I am very picky and was super pleased with the work done. The crew painted our entire house to include remodeled staircase (stain/paint) and completed carpentry on three walls. They also power washed outside of house, painted the shutters, front door, and railings going up the outside stairs. The prep work was top notch to give an outstanding finish. Once I finish installing kitchen cabinets I will hire them to paint. Hire this company if you want it done right!

I had Jim out to repaint my deck. They did an excellent job! He came out and gave great recommendations of what type of product to use. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The quote was provided at our initial appointment, which is always appreciated. They were able to have a crew on site within two days. Arrived promptly on time, they were neat, professional and finished the job by 5:00, in one day. Large bedroom and bath, including ceilings. Came back the next morning to touch up a spot. Good experience from start to finish.

Great quality painting at competitive pricing and more! - Valentine Painting not only provided high quality preparation, priming and painting for my house’s soffits, facia boards, roof shingle moldings, gutters, downspouts, heavily rusted window lintels and screened porch but also used the crew leader’s carpentry skills to successfully complete a repair that other painters declined to quote. Jim Valentine was flexible in scheduling the work during a shifting travel schedule as well as making last minute project adjustments. I highly recommend Valentine Painting.

The Valentine crew did great work for us on a fairly large job. I interviewed five painters for this because I wanted an involved owner and Jim was very engaged and easy to work with. And not only did he have attention to detail but his crew did too. It was a short "punch list". The crew was on time every day and worked hard and the job was completed on time and on budget! And we had a side project rebuilding some carpentry that other folks wouldn't touch and Jim's guys made it look easy. A great experience.

Excellent. Jim is very professional, and demonstrates that the quality of the work his team performs is very important by showing up after its completed to verify its done right. He even schedules a follow up a week or so later to make sure no spots or cracks reappear. Included in the quote was patching cracks and popped nails, which was a pleasant surprise. We couldn't be happier with his work.

Jim Valentine presented us with a thorough and reasonable bid which we accepted. His team arrived right on time on the scheduled date and were able to complete the work in one day. They worked diligently and carefully. There was hardly any mess at all and what little disarray there was ( typical of painting) they cleaned up. Everything looks great.
