Great they were prompt courteous and completed the work very professionally

That went fine. We had sold our house, and they came and helped us with the list of issues that needed to be resolved so we could complete the closing on our house. We ended up spending like $6oo or $700 total. They came in on time for the appointment. It just took them a couple of extra trips in order to complete the list of things they needed to have completed. But, other than that, everything else went well. Interactions with them was fine. The work turned out fine.

So far, very good. We are at stage one -- power washed the brick steps, took photos to match the mortar & brick colors & gave me a written estimate. Brad Williams, the owner, is professional, a clear communicator, & has a "can do attitude". He appears to be ethical & highly skilled. We expect the rest of the work to be completed within the next 3 weeks given prior commitments to customers & the holidays.

I've used Vince's company before - they are polite and know what they're doing..... current work will be scheduled soon - Vince knows what he's doing and listens to his clients. Would definitely recommend him.

All work was done professionally. The work required more time than we anticipated requiring additional cost. The scheduling and communication with the customer could have been better.

It went really well. The only thing was he had to reschedule at the last minute but when it was done, the work turned out really well. That bothered me because I had to rearrange my schedule, but the work was good. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. When they showed up, they were on time.

Terribly! I called Friday and Sunday and left a message about what I needed. No response from those two calls. I decided to try again thinking the maybe the rain caused them to be very busy. Calls Monday and and Wednesday were not returned. Very disappointed in their lack of response. Don't know how to submit without date of service so I entered a date but NO SERVICES WERE PREFORMED

I guess it wasn't the best experience but overall the work got done. There was an issue where they charged for the time and transit to get to the house and they also charged I believe for going, once they got to the house then they charged to kind of go from the house to the store which was right around the block to pick up some material. So they did correct some of the charges but overall I think that really kind of stood out and I think to install six shutters I think $200 I gotten quotes for a little bit less than that so I think not significantly less but a little less.

They were to expensive to replace so I was seeking to repair them and to prevent problems on my other windows. Vince gave a very reasonable estimate and was upfront about the possibility of glass breakage since they would be using power tools near glass. I appreciate that Vince is very clear and realistic about expectations. Not only did they repair the rot on the frames AND on the sashes but they replaced the wood brick mold with PVC wood that looks great, didn't break a single window glass and came in under the estimate! I want to emphasize how important it is to communicate with the workers. I had been working on this for several years so I knew quite a bit about the windows and was watching and asking questions while they worked. That's how we came to the idea of replacing the brick mold with PVC wood which cost a little extra in materials but overall probably saved us time investment and now I have the peace of mind that those areas can't rot!

We are a repeat customer of Bizzzy Bee. Another great experience. The repairman called prior to arriving to make certain we were ready for the visit. He arrived on time. The repairman scored two big points this visit. He recommended a better solution than we envisioned for the repair. His craftsmanship was excellent. We recommend the Bizzzy Bee for any job around your home.

Very professional work. Brad (workmen was terrific.) Vince scheduled it for last Friday and took my wife's cell phone to call her when the worker was on the way. No phone call. No show. I called Vince when I got home on Wednesday to find out what was going on. He did not know the work had not been done. He worked me in that same afternoon and the worker showed up and did a great job.

Awesome. The electrician that came out was awesome. I would highly recommend this group. He worked quickly and accurately. Very professional.

I thought I was getting 1 man for 4 hours but ended up with 2 men for 2 hours, this made it difficult to complete the work because mud takes time to dry before sanding or painting. The workers were able to patch the 2 holes but not sand or paint without considerable extra labor expenses. I would rate the work completed as a "B". The workers were extremely courteous and understanding of the situation. I'm sure if the time had allowed, they would have improved the quality of workmanship and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Kevin did a great job. Listened to instructions and wrote them down in detail. Worked independently while I had to take con calls and continue my own work and finished everything in a timely manner.

Not an overly complicated job. I am pleased with the outcome. Jacob did a great job. Materials were provided by homeowner; used labor only.

He was able to quickly assess what was wrong and finished the work in a very timely manner. He did not try To sell us something we didn't need. He contacted us the night between jobs to make sure we were comfortable with how things were progressing. That meant a lot to me!!! His communications were clear and timely. I highly recommend them!

Excellent. Vince came out to personally review the issues to prepare the estimate when one of his people fell ill. Electrician and apprentice were thorough, explained everything, got done on schedule and within estimated costs. Plus they were super nice guys! I would recommend trying Bizzzy Bee and will have them quote on further jobs.

Would definitely recommend! I emailed Vince early one morning and he got back to me within the hour. We needed some miscellaneous repairs done from a home inspection report. Vince sent two guys out - an electrician and a contractor. Both were very pleasant and worked quickly. Fair pricing, considering the quality of the work. We will definitely be using them in the future for any repair/handyman services.

Everything went very well. I had called Vince this past Friday, and he returned my call Sunday night (last night). I explained our situation and need, and he quoted me a price--the standard 2-man hour price, but with a nice discount. He was to call me later when he got the week's schedule organized, but told me my work could be done Monday or Tuesday. He called me this morning and said he had two men who could come then if someone would be at home. I told him to send them on! They arrived about 15-20 minutes later and got to work. They did the three jobs well and efficiently. Both young men were extremely nice and polite. I would gladly employ this service-provider again!
