor a better professional. Great JOB and a Great Price!!! Same day service. This was great! We just needed latches added to our front and back doors but were also having problems with some other home improvement projects. Chris helped us with everything we needed. We were scheduled for two jobs and he did 5 with a smile on his face. He was very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely use them again and ask for Chris:-)

They did a good job. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I was satisfied with the end result.

Communication was prompt and on-going regarding scheduling. The workers were true professionals, and the results were wonderful. I couldn't be happier.

Brian was very nice and easy to talk to. He gave thorough apart of the problem he encountered. Mailbox readjusted just center on orignal wooden platform. His boss gave me a discount ticket. Total out 90.00, not $120--good price.

We relocated to Charlotte in November but had purchased the house a year earlier, We hired a contractor to do some remodeling and what started as a good situation, resulted in the contractor walking off the job and leaving the house in a disastrous state. Knowing there was more work to be done, Angie's Concierge did a superb job researching and finding three handyman companies. One of these was Bizzybee. Bizzybee is more than a handyman service, This a company that has 10 folks working for them. They can do anything, just ask. We have had several folks from Bizzybee do work for us in the last several weeks. We have been very pleased with all the work performed. Tom, David, the plumber, Brian, Patrick, Gary, the electrician and most recently Daniel have been very nice to work with. They arrived on time, prepared to do the requested work. Vince Curcio, the owner, is a great communicator and is up front and honest. His wife does a great job from the administrative side of things. I highly recommend Bizzybee. My biggest regret is that I didn't hire them before I hired the first contractor. I would have saved a lot of frustration and money. In the future if I need anything done around my house, inside or outside, my first call will be to Bizzybee.

This is my 'go- to' company for general household tasks. I've used them for years, and recommend them highly.

Did an excellent job overall. Wasn't the cheapest, but felt I got what I paid for. They did require a partial payment upfront to cover the cost of the custom parts they ordered for the job (not a bad thing IMO, but something to keep in mind if you're using them).

All the workers were professional and promt. The electrical work was done well, the electrician was very educational on how to do what I needed done, and the price was about the same as the other quotes I got. The attic stairs were installed quickly and the cost was the same as all the other quotes I got. I had used the Bizzy Bee because of the fact they are a one stop shop and planned on using them for additional renovations we were doing at the time, but the estimates on the other work turned out to be about double the other quotes I received. The additional work included removing and installing vanities, some plumbing work, and removing linoleam and installing tile in 3 rooms. I did have some communication issues twice when trying to contact Vince, but when I did finally speake to Vince about this he explained he has to keep all his employes on the payroll for each of the services they provide, and in order to do so, the prices quoted are nessesary to do this. Due to the fact I have had excellent service and pricing from other vendors on Angie's List, I will use them for the services I need in the future for the cheaper prices and probably will not use the Bizzy Bee again.

Vince and his crew were very professional. All work was completed as promised and with good quality. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely use them for future home repairs.
