Jim and his team were fantastic to work with. Jim responded quickly to my initial inquiry, worked with me to find a good time to stop by and see what needed to be done, and worked up a quote right away. Jim and the crew arrived promptly, Jim walked through each room with me to verify what was being painted and the colors, and then the crew immediately got to work. They covered, taped, and papered everything, fixed nail holes and imperfections in the walls, and completed the painting in one day with touchups and final inspection on the second day. Jim inspected every inch to ensure that everything was perfect before the crew left. The house looks new again and I could not be happier. I will definitely be contacting Jim for any future projects.

Excellent final product. Interior of our house looks better than when it was new. Jim came over and inspected the house with us when his crew was finished. We couldn’t be happier. You can find cheaper painters, but you won’t find better painters.

It was a pleasure working with Jim Valentine. He took a detailed video of the garage before giving us a quote. His crew was professional and did a good job. There were a few minor touch-ups that were needed after the crew left and they came back and painted until we were completely satisfied.

We received several quotations in August for work to be done in October. Jim Valentine was competitive but not the lowest. Jim comes across as earnest and honest: Jim inspires confidence The painting crew of four completed the job in 12 eight hour days. All four were highly skilled painters who worked hard and who worked as a team. The team leader was exceptionally easy to work with and immediately responsive to any request. The quality of the work is near flawless. Issues, all minor, found during the walk through at the end of the job were corrected immediately. Jim Valentine came by afterward doing a second walk through. He found two very minor issues and corrected them personally. In summary, Jim Valentine sold the job with his openness, honesty, and a competitive price quote. The quote itself was the most detailed we received. The quality of the painting and carpentry work is outstanding. We are very pleased with every aspect of the work by Jim Valentine and his employees from quotation through completion of the job.

This is the second house we've had completely repainted by Valentine Painting. Jim is honest and professional. His standards are very high. I can't find one even tiny issue anywhere with this whole job. His guys are masters of their trade, they keep everything clean and put away everything before they leave each night. We needed a couple of colors matched and that was done perfectly. We couldn't be happier. When we're ready to paint the rest of the exterior we'll be calling Jim Valentine.

Mr. Valentine was willing to give us a quote to submit to the insurance company.

Splendidly. Matched the colors I chose perfectly. Additionally, made repair to baseboard. The rooms look fresh and inviting now. They left absolutely no mess, even after considerable sanding and prep.

Outstanding!!! Have used Jim Valentine multiple times and it gets better each time. His crew of four did a very, very professional job, on-time, and to perfection!! Not a single touch-up, follow-up was necessary. The supervisor, Honorio, and his men work like a well-oiled machine. We requested Ben-More paint and it was used for all four areas on our house. No gadgets, no music, just work at-hand. Completed in four days. Highly recommended with competitive pricing. Wood was also replaced, primed and painted. They do not paint over rotten wood.

Outstanding job done. Jim was meticulous in his approach to quoting. He walked with an iPad taking pictures and making notes. Jim stressed the quality of paint he uses and made recommendations on the detail. The team of painters were on time and worked non-stop. They were fast and detailed with a very clean work area. Jim was easy to connect with throughout the entire process. The job was completed in the time quoted and I could not be more pleased. I will hire again for additional work.

-Jim Valentine came out 8/8, took pictures; sent us an estimate on 8/10 -JV was the only painting company to educate us about Sherwin Williams' Emerald line of paint -JV arrived with the crew, walked around the house with me to confirm which walls needed painting and with which color -Franklin, the lead painter, and 4 others knocked the project out in ONE DAY -canvas drop was laid, walls were PREPPED (sanded, dusted, correct nail pops/gaping inch hole in the wall/drywall that tore off from an tv wall anchor being ripped off/electric plates were taken off)---no taping was done but it just goes to show you how good they crew was -I expressed concerns to Franklin midday after looking at the Buff coverage & he listened; when I walked around the home prior to them finishing Franklin said after they cleaned up he would go around again -When JV arrived, he double checked the work and caught things we missed; any concerns we had were addressed promptly; JV even painted our window apron where our toddlers scribbled with permanent marker without charging us more (little things really make excellent service) & showed us how to stipple the walls to blend in the future if needed -Overall beautiful paint job. The Latte SW Emerald Flat was similar to our previous color but a few shades lighter but gave the home a refreshed look. The SW Buff Emerald Flat took 3 coats rather than 2, but makes the spaces feel so much bigger and brighter. -JV takes checks for payment. -Loved the whole process from start to finish. We are so Thankful we selected JV and his crew to paint our home.

Valentine Painting did an excellent job. I was particularly pleased with the quality of the work they did on the woodwork. The lines where the woodwork meet the wall was very even and crisp is the best way to describe it. They used quality paint and the painters where truly good at their craft. They put everything back where it was and my house looks wonderful. Mr. Valentine came in and got the job started and then came back at the end and made sure everything was completed in the quality manner both he and I expected and it certainly was! I would hire them again when I have need of their services.

Jim and his team are excellent. We needed a hard date for work to start and a precise timeline to make our own arrangements. The guys delivered 100%. They are very, very easy to work with and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier.

Quick response from first contact through job completion. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Some rooms have cathedral ceilings with weird angles but everything looks great. Could not believe how much change was apparent when the job was completed. Thanks for the "new" house. Very satisfied with the price and the quality of work. Excellent. Jim is a professional and works well to coordinate with your schedule. Additionally, on the final walkthrough, he brought along another painter to make sure any items spotted could be touched up immediately.

Jim made this an easy process because he and his crew were skilled professionals. I was really dreading having this work done because I thought having the inside of my entire home painted would be very disruptive. They did an excellent job and it was a pleasure working with them. The crew was pleasant on a daily basis and really worked as a team. Our house had several cracks and some water damage. Jim educated us about the prep work that was necessary to fix these areas. They really put time and effort into restoring the walls before painting. I feel the price was well worth the work they put in. It feels like we bought a new home!

When the owner, I believe, came out I felt he was very professional and meticulous. The price quoted however was by far the highest of all the providers. He did not respond to my request to see how we could work together to see where and how we could reduce the cost to something more reasonable and indeed never got back in touch with me again.

The initial response was quick and very positive. Mr. Valentine is very personable, and scheduled a time for an estimate. The estimate was completed as promised, and Mr. Valentine arrived on time. The estimate was sent via email for my perusal. After comparing estimates and reviews, I decided to hire Valentine painting services. The work was professionally done with a friendly crew. They were attentive to keeping everything clean and did a spectacular job. Mr. Valentine stayed onsite and oversaw the work, making sure that I was satisfied. Job well done!

We were on a tight schedule due to a planned trip and our floors being redone while away (with all the furniture out we thought to paint last minute). Jim pulled through and finished everything before we returned! This was quite a surprise to us as we gave them very little notice about the project, and we are very pleased with the job they did. These painters are detail oriented, clean, respectful, and don't stop until the whole job is done!
