I explained to the owner (Alex) the exact problems I was having with the laptops. He told me I would have to leave the laptops for a diagnostic evaluations & he would contact me later with the results/solution. At this point felt very comfortable with this request because he seemed very knowledgeable. I filled out all necessary paperwork to leave the laptops. The next day I spoke to Alex & he informed me that both laptops needed new batteries as well as power cord. He also told me that he would need to replace a part in the monitor that was causing the intermittent shutting off. He gave the quote & I gave approval for the work. He had the laptops ready for pickup in about 4 days. I picked up the laptops with all it's new batteries etc. Later that day, I took off the old batteries & attempted to put new batteries however one of the batteries was too short. I called Alex to tell him he gave me a wrong battery& he said no problem that he would be able meet me to give me the correct one. Since that day, I have been calling & texting Alex however he continues to give me the run around. I still have the battery that does not fit & to date the laptop does not power on at all. The other laptop with the new battery is currently at a computer repair shop. The computer tech told the battery purchased fom Alex may have caused permanent damage. He also said that the previous technician who worked on my laptop did not tighten a few screws he loosened during the repair. Please don't use this company. They are unprofessional & unreliable.
