One guy came to do the work on 3/7/16, I asked how one man was going to move my sofas and he agreed that at least two men should be doing the moving. He said he would do what he could and he hung two flat screen T.Vs, and the time was up so I paid him additional to hang my pictures and mirrors. In the process he moved my bar and I asked him to not move it because it's very heavy and he again moved it back. After the man left, I found that the leg on my bar was cracked so I called them back and they sent him back out to look at it on 3/10/16. The man denied breaking the leg on my bar, and said someone else must have broke it, I know for a fact no one else has moved or touched my $8,000 bar. When he moved the bar from the original location, I wasn't in the room. I came back in and was very upset when I found he moved it with out asking. He did a good job hanging the T.Vs and an OK job with the pictures.
Description of Work: I purchased an offer for $180 for 4 Hours of Handyman Service, I requested for them to Move a sofa upstairs and move another sofa down stairs, hang a flat screen T.V and pictures/mirrors. Since only one man was sent he hung my 2 flat screens and pictures/mirrors.

Response from Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee
This Customer was told beforehand that the second technician would not be able to make it and we arranged to do the additional 2 man items the following week. The technician that was able to make it; hung the TV’s and the pictures as requested. One of the pictures was large and the customer requested that it be hung directly behind the portable bar. This was not a built in unit and it does not sit on elevated legs as this customer has described. It sits on large, round, low-profile feet that are an extension of the bar body. In order to hang the picture, our technician had to get his body between the wall and the back of the bar. Our technician was never told not to move the bar or he would not have done so and the picture would have never been hung. The bar was fully stocked including cocktail glasses so it was rather heavy - too heavy to lift. Our technician slid the bar which sits flat on a hardwood floor with felt under the large round feet, not elevated legs as described. The unit was slid forward just enough to allow him access to hang the picture and then slid back when he was done. There was no lifting the bar as it was too heavy for that, plus all of the glasses and liquor bottles would have been broken from one man tilting the unit in any direction. We did the work on the 7th of March. It was 3 days later on the 10th that this customer contacted us to let me know that there was a problem. My technician drove out to their home that same evening to check out what they were talking about and reported back to me. While my technician was there, the customer’s neighbor came over to make his assessment and he told the customer and my technician that the foot rest in front of the bar had to have been pulled up hard or that the bar was dropped while being carried in order for the damage that he inspected to have happened. What makes this so interesting is that her neighbor builds custom furniture for a living, so he was no novice and gave us his professional opinion. It was his opinion that confirmed what we suspected. The actual place of damage was found where the foot rest support arm attaches to the front of the bar. The wood was broke out in an upward motion that could not have happened from sliding the bar forward. In fact, the force of the break was so strong that there is a very clear indentation where the support arm meets the wood along the top of the bracket. The direction of force was easy to see from the physical evidence that it left behind. Additionally, the support bracket is anchored to the foot rest bar with a heavy gauge bolt. Our technician would have had to pull the support arm up hard enough to break this system free from the face of the bar. That never happened. The man never even tried to lift the bar because of the risk of breaking the liquor bottles and glasses. He is a 30 year veteran technician and does not take risks like that. I myself came out the very next day which was the soonest that I could get there. After inspecting the situation, it was obvious to me that this customer’s neighbor was correct and we did not damage the bar. Personally, I believe that this customer is sincerely mistaken as to how this damage occurred. She had told my technician all about the guests that she entertained earlier the weekend before we came. It could have happened during that time. I saw how massive and solid this piece of furniture is with its stone top and heavy shelves. Two men would not have been able to lift it without difficulty. She claims that 2 men carefully transported it into her house and set it up. It very well could have been damaged at that time and not been noticed. But because we were in the customer’s home and my technician slid the bar, this customer has assumed that we are at fault. We fix our mistakes, but we do not fix other peoples mistakes for free. We responded immediately, investigated thoroughly, and I was honest with this customer. Because this customer feels we are at fault, they have placed this bad review. If you allow us to assist you with your repair needs, you will see that we are honest, hard-working and we are what our many excellent reviews claim us to be. We look forward to assisting you as needed. Vince Curcio, The Bizzzy Bee 704-599-4299.

I got the estimate in a timely manor with what the low end and the highest cost would be. A nice woman showed up to prep the deck. She was alone so she could not lift a planter off of the deck. So she just worked around it ( i think this should have been removed instead. That's like painting a room but not behind the furniture). I had a gallon of the deck stain already. She and Vince told me that I needed to purchase a 5 gallon bucket. That was $200.00, and they might have used a gallon of it. A few days after she stained it, it started peeling up. At first in just a couple of places, then in several more. I called Vince back, he came out and looked at it and told me that they would put on another coat. I asked if he thought that the surface had been prepped properly in the first place. He was very nice and assured me that it would be fine. So, I asked him about doing some other repairs both inside and outside my place. He promptly sent an estimate. I agreed to proceed with the new work. He gave me dates of a Wednesday or Thursday. I took those days off so I could let them in and out and to also keep my dogs out of their way. I didn't hear from him on Wednesday so I assumed they were coming Thursday. At noon on Thursday, I texted him to find out where they were. He said they weren't coming. I told him that I had taken time off from work and could he not have called me to let me know? I got a lot of excuses some good, some not. At any rate, I asked him to please let me know what the plans are since that's just how it should be done. We made another agreement for the same time frame. They didn't come the first day or the second day. Again I texted him to ask where they were. So, I cancelled my second contract. Someone came out on a Sunday and put on a second coat ( they removed the planter this time, it's still sitting out in the yard). And of course, I didn't get the call that they were coming that day until about 20 minutes before they came. So I had to race home from across town to get the stain out for them. I'm hoping that the stain will hold on the deck. The paint department at Lowe's told me that the reason it peeled up was because the surface was not prepped properly. So only time will tell. I think that contractors need to be respectful of their clients time, and they need to be more familiar with the quantities of materials they request. Total cost, 1060.00

Response from Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee
This customer has made several wrong assumptions concerning the facts surrounding their deck repairs. First, they mentioned that a planter was not moved by the first technician that came out to wash the deck. That part was correct but the carpenter that repaired all of the weather damaged wood afterwards did move the planter and also prepped that area. There was a very small circle that he sanded along with the rest of the new wood he installed and any of the original stain that came loose from the first washing. The deck was washed, sanded and then washed again. It was allowed to dry for several days prior to applying the new stain. We asked the customer not to use the deck until after the deck was fully cured 3 days. We have no way of knowing if they followed our instructions. What this customer also failed to mention is that we were having sporadic ice and snow between days of spring like weather. It is possible that the sudden shifts in the temperature may have played a role in the reaction of the stain during the curing process. Additionally, this customer said that the deck was peeling. I went and inspected the deck and it was not peeling. There were approximately 12-14 spots where a chip was missing from the stained area. These chipped areas were about the size of an eraser on a #2 pencil. To me, it looked like this customer’s 2 small dogs got on the deck too soon and the nails from the dogs chewed into the new deck stain. It was actually very minor in scope and we came back for no extra charge to apply additional stain. Afterwards, the deck looked great and I have not heard any further complaints. By the way, even though they offered to pay when we finished the initial staining, they were not charged for any of the work until after I had made sure that the deck was good to go. As for a sales rep at a store telling this customer that we did not properly prep the deck, the sales rep was not there and probably did not know about the sudden shift in weather or the 2 dogs with sharp claws. Without all of the facts, they assumed that they were able to judge the situation correctly. Instead, they only managed to turn a good customer sour on us by planting the idea that we did not do our job correctly. Concerning the paint, we advised this customer to get a 5 gallon bucket for several reasons. The size and condition of the deck suggested that we would more than likely need 2 full coats. Also, stain naturally soaks into the new wood requiring additional applications of stain. We have also learned that the customer is best to buy the 5 gallon bucket rather than individual cans for color consistency and to have at least one or two gallon for future touch ups after the work is completed. That way, they have a good color match when they need it. This customer did not waste their money. We used more of the stain than they think we did and they should have allowed us to do a full second coat for better quality protection. Especially with 2 dogs that have sharp claws. Instead we only did the minimum that they wanted and we applied the additional stain to cover the chipped areas. Now concerning the scheduling issues, I told the customer that I would call them the night before we were coming. We had talked about a couple of options for when the work could be performed. At no time did she tell me that she was going to take time off of work to meet us. In fact, we talked about them leaving us a key. She told me that she would be available at home on certain days and I told her that we would try to make it during those times but that I would call her before we came out. Between the sudden icy weather and the delays that it created, we could not make it during those times. Even though I did not call this customer the night before, this customer assumed that we would be there. That was not the arrangement that we had made. I explained our situation and reminded them that we needed good weather to accomplish half of the additional repairs and the weather was not good enough for that. This customer became upset at that point, cancelled the additional work and now has blasted us. The facts are that this customer did not follow our instructions or advice, made wrong assumptions about our work while listening to bad assessments made from someone they did not know about a situation that was wrong for them to judge. Then they assumed that we would be at their home even though I had not confirmed that we could do the days that they were available. We agreed that I would give advance notice and confirm when we could be there. So now, even though I kept my word, did not charge them a dime for the work until everything was in good order and tried to follow up to make sure that the deck was holding up well, we are now the bad guys. The truth is that we are a great company with a great reputation because we do great work. Our track record speaks for itself. People that listen to our advice, follow our instructions and allow us to do our job without making wrong assumptions from bad assessments love us and use us time and time again. We look forward to assisting you and hearing from you, Vince Curcio The Bizzzy Bee.

Worker was so slow. Told me his life story. He talked about his kids, his TV's, living in Florida, hurting his knee, his kids, the Panthers, what he likes to cook, his sleeping troubles and his next jobs. It was exhausting. He also took about 10 phone calls while "working." I thought he was just being nice so it didn't bother me until he charged me for 2 extra hours of labor. I was floored. So essentially I paid him $100 extra to bore me to death. Owner took employee's side and was apathetic.

Everything went well. If there were questions, such as "is it too cold to paint outside"? They contacted Vince and went and bought special paint . They completed much more than I thought possible in the time they were here. AND, to show you how well respected this company is, Vince, the owner, called me that night, to find out how everything went. That shows an honest, caring person is in charge!
Description of Work: Two guys worked from 9:30am until 3:30pm (lunch break taken, but not at my expense) doing the following: Inside, in the kitchen ,1 guy removed the grout around my granite countertops and replaced it with new, while the other guy went for shingles and paint. Outside, they both scraped, sanded and repainted 2 areas of roof fascia boards that had peeling paint. Then, they added new shingles to an "eyebrow" roof along the backside of our house and added tacks of every loose shingle...big improvement! Caulking was done to prevent another leak above a bow window, and also in 2 other spots.
I can't believe it has taken me this long to write this review! Busy Bee came through BIG for us. In the hottest week of the summer, our incredible stainer (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!) showed up and worked several days in 100 degree weather to stain our huge double tiered deck that has so many slats and lattice around the base. We were in the middle of a family emergency, so my mom was here all day watching the house. When the woman staining the deck finished the first coat, she wasn't satisfied with the look of it and did a 2nd coat without charging us for it. I cannot stress how huge that was. This is a BIG DECK, and she spent another full day in the brutally hot weather to put a 2nd coat on all the spindles and railing areas. Mom was impressed with her attention to detail while she worked. When she found out about what was happening in our family she spoke kindly and supportively with my mom, which reassured her during a difficult time, all while staining the deck in the ridiculous heat. Words cannot express how I feel about Vince Curcio and his Busy Bee company. Additionally, a few months before the deck job, they had repaired a leaky window and did a great job on that one too! They are the ONLY company I will ever call for handyman services. This is a unique company run by truly kind, caring people.
Description of Work: Cleaned, prepped, and stained our very large deck.
Vince and his crew are fantastic. They always showed up as scheduled, kept me informed on every step of the process (especially when weather delayed activities like exterior painting), and they were exceptionally flexible with all my requests and explaining the best way to tackle the repairs. My list of items was HUGE, and they were able to tackle all of it and did a perfect job for a very reasonable price. They even worked with the structural engineer to make sure the roof trusses were repaired as needed. There is no substitute!
Description of Work: Repaired roof trusses, repaired / replaced multiple rails on patio, interior touch up painting, repair dry wall damage, install doorbell, install kick plate, repair pillar on porch, power wash all exterior surfaces, repair/replace window balancers.

Sadly, some people embellish the truth in order to sensationalize what they have to say. Sending one Email in Response to this customers Email does not qualify as junk mail. This customer NEVER left us a voicemail. We searched back through the voice mails that came in since the beginning of the month and no such message was found. What this customer did do was reach out to us via our website to inquire about a shelving project. Since our carpenters were already committed to jobs that were already scheduled, we wrote this customer back to let them know that we would not be able to help them within the time frame that they needed. In the email we sent, the very first sentence stated that we could not help them with their shelving project at this time. We then gave our rates in the body of the email and attached our flyers so that they would have a handy reference of the types of work we can do in order to help them with other projects in the future. That email was sent within 24 hours of them writing and was sent on 1/19/2016 at 7:53 PM. While we would like to help everyone, there are times when we can’t help and we are very frank and honest when we can’t. We are able to handle many different kinds of projects for folks and are here for those that reach out to us. We look forward to assisting as many folks as possible and look forward to hearing from you. Vince C. The Bizzzy Bee 704-599-4299
Wow! Most impressive is the cost. No gimmicks, no shady business regarding their fees. The guy was able to do all the odd jobs that was presented to him. Although it took him over a course of about 4 days, it was well worth it. The work was completed, looked nice, and you can't beat the price with a stick. I promise you won't find anyone else any cheaper here in the Charlotte area. Popcorn ceilings are a hard job when trying to get it looking to almost it's original state. This guy did a perfect job (I can't remember his name). Will definitely use them from here on out whenever I have a home project that needs to be completed.

The experience was great - all the work was completed in a timely manner, and as promised. The electrician was punctual and professional, and he clearly explained everything as he progressed through the jobs.
Description of Work: Multiple, miscellaneous electrical jobs
Overall, I was severely disappointed in The Bizzzy Bee after reading all the other reviews they had. I was hoping to get solid service to handle a couple of jobs I needed to address immediately due to discovered leaks when we returned from our Thanksgiving trip. It took a while to get with them to schedule and the quality of service was mixed. They did fix the water damage under sink by replacing the flooring and replacing both the garbage disposal and faucet. I am ok with that portion of the work. But I needed them to deal with the water damage in the ceilings next. They asked what other work I may need them to do and I showed them but I was specific that they need to fix the water damage spots first and if there is time left in day, to work on the other projects since they indicated they could fix that damage in less than a day. I had to leave for a business trip but my wife was home to let them in. They came back and focused on the other projects and not the water damage. So completely opposite of what I needed. To me, that was just to charge more money because they knew I needed the water damage fixed and waited to do it last. And they screwed up on the schedule and made me wait days for them to come back to fix what they should have fixed in the first place. They were also slow as compared to other handymen I used in the past. They also left cigarette butts on my yard (no one in my house smokes) and dumped a chunk of the mud in my yard that is still there and hardened. They didn't even dump it in a garbage bag and throw it out. Just disappointed and recommend never using these guys. I won't.
Description of Work: Replaced my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet that both were leaking. Replace the flooring of the cabinet under sink that had water damage. Fixed a broken seam on kitchen ceiling from house settling and repainted that portion. Replaced a portion of ceiling and repainted that portion in guest bathroom that had water damage. Patched holes in one bedroom and guest bathroom. Painted portion of upstairs ceiling that had water damage. Two minor fixtures in kitchen that needed to be glued on.

Response from Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee
Where do I begin with this customer? First of all, notice that one complaint was that they could not get up with us quickly. Why? Because it was between the Thanksgiving, Hanukah and Christmas Holidays when we are slammed with 80-100 calls each week. Nothing personal, but the fact is that we are a small family business and can only handle so many calls at one time. Our inability to give an immediate response does not make us bad people or a bad company. We serve as many customers as we can and that’s all we can do. This customer had the option of calling other companies and my suspicion is that they did, only to find out that everyone who was worth their weight in salt was already booked because of the Holiday season. So much for complaint number one. Also please notice that they were satisfied with the quality of our work but complained that we were slow. But then look at the list of repairs; their own list reveals multiple items plus there were a couple of items that they did not mention. All of the repairs that we accomplished took 23.25 hours and this customer’s wife was very pleased with the results of our work. We do not work slow and the work that we did required more than one trip to their home because of the process involved to accomplish the repairs. See the list below: Replaced the garbage disposal and kitchen faucet that both were leaking. Replaced the floor of the cabinet under the kitchen sink that had water damage. Fixed a broken drywall seam on the kitchen ceiling from house settling and repainted that portion. Replaced a portion of ceiling and repainted that portion in the guest bathroom that had water damage. Patched holes in one bedroom and the guest bathroom. Painted portion of upstairs ceiling that had water damage. Two minor fixtures in kitchen that needed to be glued on. Plus we did a store trip and had to clean up after each repair in each room that we worked in. They also complained that we did not focus on what they wanted us to when we came to their home. They wanted us to start with the stains and water damage on the drywall ceilings first and then work on the other items. What this customer failed to mention is that we discovered that one of the leaks was still active and that they needed to have their HVAC Company come back to fix the cause of the leak before we could start the related drywall repairs. They also failed to mention that we offered to start on the other repairs or, if they wanted us to, we could come back when they were ready for us to start on what they wanted us to. They chose to have us start on what could be repaired, while we waited on their HVAC Company to finish the leak repairs. Because of the type of repairs and because this customer’s upstairs leak was not resolved when we arrived, either way, we had to come back for more than one trip to complete their repairs. So they are complaining about their own decision to have us start with the other repairs. Another piece of information that they left out was that the technician who started their repairs, lost his stepmother the evening of the 14th after a long battle with cancer and was not able to come back for a couple of days because he and his father were dealing with the pain of their loss while making arrangements for her funeral. The technician did return to this customer’s home three days later to finish the repairs with the help of another technician. He did not have to, but wanted to make sure that we did not leave this customer stuck over the holidays. That technician showed professionalism, loyalty and great character under those circumstances. Additionally, on the 14th of December, I had my right hip surgically replaced by Dr. Sikes at the Lake Norman Medical Hospital. Anyone that wants verification can text “New Hip” to my cell (704-777-9688) and I will send a picture of it. I bring this up because my wife was working remotely from a lap top from my bedside so that we could meet the needs of as many of our customers as possible before we shut down during our annual break. Our break was scheduled to start the following week. Why would my wife do that? Because we care about our customer’s needs as much as our own needs. And even though I had needed the surgery earlier in the year, we chose to wait until just before our break so I could heal while we were on vacation and not interrupt service to our customers. What was so amazing about our experience with this customer was that my wife explained our circumstance concerning myself and the technician that started their repairs and this customer’s response was to accuse my wife of lying and making stuff up in order to cover up for our incompetence. What a great human being, right!!! You can imagine my wife’s frustration as she was struggling to help our customers under these conditions only to be falsely accused by a heartless fellow, who only cared about what they wanted, rather than having a sliver of compassion for their fellow human beings who were trying to help them while dealing with personally tough issues. So as you can see, we did not try to hike up the bill as this customer has accused us of. They got a great value for their money. And we did a fantastic job of meeting their needs under personally tough conditions in spite of their ingratitude and self-serving attitude. We enjoy helping others and we look forward to helping anyone and everyone that we can as often as we can. We also look forward to hearing from you should you decide to give us a try. Until Then, Sincere Regards, Vince C. The Bizzzy Bee 704-599-4299

The business could have at least said they were not able to do job but left me hanging. Never to this date called to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: Nothing. It's was a time sensitive assembly for the Christmas holiday. No return on my CALLS when I called about the confirmation 5x's and left messages. Long explanation on voicemail with a plethora of excuses. I should have gotten the hint then. I do not have my items assembled to this date now!

Response from Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee
I am very sorry that this customer felt that they were neglected or ignored. That is actually not true; they simply failed to check their Angie’s List Response Email. This customer purchased a special on the 14th of December, one week before a major holiday and if possible, was expecting same day or next day service. If not, they wanted service by the morning of the 17th. Even though their expectation was not very realistic, we do our best to accommodate everyone but we cannot guarantee same day or next day service. I have posted this members requested service dates below: Morning (AM) on 12/14/2015 Afternoon (PM) on 12/15/2015 Morning (AM) on 12/17/2015 As for their complaint concerning no response from us, that is completely untrue. This customer was contacted with 24 hours by my wife at 7:30am on the 15th through the Angie’s List Response system. My wife wrote on my behalf, requesting a phone number along with other information so that we could get this customer scheduled. (see the Email that my wife wrote below). Hello (Name Removed). Thank you for purchasing services with our company. In order to best serve you, please send us your address, email address, contact phone numbers, and the scope of work you need performed. We find that customers are often not aware that Angie's List files aren't always up to date nor do they supply us with all the information we need to have. Once we get this information into our system, we will contact you to work out scheduling. Once again, thank you for choosing The Bizzzy Bee. Regards, Vince Curcio The reason that my wife wrote for me was that I had my right hip surgically replaced the morning of the 14th and would not be able to respond for at least a couple of weeks due to the seriousness of the surgery. So here was the situation: We were a week away from a major holiday and our yearly vacation with a fully loaded schedule; I was in surgery the same morning that this customer made a purchase; my wife was answering calls and Emails the best she could from the hospital while waiting for me to return from surgery. Why? Because we care about our customers and their needs and we do our best for them even when things are rough for us behind the scenes. Every year, we are slammed with over a hundred calls a week just before this major holiday so we handle as many as possible but there is no way to respond to everyone fast enough. Every year we are demonized by one or two disgruntled customers for not responding fast enough or handling more than what we did. We understand the frustration and realize that it is not possible to get to everyone. But we continue to come back each year to help as many as possible, and those that we are able to help are very happy. This customer actually did receive a speedy response but chose to call our main office number multiple times instead of checking their Angie’s List Email Response which is how we were contacted by them in the first place. When they did not get a response from our over-flooded voice messaging system they cancelled their order with us at 9:56am the morning of the 17th and chose to demonize us for not responding. While I genuinely feel bad that we were not able to assist this customer within the time frame that thee had hoped; I also believe that this customer is the cause of their own dissatisfaction. Their expectation was unrealistic and they failed to check their Angie’s List Email which was how they contacted us and how we responded to them. It has been three weeks now since my surgery and we have returned from our holiday break. I am walking well and able to handle the business administration and our team is ready to assist anyone who needs our services. We hope that you have enjoyed the Holiday season and we look forward to helping you with any repair needs that you may have. Vince C. The Bizzzy Bee 704-222-6369 Daily

A previous contractor incorrectly installed the back door on a rental property. We subsequently called Bizzzy Bee, who came immediately, replaced the back door with a new one with expertise. The contractor picked up the door we purchased, replaced frame, transition ledge at the bottom of the door, cleaned up after himself and informed the tenant and myself what was done incorrectly. We were extremely satisfied with their service professionalism and cost.
Description of Work: Replaced back door.

I originally got the quote for work back in July and they came and fixed the joist and put in a proper crawl space door. Then I didn't hear anything from them until November for them to do the crawl space clean out. I was quoted 2 men for 1 day to clean out the crawl space. They came and did that. I was not home the following day and apparently they came a second (unapproved) day. They came again for a third day. I still had not been told about the need for additional days until the evening of the third day. They are very up front with their hourly rate, but I was quoted a $1,600 job and the bill had run up to over $4,000 before I was told the new number of days required. I would not have approved the additional days since I did not budget more than $2,000 since I thought that was an acceptable buffer for this job. Now I'm being billed more than double my original quote. They also sent 3 men instead of 2 and said the third was just a "helper" rate, but still I did not approve that. Also I was asked if my fiance had inspected their work. I don't have a finace and I get really mad when I'm the one who does all of the communication with a contractor and they feel the need to ask to talk to a man instead.

They were okay. I don't have any major problems with them. It was just that I did not understand their pricing that well but they sent me a pricing schedule later on, but at that time I did not understand what was going on. The work was great. I didn't have any problems with it even with the cold weather. It seems sturdy. They came out very quickly and they were very punctual. They were professional.
Description of Work: Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee put a fence back up for me. They had to put in new posts so it was a great deal more.
Bizzy Bee sent Ray Cannon. Very nice guy. Personable, polite. He liked my dog.

We contacted Vince and his company on Angies List and the response was very prompt. My wife outlined what we were looking to do, and once we had the fans, the electrician Gary arrived at our house on a Monday mid-afternoon. Gary was extremely professional and did a great job. Vince was always very prompt and professional in responding to phone calls and emails. We will continue to use The Bizzzy Bee for our household needs. Very highly recommended!!! Description of Work: Installed 4 fans/lights, curtain rods,
I purchased the big deal and provided some proposed dates for service. Bizzy Bee contacted me back promptly. Since I had some electrical work and some mechanical work, we decided to split the service over a couple of days. They were very accommodating of my schedule. On the designated work days they arrived promptly and completed the work in excellent time and high quality. They were especially helpful in picking out some replacement lights and getting some additional items that were needed from the local hardware store. Superb job!
Description of Work: Installed motion-sensing lights, repaired drywall, installed hooks in garage, repaired woodwork.
